Abstract

AbstractManufacture of a tool using IoT technology that can be used to improve water quality properly and in real-time. The data will be a suitable and inappropriate reference for the quality of the water to be used by the community. Data will be taken from several groundwater samples to evaluate water quality using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to determine an alternative choice based on predetermined weights and criteria. In the process of designing groundwater temperature and pH detection systems using the IoT-based SAW method with web-based applications, the tools made can be run remotely with a micro device called Wemos D1 R32 as the control center connected to the website and pH and temperature sensors as readers sample data. Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah proses pengarsipan peraturan pada salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta di Bandung, yang masih menggunakan cara konvensional dengan menyimpan arsip pada lemari arsip, pencatatan unit yang membuat arsip di sekretariat rektor, dan pengiriman arsip menggunakan kurir serta pencatatan laporan hasil pengiriman oleh kurir ditulis pada lembar catatan. Hal tersebut tentunya dapat menimbulkan berbagai masalah yang dapat menghambat proses pengambilan keputusan dan proses penyampaian informasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan sistem informasi pengarsipan peraturan yaitu Unfied Modeling Language (UML) dengan berorientasi pada arsip. Alat perancangan sistem yaitu Use-Case Diagram, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), dan Entitiy Relationship Diagram (ERD). Alat pembangunan sistem yaitu XAMPP , web server Apache, database MySQL, dan text editor Sublime Text. Untuk membangun interface aplikasi menggunakan bahasa pemograman HTML dan PHP. Didapatkan hasil perancangan sistem informasi pengarsipan peraturan menggunakan teknologi informasi yang meningkatkan aspek-aspek dalam kerangka kerja PIECES yaitu dalam aspek performansi menghasilkan waktu pengiriman arsip pada tembusan surat lebih cepat. Pada aspek informasi menghasilkan data yang akan tersimpan dengan aman karena terdapat database dan akses informasi tidak dapat diakses oleh pihak tidak berkepentingan. Pada aspek ekonomi menghasilkan biaya untuk mencetak kertas serta biaya pengiriman arsip yang sebelumnya memakai kurir berkurang. Pada aspek control menghasilkan sistem keamanan dengan password serta kendali arsip oleh ketiga entitas sehingga akses sesuai kebutuhan user. Pada aspek efisiensi menghasilkan proses pencarian arsip lebih mudah, dan aspek service menghasilkan arsip dapat diakses dimana saja dan kapan saja dengan koneksi internet. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, Pengarsipan, PIECES, Unified Modeling Language

Abstract

ABSTRACTGracias Christian Bookstore is a Christian bookstore engaged in the sale of books, stationery, and items related to church needs or supplies. Christian Gracias Bookstore uses a manual recording system when carrying out the buying, selling, and making transaction reports that still use books. The use of a manual recording system in the purchasing process and the preparation of transaction reports greatly influences the Bookstore Report and also on customer satisfaction because customers now get receipts instead of receipts or receipts as usual. It is time for the Gracias Christian Bookstore to improve the system it uses, because a computerized information system is very useful for computerized and modern buyer receipts, and for the admin it is easier to make Transaction Reports to be reported to the Owner of the Gracias Christian Bookstore, and the owner of this Bookstore too has the right to have access rights to view every activity of Reports on the Purchase and Sale of Goods, and other Transactions. The research method used in making this proposal report is through direct observation at the research location, and the Waterfall method is a basic process that involves specification, development, validation, solutions, and represents as different processes such as requirements specification, software design, implementation, and testing. The system design will be explained in the proposed system procedure, the proposed system procedure will be implemented using UML, database design, proposed system interface design, proposed system configuration, proposed implementation, and blackbox testing. Implementation of information systems to satisfy customers, because currently customers get receipts in printed form, there are no blank bills written in pen, and especially Sales transactions can improve Bookstore performance by making it easier to process Sales transaction reports with a computerized system. Keywords: Sales Information System, Sales Notes, Sales Reports.
