Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Indonesian Air Force, especially the Pangeran M. Bun Yamin Air Base, located in Lampung Province in disaster management. So far, it is known that in disaster emergency response conditions, not only the BNPB and BPBD, SAR, and related agencies have taken to the field, but there is also a role for the TNI in it. The method used in this research is literature study where the data presented is the result of data collection that researchers have collected from journals and related references. As for the results found in the field, namely Pangeran M. Bun Yamin Air Base in its capacity to cope with disasters, not only decreased during the emergency response status, but also in the pre-disaster period, and also in the post-disaster period. The coordination carried out by Pangeran M. Bun Yamin Air Base in the case of disasters is coordination by Korem 043 / Garuda Hitam in the field of training and division of roles in disaster management so that there is no overlap or prevent sectoral egos in disaster management. Pangeran M. Bun Yamin Air Base has advantages in the air sector, namely being able to quickly help with logistics distribution by arranging the distribution of aid that cannot be reached by land routes, and also monitoring the affected conditions by air.

Abstract

Health is very important for every human being in the world, especially in the face of the co-19 pandemic period especially in Indonesia. and therefore the Indonesian government imposed a number of policies including the School From Home (SFH policy on the implementation of the Work system. The purpose of this discussion is to measure how much effect the SFH policy has on reducing the spread of Covid-19.This research is a quantitative research survey with this discussion expected to be able to explain how much the influence of SFH in online learning As a conclusion is the effect of SFH for IPS III students of SMA N 2 Semarang City does not provide great influence in the learning system. Further research in this issue is needed to be an appropriate suggestion for the next step.

Abstract

Inovasi dalam pembelajaran harus selalu dilakukan demi tercapainya peningkatan kompetensi bagi mahasiswa calon guru. Salah satu usaha yang dapat dilakukan untuk peningkatan kompetensi tersebut adalah dengan mengadopsi berbagai inovasi pembelajaran terbarukan yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, yaitu lesson study. Pengetahuan dan pelatihan awal melalui inovasi pembelajan menggunakan lesson study dalam pembelajaran diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa, sehingga saat mahasiswa praktek lapangan kependidikan mereka sudah tidak canggung lagi memberikan inovasi dalam pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melaksanakan perkuliahan praktek Strategi Pembelajaran menggunakan lesson stydy. Sehingga melalui penelitian ini dapat diketahui kompetensi mahasiswa calon guru yang melakukan praktek mengajar di kelas dengan menerapkan lesson study dalam pembelajaran yang dilaksanakannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dimana data diperoleh dari wawancara informan penelitian yaitu dosen mata kuliah strategi pembelajaran di IKK FPP UNP, dan mahasiswa IKK yang sudah lulus mata kuliah Strategi Pembelajaran dengan nilai minimal B. Pemilihan informan menggunakan teknik snowball sampling. Sebagai data pendukung, penulis mendokumentasikan segala hal yang dianggap mendukung penelitian ini. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan pengambilan kesimpulan atau verifikasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of non-cash transactions on the effectiveness of administration in the financial management agency, regional asset income in South Tapanuli Regency. The magnitude of the system of the effect of non-cash transactions on the effectiveness of administration in the financial management agency, regional asset income in South Tapanuli Regency. The sample of this research is 49 employees who are involved in financial management at the Financial Management Agency, Regional Asset Income in South Tapanuli Regency. From the results of simple regression testing, it is found that the non-cash transaction regression coefficient (X) = 0.405, this value means that the non-cash transaction variable (X) tends to have a direct effect on the effectiveness of financial administration at the Financial Management Agency, Regional Asset Income in South Tapanuli Regency, with the understanding that if the non-cash transaction variable (X) is increased by 100%, the effectiveness of financial administration at the Financial Management Agency, Regional Asset Income in South Tapanuli Regency will increase by 40.5%. The coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.178. So it can be concluded that from the results of this study it can be seen that non-cash transactions (X) have an effect of 17.8% on the effectiveness of financial administration at the Financial Management Agency, Regional Asset Income in South Tapanuli Regency. While the remaining 82.2% is the influence of other variables outside of research such as compensation, attendance, staffing systems, and others.

Abstract

Syafii Maarif adalah seorang pemikir Muslim Indonesia yang memiliki pemikiran tentang hubungan antara ajaran Islam dan politik. Ia pernah menjabat sebagai Ketua Muhammadiyah dan pernah menjabat sebagai anggota Dewan Pertimbangan Agung Indonesia. Menurutnya, Islam memiliki hubungan dengan politik dan negara, karena ajaran Islam akan memberi warna pada politik. Politik tidak hanya sebatas kekuasaan, tetapi politik itu mulia, yaitu memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Oleh karena itu politik adalah ijlihad siyasi oleh para pemikir muslim. Dasar, bentuk, tujuan dan kepala negara ditentukan oleh rakyat sebagai pembentuk negara. Bangsa Indonesia telah memutuskan untuk membentuk Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia berdasarkan Pancasila yang melindungi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengetahui lebih jelas bagaimana Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang melibatkan 100 orang responden. Penghimpunan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus-rumus statistik, khususnya menggunakan analisis regresi berganda yang pengelolaannya dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS.. Dalam hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengauh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Wijaya Karya . Keselamatan kerja secara parsial berpengauh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Wijaya Karya. Kesehatan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Wijaya Karya. Kepemimpinan, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Wijaya Karya.
