Abstract

This research is motivated by the establishment of the Islamic Middle School Al-Faat Bara Dompu NTB in 2021, with the leadership of the first principal. The purpose of this research is to find out how the leadership scheme of the principal of the West Halmahera Insan Cendekia School in realizing school quality. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, with a phenomenological approach that occurs in the field. Collecting data using observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used three analysis lines, namely data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of this study indicate that: The scheme of implementing and evaluating the quality of education at the Al-Faat bara-Dompu Islamic Middle School is carried out in three ways: the first: providing adequate facilities and infrastructure, second: increasing teacher competence and third: developing the potential of students in the field of science and technology and IMTAQ as the school's flagship program. Full support from the central government and local governments for school development is a supporting factor in realizing quality. The results obtained from improving the quality of education are, students of school construction facilities, and achievements obtained from competitions in the field of Science and technology as well as, Al-Faat Sudat Islamic Junior High School recognized and registered with the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract

Pembelajaran bahasa Arab di Pondok Pesantren Darul Hikmah Soncolela Kota Bima khususnya bagi santri binaan tahfizh Al-quran masih menghadapi berbagai kendala terutama dalam meningkatkan kemampuan santri dalam berbahasa Arab tentunya hal ini dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya adalah kurang tersedianya fasilitas yang memadai, lingkungan berbahasa yang kurang aktif, kurangnya motivasi dalam diri para santri serta kurangnya perbendaharaan kosa kata yang dimiliki. Untuk itu perlu diupayakan sebuah solusi mengenalkan dan mengajarkan bahasa Arab kepada pengguna bahasa Arab. Diantaranya adalah dengan menghafal Al-quran karena bahasa Arab merupakan bahasa al-Qur Al-quran. Karena, menghafal Al-quran tidak hanya memberikan keutamaan untuk akhirat saja, tetapi menghafal Al-quran merupakan ciri orang yang diberi ilmu dan dijamin urusan dunianya oleh Allah SWT. Selain itu, kebiasaan menghafal Al-quran ini dapat lebih mengakrabkan penghafalnya dengan bahasa Al-quran yaitu bahasa Arab. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh menghafal Al-quran terhadap kemampuan berbahasa Arab pada santri binaan tahfizh Al-quran Pondok Pesantren Darul Hikmah Soncolela Kota Bima. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode wawancara, metode tes, observasi dan metode dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data statistik dengan menampilkan data dalam bentuk angka-angka dengan menggunakan rumus product moment. Setelah indeks korelasi dimasukkan ke dalam rumus product moment dan mendapatkan hasil korelasi sebesar 0,778. Selanjutnya menentukan besarnya pengaruh variabel X terhadap variabel Y dicari sebagai berikut: r²x 100 % = 0,778² x 100 % = 0,605 x 100 % = 60,5 %. Artinya variabel menghafal Al-quran (X) berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berbahasa Arab (Y) pada santri binaan tahfizh Al-quran Pondok Pesantren Darul Hikmah Soncolela Kota Bima. Berdasarkan perhitungan 5 % dan n = 21, df = n-2 = 21-2 = 19 sehingga diperoleh ttabel =2,093, maka Ho ditolak, artinya thitung 4,970 ≥ ttabel 2,093. Artinya ada hubungan yang signifikan yaitu pengaruh menghafal Al-quran terhadap kemampuan berbahasa Arab pada santri binaan tahfizh Al-quran Pondok Pesantren Darul Hikmah Soncolela Kota Bima.

Abstract

This paper is intended to organize a comprehensive understanding in the development of the Islamic education curriculum so that an organized curriculum is obtained in an integrated manner between its components in an adequate operational standard. With the hope that the curriculum is able to form a true Muslim personality. The writing method uses literature review, then is analyzed descriptively and argumentatively. In developing the Islamic education curriculum in the Society 5.0 era, it should be done proportionally and not get stuck in the character or learning model of the 21st Century and the concept of independent learning. The development of an Islamic education curriculum does not necessarily welcome the paradigm and standard of the 21st Century learning process which absolutely requires high-level thinking skills. The success of learning Islamic education is not only measured by the ability to think analytically, critically and creatively. Learning Islamic education requires the ability to think as a whole and thoroughly, without dichotomizing high-level thinking skills with low-level thinking skills. In order to understand and learn the main points of Islamic teachings, it is necessary to involve the ability (to think) to know, understand, live, believe, to then believe in and practice according to instructions originating from the Al-Qur'an and Hadits. In forming a true Muslim personality, it is absolutely necessary to have the ability to think in a realm which, according to the paradigm of thinking in this century, belongs to the realm of low-order thinking skills or what is called Low Order Thinking Skills (LOTS).

Abstract

Character education according to Doni Koesoema Albertus' view is that which comes from rational or personal reasoning with various dimensions, both from within and from outside one's self. In the view of Islamic education, the basis of character education is the Al-Quran and As-Sunnah. Character according to Doni Koesoema Albertus is the reality of the child's ability in his own observations. Meanwhile, in the view of Islamic education, the factors that influence character are behavior or habits. According to Doni Koesoema Albertus is to motivate educational performance and as a demand in society. Meanwhile, according to the view of Islamic education, the purpose of character education is character education in the family, local, national and international environment through customs, laws and orders between nations; develop consistent character or character in making decisions in social life; to deal with problems in society rationally; use good experiences for the formation of awareness and responsibility for their actions. The teacher referred to in Doni Koesoema Albertus's thinking is a teacher as a character educator in society who is characterized by changing values ​​to increase vision and inspiration for the performance of educational institutions. Whereas in the view of Islamic education, the teacher is a reciprocal relationship that aims to change the behavior of students towards moral maturity that is capable and provides a number of knowledge and guides them. according to Doni Koesoema Albertus is to find out the extent of the character possessed by students. Meanwhile, in the view of Islamic education, the evaluation of character education is intended to determine success in teaching, with indicators of the character that students can have.

Abstract

This research method uses qualitative writing methods. Data collection techniques used in this study, using interviews, observation, and documentation. While the data analysis in this study used a qualitative descriptive technique. The role of PAI teachers in improving student discipline, (1) As supervisors, Islamic religious education teachers always provide direction and advice to students to always be disciplined and obey the rules, both at school and outside of school. (2) As a motivator, they always encourage their students to be enthusiastic and active in learning and to always be disciplined in obeying the rules that apply at school, the form of encouragement they give is by saying that many of their seniors are successful because they are always disciplined in learning. (3) as an example is a teacher who always teaches students to always be disciplined, PAI teachers come on time, maintain tidiness, train students to dispose of trash in its place.
