Fire disasters that are not immediately dealt with can certainly cause losses both property losses and loss of life. Memberikan pengetahuan informasi tentang apa itu bencana dan bagaimana cara menanggulanginya, serta membantu masyarakat dalam mengetahui potensi kerawanan bencana di daerahnya masing-masing.Metode sistem informasi pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). Hasilnya menunjukan suatu sistem yang dapat memenuhi harapan dari user merupakan tujuan utama dari semua metode pengembangan. In the current era of globalization, information technology is very important to support the smooth activities of an organization which is a means of information and communication that is useful in the right and accurate decision making process. At present there are still many companies that use manual systems in calculating sales bonuses / counter incentives and recording their administration manually, such as employee data, employee sales data, and employee bonus data. One company that still adheres to this system is PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor. To minimize the occurrence of errors in the calculation process of sales incentives consultants / counters the author conducted research to design an information system for calculating incentive (bonus) sales consultants / counters at PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor. Data collection method is done by observation, interview, literature study. With this sales incentive calculation information system design application, it is expected to accelerate the operational activities process with interested parties in the sales incentive calculation process can run well. Perkembangan bidang teknologi informasi berkembang sangat cepat. Perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa atau penjualan akan selalu berinovasi dalam menghadapi persaingan dengan memanfaatkan fasilitas teknologi yang berkembang saat ini. Sistem informasi penjualan menggunakan teknologi berbasis web dapat memberikan kemudahan admin dalam pencatatan data-data penjualan agar proses pembuatan laporan penjualan lebih mudah serta memberikan kemudahan kepada pelanggan untuk melakukan transaksi pembelian batu kapur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall yang bertujuan dalam proses pengembangan perangkat lunak berurutan, di mana kemajuan dipandang sebagai terus mengalir ke bawah melewati fase-fase perencanaan, pemodelan, implementasi, dan pengujian. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi berbasis web bagi perusahaan akan memudahkan dalam membuat laporan, menghindari kehilangan data penjualan serta mempermudah dalam memberikan informasi penjualan batu kapur. Kata Kunci : Teknologi Informasi, Teknologi Berbasis Web, Sistem Penjualan, metode waterfall.

Dalam beberapa tahun terahir, angin perubahan sudah berhembus, dan bertiup melalui sebagian besar perusahan publik maupun institusi privat. Banyak organisasi telah menyaksikan bagaimana proses perubahan mampu menurunkan biaya operasional, akan tetapi dalam banyak kasus juga menyebabkan banyak pemecatan karyawan. Di beberapa institusi, perubahan menciptakan restrukturisasi organisasi disertai pula dengan sejumlah bentuk kerja sama baru –seperti aliansi strategis, merger ataupun akuisisi. Pada akhirnya, sejumlah perusahaan memutuskan perubahan mereka lebih fokus pada norma dan budaya organisasi, transformasi yang lebih nyata plus yang berdampak langsung pada keuntungan perusahaan. Skenario ini biasanya telah didominasi oleh sesuatu yang lebih aktual seperti komersialisasi, fokus pelanggan, budaya kinerja, fleksibilitas dan efisiensi biaya. Dalam era teknologi ini, untuk menangani beberapa kendala yang terdapat pada pemesanan tiket secara konvensional seperti menumpuknya antrian di stasiun, keterbatasan waktu yang dimiliki oleh konsumen, proses penyampaian informasi mengenai harga tiket untuk hari keberangkatan atau tanggal sebelumnya yang tidak dapat diproses, maka pihak PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) memberikan solusi melalui aplikasi KAI Access yang akan mempemudah pemesanan tiket, proses transaksi yang cepat, mengurangi biaya operasional saat pemesanan tiket, penyampaian informasi mengenai jadwal dan harga tiket yang dapat diakses secara cepat. Dengan mengunduh aplikasi KAI Access menjadikan loket serasa digenggaman, seperti slogannya ‘beli tiket semudah update status’ merupakan salah satu campaign PT. The use of the computer and its systems has become a major necessity to improve the the company performance. Each of the company's manual processes can be subtituted by computers because of the provision of more sophisticated information and to support the decision making process undertaken by management. PT XYZ is engaged in serving the Tourism Services Business travel and requested by one airline of Saudi Arabia, AIR NAS (National Air Service) to become a GSA (Ground Service Agent) official in Indonesia on 19 November 2012. As Ground Service Agent (GSA), PT XYZ serves Umrah flight ticket sales. In the system analysis conducted by the author is found a problems in the system include: the lack of a computerized and automation systems that can make the work more efficient , the reservation process is still done manually so that the customer must come to the office , the process of checking and inputting the data of available seat still done manually cause inefficient of time, the manual reporting process by collecting data from payment and ticket printing so spend much time , the ticket printing process is inefficient because after paying the consumer must return again to the reservation. Cooperatives are non-bank institution legal entities aimed at the welfare of its members, in the form of financial business that is currently developing in DKI Jakarta very often used as daily savings and loans for members, with regulations in the field of cooperatives in Law No. 25 of 1992 concerning cooperatives. With Android-based technology and websites commonly used in the development of financial technology, FINTECH is wanted to be able to help cooperative systems that make it easier and save time. Cooperative applications created using Android Studio as interfaces with extreme programming system methodology used by members can see the cooperative application menu displayed online as an effort to minimize the possibility of members coming directly to the cooperative. Display in the application to find out balances, incoming transactions, accounts receivable money transactions, withdrawal and recapitulation transactions. At the end of this thesis will be made a cooperative information system using a PHP program, MySQL Database and KOPPAS android-based savings and loan cooperative application. UBJ Employee Cooperative or commonly referred to as KP UBJ is an employee cooperative owned by University of Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya that serves savings and loan services and consumption cooperative shop units for its members. As for savings and loan activities because the funds managed are not so large and with the imposition of interest of only 5% per 10 months or 0.5 percent per month, the nominal benefits are not so large. Likewise with shop units, which for the time being have only served aqua gallons to work units at University of Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya with the current turnover, the benefits have not been too large, because of this KP UBJ has taken the initiative to develop business breakthrough, both on the business / capital capabilities of UBJ employee's own cooperatives by selling various kinds of Office Stationery or ATK and basic needs through an Android- based application by applying the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method and the application designed using the PHP and Java programming languages while for the database the application uses MySQL which can process store data, UBJ cooperative member data and user data and storage media in the database. With the sales application in the UBJ employee cooperative unit, it can simplify the buying and selling transaction process between UBJ's admin and cooperative members as well as the computerization of buying and selling transactions at UBJ Employee Cooperative Stores, making it easier for future data storage and search as well as a media campaign for store products. The library is part of the learning resources that must be possessed by every field of education including universities. Because with the existence of a library it is expected that students can more easily find information or knowledge through a library. With the development of technology makes people think to be able to work more effectively and efficiently. One of them is to simplify activities in the library into a system that can help the process of activities at the university. By utilizing Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, libraries can cut time. So that it can accelerate and simplify existing activities. In this study applying a web-based information system and utilizing RFID technology as a tool to facilitate students and library officers. With this system, it is expected to be able to overcome the various needs of students to search for books and conduct loans and make it easier for officers to circulate books and make reports. From the results of the research that has been done, the writer poured the results of the research into the Application of RFID Technology Information System as Electronic Access at the Aerospace University Marshal Suryadarma Library.Keywords: RFID, Library, Information System
