Abstract

BACKGROUND: Lipid profile is important as supporting data on heart patients. Lipid profile is a state of fat seen in the levels of total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, and triglycerides. Disorders of lipid metabolism characterized by an increase or decrease in blood plasma is called dyslipidemia. Dyslipidemia has a close relationship with the occurrence of atherosclerosis and Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI) as one of the leading causes of death in industrialized countries and emerging economies. OBJECTIVE: To determine the relationship lipid profile with the incidence of mortality in patients with acute myocardial infarction in hospitals Panembahan Senopati Bantul in 2015. METHODS: This study used a descriptive exploratory design with data retrieval medical record in 2015 with a total of respondents 106 was done in Panembahan Senopati Bantul District Hospital. To analyze the data, the researchers used the Lamda test. RESULT: The results obtained were an association of mortality with total cholesterol by P: 0006 and the level of closeness strong (0647), LDL with P: 0009 and the level of closeness strong (0647), HDL with P: 0017 and the level of closeness is strong enough (0529), triglycerides P: 0003 and the level of closeness strong (0765) CONCLUSION: Mortality of AMI was statistically significant associated with total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, and triglycerides. Abstract

Background: Social isolation is a condition of loneliness felt by the individual being unable to make contact with other people. Social isolation can result in further on the issue of fulfillment of basic needs, so it would appear hallucinations that endanger themselves and others. Objective: The purpose of writing scientific papers to describe social changes, and socialization capabilities in social isolation’s patients using nursing care management of psychiatric specialist. Methods: Nursing orders given to 22 clients using nurses action, Social Skills Training (SST), and Cognitive-Behavioral and Social Skills Training (CBSST). Result: Results obtained reduction in social symptoms of social isolation mark that includes withdraw behaviour, interaction difficulties, refuse to communicate with others, fail to interact with others nearby, disabillity to participate in social activities, ignoring the environtment, and mistrust with others. The result also shown the improvement of socialization patient ability. Conclusion: : There were reduction in symptoms of social isolation obviously showed on social aspects as well as an increase in the client's ability to socialize. Recommendations of this study was to use a combination of measures such as nurses and specialist nurses Social Skills Training and Cognitive-Behavioral and Social Skills Training on clients with social isolation. Abstract

Background: Nearly one-third of child deaths worldwide due to diarrhea and pneumonia. Every hour, 200 children die because of both disease. This disease risk factors are overlapping that children are not given exclusive breastfeeding, do not of handwashing with soap, incomplete immunizations and environmental sanitation factors. Other risk factor is lack of mothers knowledge in preventing diarrhea and pneumonia. Objective: To identify the influence of adding booklet media towards to changes in mother’s knowledge on comprehensive diarrhea and pneumonia prevention. Method: This research is using quasi-experimental design with pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group design. Research subjects were mothers who had toddler aged 0-59 months many as 167 respondents. The sample selection was held randomly with cluster sampling technique. Data collection used questionnaire. Wilcoxon Sign Rank and Mann Whitney Test was performed for bivariate statistics analysis with significance level of 0.05 and confidence level of 95%. Result: There was an increasing knowledge after the health education delivery in both groups. The average enhancement was significantly different in statistics with control group (p=0.001; α=0.05). Conclusion: Health education by utilizing proven education media of booklets on the enhancement of toddler mother related to the comprehensive diarrhea and pneumonia an integrated especially in the aspect of diarrhea. Abstract

Background: Patient satisfaction in palliative care is an important dimension that can describe a patient’s experience acceptable of care. Patient satisfaction is used to evaluate performance and improve the quality of palliative care. Objective: This study aimed to know the description of patient satisfaction of palliative cancer against palliative care which has been given in IRNA I RSUP Dr.Sardjito Yogyakarta based on a ranking that includes 5 subscales of satisfaction in palliative care. Method: Type of research was mixed methods with sequential explanatory design, collecting data began from collecting quantitative data and followed by collecting qualitative data. Subject of study involved cancer patient in Central Hospital of Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta during September and October 2016 number of respondent was 48 patients and 8 participants. Sampling technique in quantitative research used purposive sampling, while the qualitative research used the techniques sampling criterion. Instrument used FAMCARE-P to measure satisfaction and the interview based on interview guideline. Quantitative data analysis used descriptive analysis and analysis of qualitative data used the content analysis. Integration of the results of quantitative research and qualitative used the joint displays. Results: Cancer patients have a high satisfaction on the subscale of support in decision-making with a mean (4,60±0,49), followed by a subscale of symptom management (3,96±0,42), communication and information (3,93±0,35), coordination and consistency (3,8±0,38) and accessibility (3,7±0,44). Qualitative research gained eight categories. Conclusion: Cancer patient satisfaction on palliative care was high with score on every subscales above mean score. Abstract

Background: Asian countries face disasters annually. Increasing vulnerability of people in Asia, especially related to demography, social and economic change technology fastly. Any person affected by disasters, with the expected first priority is to get help meeting basic needs and either given by the general public or trained personnel such as Search and Rescue. SAR must have a variety of skills such as skills in giving Basic Life Support also Vertical Rescue. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of VR training to increase skills and Rescue. Methods: The type and design of the study were selected by the researchers was an experiment quasi with cross sectional approach. Variable measurement skills performed before and after the implementation of training and analyzed using Paired t test. Results: No effect of VR training to increase knowledge (p = 0.09), there was the effect of VR training on the improvement of the attitude (p = 0.00) and there was increased influence of VR on skill improvement (p = 0.00). Conclusion: There was the effect of VR training to increase attitude and skills of rescue in helping victims of the disaster. Keywords: Training, VR, skills, SAR

Abstract

Background: Health is one of the important aspects in human life that will be maintained. The effort to maintain includes the right of decision-making to use health services provided in the community. Data on access to health services and facilities shows low number of visits to these facilities and it arises the question of the reason behind the low number of access. Objective: The purpose is to identify factors affecting the decision-making in the use of health services by the community of Hative Besar Village, Ambon-Maluku. Method: The approach used in this study is qualitative descriptive. Data is collected through semi-structured, in-depth interview. 8 natives of Hative Besar Village, Ambon-Maluku are involved as research participants. Result: Decision making in the use of health services by the community influenced by health-illness perception, professional services and the experience of using health care services are major factors that influence the Hative Besar village perception and later cause the emergence of factors decision in family and the cost. Conclusion: Factors that influence the decision-making by the community of Hative Besar Village in the use of health care facilities are health-illness perception, the experience of using health care services, professional services, decision in family and the cost. Abstract

Background: The implementation of diagnosis coding in the Medical Record Unit at a health institution plays an important role in the administration of medical records at the hospital because it describes the quality management of medical records. In order to maintain the quality, it is crucial to accomplish the accreditation standard, especially at ICM. 13 related coding. Objective: This study aimed to understand the procedures of implementation, compliance disease diagnosis code execution in an outpatient based on accreditation standards KARS 2012, the percentage and the resistance of diagnosis coding implementation in outpatients. Methods: This research was a descriptive qualitative approach with cross sectional design. The subjects were medical records staff with Diploma 3 medical record education background, outpatients coding officer, reporting coordinator, the head of clinic space and a clinic nurse. The data collectin techniques used were observation, documentation and interview studies. Testing the validity of the data use triangulate of source and triangulate of techniq. Results: The coding was done by the medical records staffs and nurses, coding reference were in the form of policies, guidelines and standard operating procedure, guidelines used by nurses in coding was assistive book. Tugurejo Hospital Accreditation in Central Java province had fulfilled the five elements of ICM. 13 and passed the accreditation of type B-level plenary meeting. The percentage of outpatient coding implementation reached 78.6%, consisting of JKN amounted to 75.4% and 3.2% were non JKN. The barriers of coding implementation consists of five elements such as man, method, material, machine and money. Conclusion: In general the implementation of the coding in JKN outpatient has already done optimally, but for non JKN has not been optimal because of the inhibiting factors such as man, method, material, machine and money. Abstract

Background: Drug abuse has become a global problem, including in Indonesia, especially Yogyakarta. Yogyakarta is the province with the highest prevalence of drug abuse among students in Indonesia. Usage of drugs has a negative impact on health both physically and psychologically. However, based on preliminary studies, drug users continue to use the substance, althought they know its effect. The client experience of drug dependence when first trying the substance is interesting to look at. Objective: The aim of this study was to explore the experiences of the pearticipant in their early stage of drug addiction in Sleman Regency. Methods: The study method used qualitative with design of phenomenology intepretif, and use method of IPA as method of data analysis. Results: Based on the results of the analysis of the phenomenology intepretif of the 9 participants obtained the theme of the results are as follows: Trying to be part of the world of drugs and drug self-control. Conclusion: Someone uses drugs due to various things one of them improves self-existence. For future research is expected to take place at BNN or hospital to see a different experience. Abstract

Background: The high birth rate in Indonesian is one of the major problems and requires special attention, the population increased in 2015 amounted to 255, 461, 686 people, the population in Indonesian is fourth after China, India, and Unite States (Depkes Indonesian, 2015). Data from the health service DIY, acceptors of IUD is the the lowest number in Yogyakarta , located in community health service Danurejan I as many as 215 acceptor Objectives: The aim of this study is to know the knowledge of women fertile about contraception in community health center Danurejan 1 Yogyakarta. Methods: Research design used was a descriptive quantitative research. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the total of responden as many as 73. Data analysis used analysis univariat. Result: the result of this research shows that based on level knowledge WUS about contraception of IUD be categorized the level of knowledge as good is 50 responden (68.5%). In the category of enough of knowledge was 21 respondents ( 28.8%) and lack of knowledge as lack is 2 respondents (2.7%). Conclusion: Based on the result of this research which had done showed that WUS knowledge about IUD contraception in community health center Danurejan 1 Yogyakarta mostly of responden having good knowledge as many as 50 responden (68.5%) Keywords: Knowledge, Women Fertile (WUS), IUD Contraception

Abstract

Background: The incidence of postpartum depression develops during pregnancy or after delivery with a prevalence of 10-15% incidence in developed countries and about 20% -40% in developing countries. Objective: The purpose of this study was to know the description of the incidence of postpartum depression in RS KiA Sadewa Methods: The type of this study was cross sectional with postpartum maternal population in 2 weeks postpartum with the number of 78 respondents. The inclusion criteria of postpartum maternal and postnatal cesarean delivery, postpartum visit and / or infant immunization examination in otpatient Rs KIA Sadewa , and willing to be the respondent by signing the informed concent sheet. The preceding criteria for previous depression, delivery of twins, and complications in the mother and / or infant (preeclampsia / eclampsia, postpartum infections, BB <2500 g) would increase the risk of postpartum depression. Result: The picture of postpartum depression in KIA Sadewa Hospital based on age in respondents <20 years and age 20-35 years found 3 respondents at risk of postpartum depression, based on education on respondents with low education there are 4 respondents at risk of experiencing postpartum depression. Primiparous mother got 5 (11,9%) respondents risked experiencing of postpartum depression, with type of vaginal delivery as many as 4 (11,1%) respondent at risk of postpartum depression Conclussion: Based on the results of this study concluded that postpartum KIA Sadewa women at risk of experiencing postpartum depression, so that early detection and counseling related penatalksanaan postpartum depression.
