Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the application of AI in CRM and customer loyalty. The results of sentiment analysis through Web Scraping are used to strengthen the interpretation of the results, not as a mediator or can be called triangulation or enrichment data. The population of this study were active e-commerce customers with a sample of 384 respondents obtained through purposive sampling techniques. Data analysts used the SEM-PLS and NLP approaches for sentiment classification. The study's results indicate that AI-based CRM has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. This is indicated by the T-statistic value of 29,415 > 1.96. The conceptual model is also very good, as evidenced by the SRMR value of 0.054> 0.050 and the NFI value of 0.907. Sentiment analysis collected through social media X from 3,213 tweets with the keyword skincare resulted in 74% neutral opinions, 13.7%, and 12.3% negative. Furthermore, the classification results of 7 aspects of positive and negative opinions such as aftersales, delivery, experience, order, packaging, product, and unknown, from positive opinions the largest percentage is in the experience (customer experience) 43.2% while for negative opinions the largest percentage is also in the experience aspect of 45.8%. This data is important for business owners to make improvements and improvements to create customer satisfaction. 45.8% of bad customer experiences will, if not followed up, make customers switch to other stores.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to design and develop a power monitoring and load protection system based on Android as a practical solution for monitoring electricity consumption. The system employs a PZEM-004T sensor integrated with an Arduino Nano/ESP32 microcontroller to measure electrical parameters such as voltage, current, and power. The measurement data are transmitted wirelessly via the Bluetooth HC-05 module to an Android application developed using Android Studio, allowing users to monitor load conditions in real time. In addition to the monitoring function, the system is equipped with a relay as an automatic protection mechanism that disconnects the load when disturbances such as overcurrent are detected. A visual indicator on the application displays the system status, showing green for normal conditions and red when a fault occurs. Testing results show that the sensor readings are close to the accuracy of a standard multimeter, with a fast and effective response in protection performance. Therefore, this system can serve as an efficient, responsive, and user-friendly solution for power monitoring and load protection, while also reducing reliance on manual inspection. Keywords: Power Monitoring, Load Protection, PZEM-004T, Arduino, Android Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun sistem monitoring daya serta proteksi beban berbasis Android sebagai solusi praktis dalam pemantauan konsumsi listrik. Sistem menggunakan sensor PZEM-004T yang diintegrasikan dengan mikrokontroler Arduino Nano/ESP32 untuk mengukur parameter listrik berupa tegangan, arus, dan daya. Data hasil pengukuran dikirimkan secara nirkabel melalui modul Bluetooth HC-05 ke aplikasi Android yang dirancang menggunakan Android Studio, sehingga pengguna dapat memantau kondisi beban secara real-time. Selain fungsi monitoring, sistem dilengkapi dengan relay sebagai proteksi otomatis yang memutuskan aliran listrik saat terdeteksi gangguan, seperti arus berlebih. Indikator visual pada aplikasi menampilkan status sistem dengan warna hijau untuk kondisi normal dan merah ketika terjadi gangguan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa pembacaan sensor mendekati akurasi multimeter standar, dengan respon proteksi yang cepat dan efektif. Abstract

Abstract: Runway Guard Light (RGL) is an airport safety lighting system that provides visual warnings to pilots before entering an active runway area. This study aims to design and develop a microcontroller-based RGL replica as a learning tool in the Airfield Lighting System Laboratory of the Polytechnic of Aviation Medan, allowing students to directly understand the working principles of airfield lighting safety systems. The system employs Arduino Uno as the main controller, a 12V power supply, LM2596 step-down module, IRF520 MOSFET module, and 12V LED lamps as visual indicators. The applied method is Research and Development (R&D), consisting of design, construction, and testing stages. The test results indicate that the device can display alternating blinking light patterns according to RGL configuration standards A and B. This prototype is expected to serve as an effective educational aid to support aviation safety learning in the academic environment. Keywords:  Runway Guard Light, Microcontroller, Arduino Uno, Aviation Safety. Abstrak: Runway Guard Light (RGL) merupakan sistem lampu keselamatan di bandara yang memberikan peringatan visual kepada pilot sebelum memasuki area runway aktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah replika RGL berbasis mikrokontroler sebagai media pembelajaran di Laboratorium Airfield Lighting System Politeknik Penerbangan Medan, agar mahasiswa dapat memahami prinsip kerja sistem pencahayaan keselamatan bandara secara langsung. Sistem ini menggunakan Arduino Uno sebagai mikrokontroler utama, power supply 12V, modul step-down LM2596, modul MOSFET IRF520, dan lampu LED 12V sebagai output visual. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D), melalui tahap perancangan, pembuatan, dan pengujian alat. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menampilkan pola kedipan lampu secara bergantian sesuai standar konfigurasi A dan B RGL. Alat ini diharapkan dapat menjadi sarana efektif dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran dan keselamatan penerbangan di lingkungan pendidikan. Kata kunci: Runway Guard Light, Mikrokontroler, Arduino Uno, Keselamatan Penerbangan.

Abstract

Abstract: Development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has opened new opportunities in the field of multimedia, particularly in the process of creating visual works. AI enables automation and efficiency in producing graphic designs, illustrations, and other visual elements. This study explores the utilization of AI in generating visual multimedia works by assessing quality, realism, and its effectiveness as a creative tool. An exploratory method was employed, evaluating generative AI platforms to understand the extent of their contribution to visual design processes. Experiments were conducted using three AI platforms Grok AI, Google Labs Image Fx, and Dreamina each applying distinct approaches to content generation. The results were analyzed based on visual detail, texture, lighting, accuracy, and comparisons with human-created works. Findings indicate that AI is capable of producing highly realistic visual outputs with greater speed compared to conventional methods. However, limitations remain in creativity, originality, and full control over the final results. These insights highlight AI’s potential as an assistive tool in the multimedia industry and underscore the importance of further development to balance efficiency with creative authenticity. Keywords: Artificial Intelligence (AI), Multimedia, Prompt-Based AI Generation,Visual, Exploration. Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) telah membuka peluang baru dalam bidang multimedia, khususnya dalam proses penciptaan karya visual. AI memungkinkan otomatisasi dan efisiensi dalam menghasilkan desain grafis, ilustrasi, dan elemen visual lainnya. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pemanfaatan AI dalam menghasilkan karya multimedia visual dengan menilai kualitas, realisme, dan efektivitasnya sebagai alat kreatif. Metode eksploratori digunakan dengan mengevaluasi platform AI generatif untuk memahami sejauh mana kontribusinya terhadap proses desain visual. Eksperimen dilakukan menggunakan tiga platform AI yaitu Grok AI, Google Labs Image Fx, dan Dreamina yang masing-masing menerapkan pendekatan berbeda dalam menghasilkan konten. Hasil dianalisis berdasarkan detail visual, tekstur, pencahayaan, akurasi, dan perbandingan dengan karya yang dibuat manusia. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa AI mampu menghasilkan output visual yang sangat realistis dengan kecepatan lebih tinggi dibandingkan metode konvensional. Namun, keterbatasan tetap ada dalam hal kreativitas, orisinalitas, dan kendali penuh terhadap hasil akhir. Temuan ini menyoroti potensi AI sebagai alat bantu dalam industri multimedia dan pentingnya pengembangan lebih lanjut untuk menyeimbangkan efisiensi dengan keaslian kreativitas. Kata kunci :Artificial Intelligence (AI), Multimedia, Prompt-Based AI Generation, Visual, Eksplorasi.

Abstract

Abstract: This final project discusses the design and construction of a Vertical Axis Wind Turbine (VAWT)-based Wind Power Plant (PLTB) as a prototype for measuring output voltage. The system employs a Darius-type vertical wind turbine connected to a BLDC (Brushless Direct Current) motor functioning as a generator. The generator produces three-phase AC voltage, which is then rectified using a three-phase full-wave bridge rectifier with six diodes to generate DC voltage. The research focuses on testing the relationship between wind speed and output voltage on both the AC and DC sides. Measurements were carried out using a digital multimeter with artificial and natural wind sources. The results show that the output voltage increases with higher wind speed, and after rectification, the generated DC voltage is relatively stable and consistent with the theory of electrical energy conversion. Overall, the PLTB prototype successfully operates as intended to generate electrical voltage from wind energy and can serve as a reference for analyzing the performance of small-scale wind power systems as well as the development of renewable energy technologies. Keywords:  Wind Power Generator, Vertical Axis Wind Turbine, Renewable Energy. Abstrak: Proyek akhir ini membahas Rancang Bangun Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Bayu (PLTB) Berbasis Turbin Vertikal sebagai prototipe alat pengukuran tegangan keluaran. Sistem menggunakan turbin angin vertikal tipe Darius yang dihubungkan dengan motor BLDC (Brushless Direct Current) sebagai generator. Tegangan AC tiga fasa yang dihasilkan kemudian disearahkan melalui rangkaian three-phase full-wave bridge rectifier dengan enam dioda untuk menghasilkan tegangan DC. Penelitian difokuskan pada pengujian hubungan kecepatan angin dengan tegangan keluaran pada sisi AC maupun DC. Pengukuran dilakukan menggunakan multimeter digital dengan sumber angin buatan maupun alami. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa tegangan keluaran meningkat seiring bertambahnya kecepatan angin, dan setelah penyearahan menghasilkan tegangan DC yang stabil sesuai teori konversi energi listrik. Secara keseluruhan, prototipe PLTB ini berhasil berfungsi sesuai tujuan untuk menghasilkan tegangan listrik dari energi angin, serta dapat dijadikan acuan analisis kinerja sistem PLTB skala kecil dan pengembangan energi terbarukan. Kata kunci: :  Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Bayu,Turbin Angin, Energi Terbarukan.

Abstract

Abstract: Waste management problems in the Medan Aviation Polytechnic environment are still a challenge, especially in terms of waste sorting which is often not done independently by users. This research aims to create a smart trash can that is able to sort organic, inorganic, and metal waste automatically. This system uses an ESP32 microcontroller and Arduino Uno combined with several types of sensors, such as inductive proximity sensors, capacitive sensors, infrared sensors, and ultrasonic sensors. The sorting mechanism is carried out by two servo motors based on the type of waste detected. This system is also equipped with a speaker as a voice notification for users who are going to throw away trash. The results of the classification of waste types and information on the height of the waste will be displayed on a 20x4 LCD. In addition, data on the height of the contents of the trash can is sent to the Blynk application in real-time, so it can be monitored remotely. Test results show that the tool functions effectively and responsively in identifying, sorting, and monitoring the condition of waste. This innovation is expected to support technology-based campus waste management. Keyword: Smart Trash Bin, Proximity Sensor, Arduino, ESP32, Internet of Things Abstrak: Permasalahan pengelolaan sampah di lingkungan Politeknik Penerbangan Medan masih menjadi tantangan, khususnya dalam hal pemilahan sampah yang sering tidak dilakukan secara mandiri oleh pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat tempat sampah cerdas yang mampu memilah sampah organik, anorganik, dan logam secara otomatis. Sistem ini menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32 dan Arduino Uno yang dikombinasikan dengan beberapa jenis sensor, seperti sensor proximity induktif, sensor kapasitif, sensor infrared, dan sensor ultrasonik. Mekanisme pemilahan dilakukan oleh dua buah motor servo berdasarkan jenis sampah yang terdeteksi. Sistem ini juga dilengkapi speaker sebagai notifikasi suara untuk pengguna yang akan membuang sampah. Hasil klasifikasi jenis sampah dan informasi ketinggian sampah akan ditampilkan pada LCD 20x4. Selain itu, data ketinggian isi tempat sampah dikirim ke aplikasi Blynk secara real-time, sehingga dapat dipantau dari jarak jauh. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan alat berfungsi secara efektif dan responsif dalam mengidentifikasi, memilah, dan memantau kondisi sampah. Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine the development of government administration, regional government, and community development in villages and sub-districts. Sei Kepayang District holds an annual selection of the best village. However, assessments are still conducted using a system.conservativeTherefore, it is still prone to errors in its implementation. Furthermore, if there are identical scores, it is difficult to determine the winner if the same score is the highest. Therefore, a decision support system is needed to solve the existing problems, thus facilitating the decision to choose the best village in Sei Kepayang District. In determining the best village, seven criteria are used: education, health, cleanliness, finance, economy, security and order, and community institutions. The Decision Support System uses the methodSimple Additive Weighting (SAW) is used to solve the problem of selecting the best village. Therefore, the application of the SAW method is expected to assist in the process of making accurate decisions in selecting the best village.Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) is a method that uses calculations or provides certain types of criteria that are weighted, resulting in a final, weighted score that will ultimately determine the final decision. The results of this study will produce a ranking of the best villages, with two villages being named as the best: Sei Kepayang Tendah and Sei Paham, in Sei Kepayang District. Keywords: Best Village; Criteria; Decision-Making System; SAW Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan penyelengaraan pemerintahan, ke daerah dan juga kemasyarakatan terhadap desa dan kelurahan. Kecamatan Sei Kepayang setiap tahunnya menyelenggarakan pemilihan desa terbaik. Namun penilaian masih dilakukan dengan menggunakan sistemkonservatif sehingga masih rentan terjadi kesalahan dalam pelaksanaanya. Selain itu, apabila terdapat nilai yang sama persis maka sulit menentukan pemenangnya jika nilai yang sama tersebut merupakan nilai tertinggi. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada, sehingga memudahkan dalam mengambil keputusan desa terbaik di Kecamatan Sei Kepayang. Dalam penentuan keputusan desa terbaik menggunakan 7 kriteria yakni, pendidikan, kesehatan, kebersihan, keuangan, ekonomi, keamanan dan ketertiban, dan lembaga masyarakat. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) digunakan untuk menyelesaikan persoalan pemilihan desa terbaik. Sehingga penerapan dalam metode SAW tersebut, diharapkan dapat membantu proses pengambilan keputusan pemilihan desa terbaik secara tepat. Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) ini adalah sebuah metode yang menggunakan perhitungan atau yang menyediakan jenis- jenis kriteria tertentu yang memiliki bobot hingga nilai akhir yang berbobot akan menjadi keputusan akhir. Hasil dari penelitian ini nantinya adalah diperolehnya rangking desa sebagai desa terbaik dengan 2 desa sebagai desa terbaik yakni desa Sei Kepayang Tendah dan desa Sei Paham yang ada di Kecamatan Sei Kepayang. Kata kunci: Desa Terbaik; Kriteria; Sistem Pengambil Keputusan; SAW

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to design and build a control and monitoring system for runway edge lights using Power Line Carrier (PLC). This system is designed to overcome the limitations of manual methods in inspecting runway lights, which are time-consuming and labour-intensive, especially in airport environments with large areas. The system uses an ESP8266 microcontroller, a PZEM-004T sensor module for monitoring electrical parameters, and a Power Line Adapter as the data transmission medium. Test results indicate that the system can transmit and receive data over a distance of ±70 metres with an average response time of 7–10 seconds. The sensor can also detect voltage and current with an error rate below 5%, demonstrating the system's accuracy and reliability. As a result, the system enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of technicians in monitoring runway edge light conditions and has the potential for further development in broader applications within the fields of electrical engineering and aviation.  Keywords:  Power Line Carrier, Runway Edge Light, Monitoring, ESP8266, PZEM-004T Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun sistem kontrol serta monitoring lampu runway edge menggunakan Power Line Carrier (PLC) untuk mengatasi keterbatasan metode manual yang memerlukan waktu dan tenaga, khususnya di bandara dengan area luas. Sistem ini memanfaatkan mikrokontroler ESP8266, modul sensor PZEM-004T untuk pemantauan parameter listrik, serta Power Line Adapter sebagai media transmisi data. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mengirim dan menerima data hingga jarak ±70 meter dengan waktu respons rata-rata 7–10 detik, sementara sensor mendeteksi tegangan dan arus dengan tingkat kesalahan di bawah 5%, menandakan keakuratan dan keandalan sistem. Abstract

Abstract: The growth of e-commerce in Indonesia has been accelerating, driven by increasing internet penetration and the widespread use of mobile devices. The large, complex, and diverse volume of transaction data requires appropriate analytical methods to produce accurate trend predictions. This study aims to apply Big Data Analytics in analyzing consumer shopping patterns, popular product trends, and factors influencing purchasing decisions. Data were collected from various e-commerce platforms, processed using Hadoop and Spark, and further analyzed through predictive modeling with Machine Learning algorithms. The results indicate that integrating Big Data Analytics can improve trend prediction accuracy by up to 85% compared to conventional methods. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan Big Data Analytics dalam menganalisis pola belanja konsumen, tren produk populer, serta faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Metode yang digunakan mencakup pengumpulan data dari berbagai platform e-commerce, pemrosesan menggunakan Hadoop dan Spark, serta analisis prediktif dengan algoritma Machine Learning. Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to optimize the determination of infrastructure development priorities in underdeveloped areas using the Fuzzy Sugeno method. The inequality of development between regions remains a national strategic issue. By applying fuzzy logic, this research accommodates uncertainty in data related to accessibility, geographic characteristics, and infrastructure conditions. The Fuzzy Sugeno method was implemented to produce a decision support system capable of providing accurate priority recommendations. The results indicate that this method consistently produces valid outputs based on the specified input criteria. The designed system is expected to assist the government in determining development priorities objectively and efficiently. Keywords: fuzzy sugeno; decision support system; infrastructure; underdeveloped areas. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan penentuan prioritas pembangunan infrastruktur di daerah tertinggal menggunakan metode Fuzzy Sugeno. Permasalahan ketimpangan pembangunan antar wilayah masih menjadi isu strategis nasional. Dengan menerapkan pendekatan logika fuzzy, penelitian ini berusaha mengakomodasi ketidakpastian dalam data aksesibilitas, karakteristik geografis, serta sarana dan prasarana. Metode Fuzzy Sugeno diterapkan untuk menghasilkan sistem pendukung keputusan yang mampu memberikan rekomendasi prioritas secara akurat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode ini mampu memberikan nilai output yang konsisten berdasarkan kriteria input yang ditentukan. Sistem yang dirancang diharapkan dapat membantu pemerintah dalam menentukan prioritas pembangunan secara objektif dan efisien. Kata kunci: fuzzy sugeno; sistem pendukung keputusan; infrastruktur; daerah tertinggal.
