Abstract

At this time Indonesia has occurred the shift in the use of local languages among the speakers. This shift is feared to be able to make the younger generation as the successor to the nation is slowly leaving and did not know the language and the local wisdom of his forefathers. Various factors certainly have affected the occurrence of such a shift. This is particularly of concern for experts, observers, activists, researchers, and local languages, including the press, as well as employees of the Government. Various efforts need to be made by all parties in order to pemertahanan the language of the area. The issues facing the BD is currently the position and its functions no longer correspond to the position and the function of which was given to him. Local languages are no longer made as a boast of identity, as well as their functions are no longer made as the main communication language in family life and community supporters. The problem of language extinctions is starting to attract the attention of many circles, not just from among linguists, but also by the general public. Formulation of the problem: (1) how did the Dayak language shift conditions on the Dayak Society Hill in Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency Loksado?, (2) what are the factors that affect the shifting language of Dayak Dayak Society Hill in Hulu Regency Loksado South River. In this study used a qualitative approach. This research is located in district Loksado District South of the River in South Kalimantan Province. This research data is data Dayak language shift conditions in various domains. First, in the form of speech is spoken by the Dayak communities when communicating, namely in the form of words, sentences, and phrases to know the condition of the Dayak Language usage in a variety of domains. This data was obtained by recording the event said at a time when the situation in the family, neighbors, education, religion, transactions, and Government.

Abstract

Cultural Values in the Legend Kapuas. Cultural values are the conception of ideal or ideal image of something that is seen and recognized precious lives in the mind; stored and embodied in the norms, rules, and laws; and articulated, unrevealed, and externalized in speech, action, action, and the behavior of most members of society as the unity and integrity. Of the eight legends Kapuas found some kind of cultural values, namely: (1) the amount of culture in the human relationship with the Lord, consisting of three cultural values which, thank god, like prayer, trust Kaharingan; (2) the cultural values of mankind's relationship with nature is a natural utilization of cultural values; (3) cultural values in human relationships with the community, there are three, namely consultation, cooperation, vigilance; (4) cultural values in human relationships with other human beings there are four, namely helpfulness, harmony, honesty, and sorry-forgive; and (5) the cultural values of mankind's relationship with itself, there are two, namely to try and strong-willed, self-confidence.

Abstract

This research used a descriptive qualitative approach. The implementation of this research was four months beginning from January until April 2014. The object of this research was SMAIT Nur Hidayah of Surakarta. The subject of this research was recruitment teams, including of recruitment chief, the vice of recruitment chief, and candidate of new teacher’s assessors. The informants of this research were chief of the institution, Principal, teachers, and administration officers. Data collecting method applied observation, interview, and documentation, while, data validation techniques used triangulation method and sources. The method of data analysis used interactive model consisting of data collecting, reduction, performing, and verification. Research results show that recruitment management of new teachers in SMA IT Nur Hidayah of Surakarta, Kartasura district, Sukoharjo regency provides excellent quality of new teachers. The purpose of recruitment can be achieved because recruitment management of new teachers has been done well, including a) planning of new teacher’s recruitment by analyzing of teacher’s needs; b) organizing has been done by the making a particular team in new teacher’s recruitment; c) executing of recruitment including socialization announcement of new teacher’s acceptance, administration selection, writing, interview, reading and memorizing of Qur’an, and microteaching tests; d) controlling of recruitment team has been done by the institution party and Principle of SMA IT Nur Hidayah Surakarta in executing of new teacher’s recruitment. Teacher’s recruitment management by school party has been done effectively. In this matter, it can be seen in the new teacher’s recruitment process with has been done by the recruitment team selectively and systematically. Therefore, it provides qualified teachers.

Abstract

Speech Acts in Diamond Sale and Purchase Transactions at Martapura Market in Banjar Regency. Disclosure of intent and purpose in different language events. In the process of buying and selling, speech between traders and buyers often contains different intentions according to the statement acts used when spoken. This study aims to determine the types of speech acts used in the process of buying and selling diamonds at Martapura Market. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data obtained in this study comes from the spoken language spoken by traders with traders and traders with buyers who are buying and selling transactions. The source of the data in this study is the recording of the process of buying and selling diamonds at Martapura market and written documents in the form of transcripts of speech. Data collection was obtained by using the referring method and followed by competent involvement techniques and note-taking techniques. The results of this study found the types of speech acts used as follows: 1) representative statement acts, 2) directive speech acts, and 3) expressive speech acts. Representative speech acts are used by traders and buyers to confirm, give reasons, explain, insist, advise, swear, complain, give advice, and notify. The directive speech acts used by traders and buyers are to give orders, requests, restrictions and information. Meanwhile, expressive speech acts are used by traders and buyers to express feelings of worry, pleasure, pronunciation, praise, and apology. The most frequent speech acts found in this study are representative speech acts.

Abstract

This study deals with the ability to determine the shape and meaning of majas in grade IX students of MTsN 3 Banjarmasin. The purpose of the study is 1) Describing the ability to learn the significance and meaning of the comparison subject in class IX MTsN 3 Banjarmasin. 2) Describes the ability to determine the sense and meaning of majing for class IX students of MTsN 3 Banjarmasin. 3) Represents the ability to learn the purpose and meaning of majing in class IX students of MTsN 3 Banjarmasin. 4) Describes the ability to determine the shape and meaning of majing for grade IX students of MTsN 3 Banjarmasin. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method. The place of research carried out was at IX MTsN 3 Banjarmasin, and 90 class IX people were made into the study population, while for the sample totalling 50 students. To get technical data in the form of tests to measure students' ability in determining the form and meaning of majas. Data processing from the test results, the scores obtained are converted to eleven (stanel) scale standard values, the students' scores are as follows: (1) excellent title contains 2 students or 4%, (2) good grades turn out to be 28 students or 56 %, (3) there are less than 7 students or 14%, (3) failing predicate contains 13 students or 26%. Based on the results of data processing that has been converted, it can be concluded that students who earn as many as 30 students or 60%, and students who have not been able to produce as many as 20 students or 40% of all samples.

Abstract

The shekinah family is a dream for every person who builds a household mahligai. Besides that, the purpose of marriage in the teachings of Islam is to create a family that is peaceful, happy, peaceful, and prosperous. People who want to have a family must be directly and psychologically because marriage is a game but the sincerity of men or women to live a family in achieving the goals of marriage. Before having a family, the first man or woman who did that chose first to choose a life partner with wisdom that had been taught by the Prophet. The Messenger of Allah taught to look for religious factors because that would determine the happiness and peace of the household because the good religion must obey Allah and the Messenger of Allah. There are two formulas in building a sakinah family, namely the rights and obligations of the husband and family who establish good communication so that a happy family is created.

Abstract

Obstacles faced Islamic primary school teachers of the country Telangkah Kereng Pangi 3 in carrying out education of Islam such as the lack of teachers in particular Islamic religious teachers at that school, which amounted to two teachers from 26 teachers with class as much as 18 spaces. In addition teachers also can not combine class with other classes due to the number of Muslim students in a single classroom almost 35-40 people especially students in class v. allocation of time set by the school are always placed at the last hour, and infrastructure is still lacking as to the absence of small mosque or place of practice. and almost 85 teachers at that school non-muslim religion. The efforts made by the Islamic religious teachers of the primary school Telangkah-3 Country Kereng Pangi still not in accordance with the theory, due to the many limitations of the teacher's knowledge. Islamic religious teachers only implement learning just as much as the other teachers that is in the process of teaching and learning for example conveying material, explain, give the task either orally or in writing, and faqs..

Abstract

Dalam upaya menngkatkan mutu pendidikan nasional, pemerintah khususnya melalui Depdiknas terus menerus berupaya melakukan berbagai perubahan dan pembaruan sistem pendidikan. Salah satu upaya yang sudah dan sedang dilakukan, yaitu berkaitan dengan faktor guru. Lahirnya Undang-undnag No.14 tahun 2005 tentang Guru dan Dosen dan Perturan Pemerintah No.19 tahun 2005 tentang Standar Nasional Pendidikan, pada dasarnya merupakan kebijakan pemerintah yang di dalamnya memuat usaha pemerintah untuk menata dan memperbaiki mutu guru di Indonesia. Guru adalah pendidik profesional dengan tugas utama, mendidik, mengajar, membimbing, mengarahkan, melatih, menilai, dan mengevaluasi peserta didik pada pendidikan formal, pendidikan dasar, dan pendidikan menengah. Sistem pendidikan guru sebagai suatu objek sistem pendidikan nasional merupakan faktor kunci dan memiliki peran yang sangat strategis, pada hakikatnya penyelenggaraan dan keberhasilan proses pendidikan pada semua jenjang dan semua satuan pendidikan ditentukan oleh faktor guru, di samping perlunya faktor penunjang lainnya. Dalam Standar Nasional Pendidikan, Penjelasan pasal 28 ayat 3 butir a dikemukakan bahwa yang dimaksud dengan kompetensi pedagogik adalah kemampuan mengelola pembelajaran peserta didik yang meliputi pemahaman terhadap peserta didik, perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran, evaluasi hasil belajar dan pengembangan peserta didik untuk mengatualisasikan berbagai kompetensi yang dimilikinya. Metode pembelajaran yang monoton dan kurang bervariasi, akan menghambat tercapainya tujuan pendidikan.

Abstract

Upaya mempertinggi tingkat kemajuan diberbagai sektor kehidupan, bangsa Indonesia dengan segala potensi yang ada terus berupaya memacu dan mengembangkan berbagai bidang yang dilaksanakan secara bertahap berkesinambungan serta melalui kegiatan pembangunan jangka pendek dan jangka panjang dengan melibatkan seluruh rakyat Indonesia yang tersebar di plosok nusantara, sehingga gerak pembangunan terasa lebih merata dan dapat mencapai tujuan pembangunan nasional. Menyahuti era otonomi daerah yang telah pemerintah berikan seluas-luasnya kepada tiap daerah dalam rangka pemerataan pembangunan disegala bidang agar dapat melahirkan manusia potensial, terampil dan berkualitas, manusia diharapkan mampu melaksanakan dan menggerakkan pembangunan bangsa kearah yang lebih maju serta mampu memacu produktifitas pembangunan yang lebih baik dan bermutu. Salah satu faktor yang mengakibatkan tinggi rendahnya kualitas pendidikan disebuah sekolah adalah kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh guru baik ditinjau dari kompetensi pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial, dan profesionalnya. Kualitas pendidikan yang dimaksudkan adalah dapat terlihat pada prestasi yang diraih siswa dalam setiap pelajaran. Maka dalam hal ini kompetensi guru dapat dimaknai sebagai gambaran tentang apa seyogyanya dapat dilakukan seorang guru dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya baik berupa kegiatan, berperilaku, maupun hasil yang dapat ditunjukan. Dalam peraturan menteri pendidikan Nasional No. 16 tahun 2007 disebutkan ada empat kompetensi guru, yaitu : 1) kompetensi pedagogik, 2) kompetensi kepribadian, 3) kompetensi sosial, 4) kompetensi professional.
