Abstract

Lawas Pamuji plays a significant role as a da'wah medium. As a respected person in spreading the teachings of Islam and human values in the community. Lawas Pamuji's approach in his da'wah is very inclusive and adaptive to the local culture and traditions of the Sumbawa tribe. This allows it to create a strong resonance between Islamic teachings and the needs and values lived by the people of Sumbawa. The research method used in this study is the ethnographic tradition method, which is a method that involves researchers who are directly involved in the daily lives of the people they research. The results of the research on the role of Lawas Pamuji as a da'wah media in the Sumbawa tribe show that Lawas Pamuji has a significant influence in spreading Islamic religious teachings and human values in the local community. The research also highlights the inclusive and adaptive approach used by Lawas Pamuji in preaching, which allows him to create a strong connection with the people of Sumbawa. The communication methods used by Lawas Pamuji, such as lectures, lectures, sermons, as well as the use of social media and information technology, have proven to be effective in expanding the reach of his da'wah. In addition, social activities carried out such as the development of education and health infrastructure also have a positive impact on improving the quality of life of the community. The implication of this research is the addition and dissemination of information about da'wah and Islamic methodology.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the approach of the principal of SMP 2 PGRI Bandar Lampung in advancing MGMP as an effort to professionalize teachers. Education functions as a means of growing character, ethics, as well as mental and physical strength. Teachers play a central role in guiding students to their best potential, and this principle has an important role in fostering teachers' professional growth. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with the data collection method being interview, observation, and analysis of documentation data, while the data source is the principal and some teachers. The results of this study are that school principals have successfully implemented the MGMP strategy without obstacles, through the provision of facility support, resources, and encouragement of active participation of teachers. In addition, a structured coaching program, teachers are involved in MGMP activities every two months, and are given periodic feedback and evaluations. The principal also connects MGMP activities with curriculum needs, encourages collaboration between teachers, and facilitates access to advanced training. Overall, the strategies implemented are able to create an environment conducive to the development of teachers' competencies, so that they can be active in planning, implementing, and assessing learning. The implication of the research is that schools that want to maximize the role of MGMP in improving the quality of teachers can optimize the MGMP program which is driven by school principals, assisted by teachers and supported by students.

Abstract

Religious moderation is a concept that prioritizes balance in carrying out religious beliefs in society. Today, technological and industrial developments have created a new landscape in social interaction, which affects the religious diversity of society. Information technology, especially social media, allows individuals to disseminate religious views easily, both moderate and extreme. However, this development also poses challenges, especially in maintaining the values of tolerance and harmony between religious communities. This article explores the importance of religious moderation in a multicultural society and the impact of technological and industrial developments on people's religious practices. With a qualitative approach, this study examines the main issues that affect the implementation of religious moderation in the digital and industrial era. The results of this research are expected to provide insight for policymakers, religious leaders, and the wider community in realizing a harmonious life. The implication of this research is to enrich interdisciplinary studies between the study of religion, sociology, and technology. The concept of religious moderation raised in the context of multicultural society and technological advances contributes to a new understanding of the dynamics of religion in the digital era, especially in analyzing changes in interaction patterns, the spread of religious values, and the challenges of digital radicalism. In addition, it is also a strengthening of the values of religious moderation that can be an important foundation in creating social harmony in the midst of (SARA). In a society that is increasingly connected through technology, mutual respect and tolerance between religions must be strengthened to prevent conflict and social disintegration.

Abstract

Religious moderation between the younger and older generations shows that both have unique characteristics and challenges. The younger generation, with an innovative spirit and access to information, can become agents of change that encourage tolerance and understanding between religious communities. Meanwhile, the older generation has experience and wisdom that are important to be used as a basis in efforts to strengthen religious moderation, the spirit of religious moderation to find common ground in religion. The method of this research is qualitative, data collection is interview, observation, and documentation. Seber data is the older generation and the younger generation to find and search for definitions related to research phenomena. The analysis technique used is the Descriptive Analysis technique. The results of the study show that the comparison shows that there are differences in religious moderation attitudes between generations. The younger generation is more inclusive, tolerant, and open to differences, which is largely influenced by interfaith interactions on social media. In contrast, older generations tend to maintain more conservative views, both from a religious perspective and the needs of life. The implication of this research is to understand the differences in mindsets and approaches to religious moderation between generations, so that it can be the basis for cross-generational dialogue programs to strengthen social harmony, Religious education in schools and religious institutions can adjust teaching methods to be more relevant to the needs of each generation.

Abstract

Ideally, education should be accessible to everyone, both men and women, without discrimination against any group. However, in reality, educational inequality persists, especially among ethnic Arab women. This article aims to delve deeper into the perspective of the ethnic Arab community regarding women's education and to explore young women's responses to this view. This study uses a qualitative approach and case study method, with in-depth observation and interviews used for data collection. These findings reveal that educational restrictions and restrictions for ethnic Arab women are rooted in the interpretation of normative texts and binding cultural norms. Responses from ethnic Arab women to these restrictions ranged from acceptance to subtle resistance, and even active opposition. The implication of this research is that understanding how Arab ethnic thinking affects women's educational patterns in Malang can help in designing educational programs that are more inclusive and in accordance with cultural values. Provide insight into how traditional and modern values interact in the Arab community in Malang, as well as their impact on educational opportunities for women. It can be the basis for educational institutions to develop a curriculum that takes into account cultural aspects, so that women's education can be more widely accepted among ethnic Arab communities. Encourage more progressive and gender-equality-based education policies while respecting the cultural values embraced by the Arab community.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze the role of Islamic Religious Education in the formation of Muslim personality among MTsS At-Taqwa Setu students. Islamic religious education has a strategic role in shaping attitudes, behaviors, and religious understandings that are in accordance with Islamic values. The main focus of this research is how PAI can be an effective medium to build the character of students who have faith, piety, and noble character. In this study, a qualitative approach was used with a case study method, involving observation, interviews with PAI teachers, and documentation of learning activities at MTsS At-Taqwa Setu. The results of the study show that PAI plays an important role in shaping students' personalities through the teaching of noble moral values, teacher examples, and extracurricular religious activities. Effective implementation of PAI is able to encourage students to develop resilient and adaptive Muslim personalities in daily life. This study suggests the improvement of innovative and experience-based teaching methods, as well as collaboration between schools, families, and the community in supporting the formation of students' character. The implication of this research is that this research can enrich the study of Islamic religious education as the main factor in the formation of the character and personality of Muslim students. Adding references for academics and education practitioners in understanding the relationship between Islamic religious education and the formation of student morals and ethics. The results of the research can be used by schools to improve the teaching methods of Islamic religious education to be more effective in forming a strong Muslim personality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari dan mengeksplorasi konsep mubadalah dalam mencegah mental block dan innerchild dalam konteks keluarga. Mental block adalah keadaan dimana seseorang mengalami kebuntuan dalam berfikir maupun beraktifitas. Sedangkan innerchild adalah luka batin yang terjadi pada masa lalu sehingga menimbulkan perasaan tidak percaya diri. Mental block dan innerchild maka perlu bagi sebuah keluarga untuk membangun kesalingan untuk mengkokohkan bahtera rumah tangga. Karena keluarga adalah sarana wadah perkembangan bagi anggota keluarga. Keluarga dengan konsep mubadalah akan menerapkan kesalingan, kesetaraan dan menolak hegemoni. Konsep mubadalah menawarkan prinsip kesetaraan dan kesalingan dalam hubungan suami istri untuk membangun bahtera rumah tangga yang bernilai. Melalui konsep mubadalah akan membawa rumah tangga lebih konstruktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan analisis dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran keluarga seperti pola pengasuhan, komunikasi, kasih sayang, merupakan factor penting untuk dilakukan. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah bagaimana keluarga teredukasi menjadi wadah positif untuk tumbuh kembang anak agar menjadi tunas bangsa yang memiliki nilai serta terbebas dari mental block dan innerchild. Strategi untuk mencegah mental block dan innerchild dalam keluarga diperlukan adanya kesaling dalam kehidupan rumah tangga. Seperti saling mengerti, saling bertukar pendapat, saling menghormati. Dampak negative dari pada mental block dan innerchild akan hilang dengan meng aplikasikan konsep mubadalah/kesalingan dalam keluarga.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi moderasi beragama dan berbangsa di Indonesia menurut pemikiran KH. Ahmad Dahlan, pendiri Muhammadiyah, yang dikenal sebagai tokoh reformis Islam di Indonesia. Dalam konteks Indonesia yang plural, pemikiran beliau tentang moderasi beragama (wasathiyah) dan kebangsaan sangat relevan untuk membangun masyarakat yang harmonis dan inklusif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka untuk menganalisis berbagai karya, tulisan, serta sejarah perjuangan KH. Ahmad Dahlan dalam membangun umat Islam yang berwawasan global dan toleran. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa KH. Ahmad Dahlan menekankan pentingnya moderasi dalam beragama yang menghindari ekstremisme dan kekerasan, serta mendorong umat Islam untuk memahami ajaran agama secara rasional dan kontekstual. Selain itu, beliau mengajarkan pentingnya penghormatan terhadap pluralitas agama dan kebhinnekaan di Indonesia, serta prinsip kerjasama sosial dan politik untuk memperkuat persatuan bangsa. Pemikiran beliau terkait moderasi beragama dan kebangsaan sangat relevan dalam menghadapi tantangan sosial-politik di Indonesia saat ini, seperti radikalisasi agama, intoleransi, dan polarisasi sosial. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah Penelitian ini memperkaya kajian tentang moderasi beragama dalam konteks pemikiran KH. Ahmad Dahlan, yang menekankan keseimbangan antara keislaman dan kebangsaan. Kemudian Menambah referensi bagi akademisi dalam memahami konsep Islam Wasathiyah yang diterapkan oleh KH. Ahmad Dahlan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan.

Abstract

This article discusses the concept of a new path of religious moderation developed by Haedar Nashir, a contemporary Muslim thinker. Haedar Nashir emphasized that religious moderation must be based on the universal values of Islam that are inclusive, humanist, and adaptive to the changing times. This concept is designed to answer the challenges of radicalism, intolerance, and secularism which are often obstacles in creating social harmony. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical method, referring to the works of Haedar Nashir and a literature review related to religious moderation. The results of the study show that religious moderation according to Haedar Nashir not only serves as a theological strategy, but also as a practical approach to build a harmonious and productive religious life. This concept involves three main pillars: the strengthening of Islamic values that are rahmatan lil 'alamin, the integration of local culture with Islamic values, and the active participation of the ummah in building civilization. With this approach, religious moderation can be an effective solution in creating a peaceful, inclusive, and just social order. The implication of this research is to enrich the study of religious moderation from the perspective of Haedar Nashir, who emphasizes the importance of making moderation a state of mind for the Indonesian nation. Then add references for academics in understanding the concept of Wasathiyah Islam applied in religious and national life.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran pendidikan Islam dalam mewujudkan moderasi beragama di kalangan siswa sekolah dasar. Dalam konteks global yang semakin plural, moderasi beragama menjadi penting untuk diajarkan sejak usia dini agar generasi muda memiliki pemahaman yang seimbang, toleran, dan tidak terjebak dalam sikap ekstremis. Pendidikan agama Islam di SDIT Insan Kamil 2 dianggap sebagai sarana efektif dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama, yang mencakup sikap terbuka, toleransi, dan penghargaan terhadap perbedaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus di SDIT Insan Kamil 2. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan guru, observasi pembelajaran, serta analisis dokumen kurikulum dan program kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang berhubungan dengan moderasi beragama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan agama Islam memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam membentuk sikap moderat pada siswa. Pembelajaran agama Islam yang dilakukan tidak hanya berfokus pada pemahaman teks-teks agama, tetapi juga pada penanaman nilai-nilai toleransi, dialog antaragama, dan penghindaran sikap intoleransi serta kekerasan. Pendidikan agama Islam juga mencakup kegiatan praktis, seperti dialog lintas agama, pembelajaran tentang sejarah Islam yang mengajarkan keberagaman, serta proyek sosial yang memperkenalkan siswa pada berbagai lapisan masyarakat. Dengan demikian, sekolah ini berhasil menanamkan prinsip-prinsip moderasi beragama melalui pendekatan yang kontekstual dan berbasis nilai-nilai keislaman yang rahmatan lil-‘alamin.
