Al-Irsyad: The Counseling and Education Journal is scientific journal in education and counseling guidance that managed by The Bimbingan Konseling Islam Majors of Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan Faculty of UIN Sumatera Utara Medan. Al-Irsyad presents topics about development of counseling guidance profession as a teacher based on the four competence of a teacher. They are pedagogic, personal, social, and professional. Besides that, Al-Irsyad is also emphasize to the integration of islamic values. Al-Irsyad is published two times in a year. There are January-June edition and July-December edition. The first edition of Al-Irsyad was Vol.1, No.1, January-June Edition on 2012, but was not yet have p-ISSN and e-ISSN. Then, in Vol.5, No. 1, January-June Edition on 2015 was published in print with p-ISSN: 2088-8341. Further, Vol. 10, No.1, January-June 2020 Edition on 2020 edition publish OJS with e-ISSN: 2686-2859.

Abstract

In addition to objectives and materials, there are also three important elements that can not be ignored in the learning process. These three elements are methods, tools or learning media, and evaluation. Method is a way that can be used by teachers in delivering learning materials to learners. In Arabic the method is called al-Tariqah. This word other than interpreted to the method, it is also interpreted to a path that can be taken in delivering the subject matter. Al-Qur’an al-karim, in conveying divine messages, using various methods, tools, or media. Indeed, al-Qur’an also speaks of the importance of evaluation. Abstract

21st century human resources have three pillars, namely literacy, competence, and character. Literacy is the ability to read, reading interest, and reading power of every writing and environmental phenomenon to be used as life learning. Competence is a skill in critical thinking, creating creativity, collaborating, and communicating good and true. Character is the attitudes and plates possessed in accepting and carrying out the tasks carried. The three pillars can be realized through the correct learning process. Cooperation of school institutions, community, and student families can be done with the method of exemplifying each other, collaborate in kretaivitas, and mutually motivate in achievement. Teacher BK acts as an educator who can help students to be physically and psychologically ready to follow, understand, accept, and mangamalkan learning process as well as possible. BK Teachers can conduct activities that are understand, control, alleviate, maintain, and develop the potential of the students.Keywords: Teachers BK, potential students, learning process

Abstract

Karya penelitian membahas upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi puasa di SMP Negeri 16 Medan tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena rendahnya hasil belajar yang ditandai minimnya siswa yang mampu melampaui nilai KKM. Dalam penelitian ini ditawarkan penggunaan metode Cooperative Script dalam pembelajaran PAI materi pokok puasa.Rumusan permasalahan yang dikemukakan adalah ”Apakah metode Cooperative Script dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi puasa di SMP Negeri 16 Medan? Permasalahan tersebut dikaji dengan menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research). Metode pengumpulan data memakai teknik dokumentasi, observasi, dan tes.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa metode Cooperative Script dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar materi pokok puasa pada kelas VIII SMP Negeri 16 Medan Tahun Akademik 2017/2018. Data yang peroleh menunjukkan bahwa pada pra siklus nilai rata-rata kelas adalah 61,5, pada siklus 1 meningkat lagi menjadi 69,25, dan pada siklus 2 naik menjadi 90,25. Adapun data ketuntasan klasikal pada pra siklus sebesar 25%, pada siklus 1 sebesar 47,50%, dan meningkat kembali pada siklus 2 menjadi 97,50%..Keywords: Puasa, Cooperative Script, Hasil Belajar
