<![CDATA[This research aims to identify and explain the role of mothers as single parents in providing educational support to children during the Covid-19 pandemic. The theory used in this research is structural functional theory by Talcott Parsons. This research method is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation with triangulation of sources to test the validity of the data. Data analysis used data analysis from Miles and Huberman. The results show that the role of mothers as single parents in carrying out educational functions can run well, namely by providing educational support to children, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely by accompanying children to study, helping children learn, reminding children to actively participate in classes and do their duties,meet learning facilities, and always provide motivation and advice to children. Single mothers also experience various obstacles, namely that they cannot fully and directly accompany their children when learning from home. In addition, single mothers also find it difficult to provide support to their children on their own, because children are sometimes difficult to manage. This happened because there was no father figure in the family.]]>

<![CDATA[This article or writing aims to provide an effective understanding of the analysis of the performance of public services in Kecandran Village, Siomukti District, the problem is focused on a more in-depth analysis of public service activities in Kecandran Village and examine the form of responsiveness carried out by employees and related parties in the service. In order to approach this problem, Nicholas Henry's theoretical reference is used (in Suwitri, 2011), Carl Van Horn dan Donal Van Meter, 1975. The data were collected through descriptive research methods through field observations, primary and secondary data and interviews, and analyzed qualitatively. This study concludes that it is necessary to conduct research related to the analysis of the performance of public services at the Kecandran sub-district office, Sidomukti District which is more in-depth on human resources and responsiveness.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine strategies in improving the 12 year compulsory education. This research was conducted to obtain information related to government support in the implementation of 12 year compulsory education in Demak district. This includes understanding the factors that cause children to drop out of school from internal factors and external factors. Internal factors are due to the lack of family income and the low level of parental education. External factors are caused by environmental factors. Based on the descriptive qualitative approach this research was carried out in Demak Regency. Data collection was carried out through observation and literature study. The results showed that government support for the implementation of the 12 year compulsory education in Demak Regency with the provision of "let's go back to school" starting from primary education to senior secondary education is given to economically disadvantaged students in order to increase student participation in school.]]>

<![CDATA[Traffic problems are one of the problems on a national scale that develop in tune with the development of society. The problem faced today is the high number of traffic accidents on the highway. This study aims to determine the accountability and legal policies in an effort to overcome the perpetrators of traffic accidents that resulted in the death of the victim at the Humbang Hasundutan Police Traffic Unit. The research method used is normative or doctrinal juridical legal research as library research or document study, which has descriptive analysis. The results of the study indicate that the law against perpetrators of traffic accidents resulting in the death of the victim is regulated in Article 359 of the Criminal Code, Article 106 paragraph (2), Article 229, Article 310 paragraphs 1 to 4 and Article 312 of the Law. No. 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation and Government Regulation Number 37 of 2017 concerning Traffic and Road Transportation Safety. Legal policy in an effort to overcome the crime of traffic accidents that resulted in the death of the victim at the Humbang Hasundutan Sat.Lantas Police carried out penal and non-penal where accountability is carried out by applying imprisonment as regulated in Article 310 paragraph (4) of Law no. 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation.]]>

<![CDATA[The Covid-19 pandemic has significantly impacted the economic sector, especially the banking sector in obtaining debt repayments from debtors. To obtain debt repayment from a defaulting debtor, it can be done by selling debt guarantees that have been tied with Mortgage Rights. This study aims to examine and analyze the legal rules, mechanisms and obstacles faced in the implementation of the Mortgage Execution auction through the internet media during the Covid-19 pandemic based on the ITE law. This study uses a normative juridical legal research method with a historical, explanatory and synchronization legal approach using primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials then data analysis is carried out qualitatively. The results of the study show that the auction of Mortgage executions through the internet media during the Covid-19 pandemic based on the ITE law at the Medan KPKNL has been carried out based on applicable law and the resulting auction minutes are valid authentic deeds. However, it is still necessary to improve both in terms of regulations and support systems so that auctions via the internet can be carried out effectively, transparently, accountable, fair, and guarantee legal certainty.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the aesthetic quality of the stained glass decoration work at the Catholic Church of St. Francis of Asisi Berastagi based on the principles of fine arts, especially in the aspects of unity, balance, rhythm, proportion, composition, and center of interest. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The subjects in this study were part of the stained glass in the Catholic Church of St. Francis of Asisi, which is also a sample in this study, amounting to five samples. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The results of this study explain that the visual quality of the stained glass works in the Catholic Church of St. Francis, if viewed based on the principles of art, shows some deficiencies in these works can be seen from the number of works that only get points below three (<3), wrong the only thing is that there are still most of the works that have shortcomings in terms of composition and there is no balance in them, this is due to the color selection and placement of objects that are not quite right, plus there are still some deficiencies in the objects that are formed that are not proportional. However, even so, there are still some works that have sufficient to excellent quality, where these works are able to get points above three (> 3).]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the legal rules regarding the crime of gambling to analyze what factors encourage the occurrence of illegal toto gambling crimes, especially in Deli Serdang Regency. The research method used is descriptive method, with a case approach and legislation, with interview data collection instruments and documentation studies, while the data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive. The results of the study show that the legal regulation of lottery gambling is based on article 303 of the Criminal Code and article 303 bis and the UTE Law article 27 paragraph (2), with criminal threats in article 45 paragraph (2), as well as Law no. 7 of 1974 concerning Gambling Control in Article 1 that gambling in any form is a crime. The factors that encourage the occurrence of gambling crimes in Deli Serdang Regency are: the hope of getting a win, the influence of the environment, lottery gambling is easy for everyone to do, it doesn't take much time to do it, lottery clerks are available in many places, the development of information technology make it easier for players to send guesses for lottery gambling numbers, as well as weak supervision by the police. Law enforcement against lottery type gambling at the Lubuk Pakam District Court is still not firm.]]>

<![CDATA[This article or writing aims to reveal the form of solidarity of the Madurese community in Watu Ulo Hamlet in the Pethik Laut tradition/ceremony. Researchers took this location as a research point because based on previous research, the literature on social solidarity in traditional community traditions is still limited. In addition, the researchers also studied the Pethik Laut in Watu Ulo Hamlet, Ambulu, Jember because so far the research on the Pethik Laut in Jember is still small. The problem is focused on the form of social solidarity of the Madurese community in Watu Ulo when carrying out this tradition. To approach this problem, Emile Durkheim's theoretical reference on the concept of social solidarity is used. The data were collected through the synthesis of online interviews and literature study, and analyzed qualitatively. This study concludes that attachment to values and social reality also forms solidarity. For example, there is a form of social solidarity among the Madurese in this tradition, namely solidarity in determining and preparing ceremonies, such as withdrawing funds, making food, and managing activities. Thus, the social solidarity of the Madurese community is included in the Durkheim type of mechanical solidarity.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper aims to examine and analyze the legal rules governing the perpetrators of the Covid-19 health protocol violation, the factors causing the Covid-19 health protocol violation in North Sumatra, and the policies taken by the Police Mobile Brigade Corps against the Covid-19 health protocol violations. . The problem is that the Covid-19 pandemic demands a response from the Police as law enforcement officers in playing their role in disease control efforts, educating the public, and taking action against crimes that see the outbreak as an opportunity to commit various crimes. To approach this problem, the theory of the legal system is used. The data were collected through interview guidelines and analyzed qualitatively. This study concludes that the legal rules governing the perpetrators of violating the Covid-19 health protocol are regulated in Law Number 2 of 2002 concerning the Indonesian National Police, Government Regulation Number 21 of 2020 concerning Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) in the Context of Accelerating Handling Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19), as well as other regulations such as Telegram Letter Numbered ST/3220/XI/KES.7./2020, Regulation of the Minister of Health, Instruction of the Minister of Home Affairs. Factors that encourage violations of health protocols are internal factors consisting of economic factors and lack of public concern. External factors consist of people's habits, people's distrust of the government, the existence of new normal policies. Brimob policies taken are penal and non-penal policies.]]>

<![CDATA[Entering November 2020, the Covid-19 case in Tulungagung Regency has spiked, accompanied by a soaring death rate. The concept of Agile Governance is a way to organize better governance by paying attention to the principles in it consisting of a value proposition and agility shift, the character of a leader who is ready for change, a citizen centric approach, and human resource investment. This research is interesting to study because researchers want to know the quick response made by the Tulungagung District Health Office to unexpected changes in meeting the demands and needs of the community due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. In this study using primary and secondary data. As for the primary data source in this study were Mr. Didik Eka S.P., S.Km., M.Si. as Head of the P2P Division of the Tulungagung Regency Health Office and other related parties and obtained through interviews. Then the secondary data sources, namely documentation and questionnaires, literature, articles, journals, and sites on the internet relating to the research conducted. The results of this study are that the Tulungagung District Health Office responds quickly to the handling of COVID-19 and can run by applying the concept of Agile Governance.]]>
