Abstract

The pandemic COVID-19 was entered Indonesia in early 2020 and has impact to economic people. BLT-Dana Desa is a government program to reduce the impact of the pandemic COVID-19. The selection of BLT-Dana Desa recipients still uses the manual method, not mathematically and the number of residents must be selected so that the selection takes longer. The purpose of this study is to design a decision support system in determining the priority of BLT-Village Fund recipients with mathematical calculations so that they can provide priority proposals, speed up the selection process and maximize the level of accuracy of targeting BLT-Village Fund recipients. This determination uses the method Simple Additive Weighting with the criteria of welfare level, age, gender and occupation. This method can make a more precise assessment because it is based on predetermined criteria and preference weights and can rank potential beneficiaries. From the results obtained, Sueb became the main priority for the beneficiary with a preference value of 1, followed by Ucok with a preference value of 0.96 and Udin with a value of 0.8667. Keywords: Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa (BLT-Dana Desa);  Simple Additive Weighting (SAW); COVID-19.

Abstract

Learning media is a tool that can help the teaching and learning process and serves to clarify the meaning of the message conveyed, so that it can achieve learning objectives better and more perfectly. There are several methods or ways to carry out learning activities. One of them is learning activities using interactive media to be given to students. The purpose of interactive educative as a teaching and learning process between teachers and students includes increasing competence in three aspects, namely cognitive, psychomotor, and affective aspects. Offline activities in the classroom or online a teacher is expected to be more creative in making learning creations and innovations as well as to focus learning on students. One of the learning activities using interactive media to be given to students is games. This educational game is Hinterweltlern with the Role Playing Gaming genre by using a game engine, Blender for 3D modeling, , and Finite State Machine for designs that determine behavior, actions, and states. Abstract

The Inventory Information System in XYZ Store still uses the manual method, namely by recording books. With the creation of a Web-based Inventory Information System, it is hoped that it can assist in managing inventory and provide accurate information for users. This Goods Inventory Information System can assist in managing inventory, providing detailed information on the purchase of goods, demand for goods and report data on purchases of goods and requests for goods. Abstract

The magnitude of the influence of technology in a company on data processing, one of which is PT Kamadjaja Logistics which is a company engaged in the service of shipping containers to all regions of Indonesia and the process of recording container data used at PT Kamadjaja Logistics is still done manually, starting from inputting Customer data until the input of container data that has been delivered to the regional recipient so that it is possible during the process of an error to record, inaccurate reports made and delays and the length of time in the search for the required data. The customer is one of the top priorities that must be served well. In this case, almost all customers of PT Kamadjaja Logistics want to get quality services, precisely and quickly as well as in accordance with the estimation of arriving in the area. Abstract

The development of fintech globally, along with the long pandemic period, has forced almost all parts of the world to implement new rules regarding eKYC (electronic know your customer). It is a process that identify and examines risk assessment procedures for analyzing clients. eKYC developed with the concept of minimal face-to-face meeting, and take place digitally. This means that all verification and validation of data starting from registration/customer requests throygh online applications will be processed systematically. The important question is, how identification, verification and validation will meet the requirements, so that the potential for irregularities, and fraud will not occur? This paper presents an eKYC application concept as the basis for identification and verification of online customer requests. Keyword: eKYC, electronic know your customer, verification, and identification.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Penelitian pada Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (LPPM) berbasis web telah berhasil dibuat. Adapun Sistem Informasi Penelitian berbasis web menggunakan metode Sistem Development Life Circle (SDLC) yang terdiri dari Unified Moelling Language (UML) berupa Use case diagram, Sequence diagram, Deployment diagram serta skema relasi table. Dari pengujian sistem informasi penelitian di LPPM, akan memudahkan proses pengusulan penelitian yang berstandar pada aturan kemendikbud untuk penelitian. Sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik untuk mengelola dan mengorganisir yang berfungsi untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan menghasilkan laporan secara rinci dan terstruktur sesuai standar aturan kemdikbud untuk penelitian. Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi Penelitian, LPPM, UML, Web

Abstract

Restrictions on activities by government policies bring the public to get to know more about the use of digital media that have the capacity and internet network. Once the policy takes effect a clear change occurs to the number of users of social media, online applications and various internet-based platforms. Starting from the place of business, workplace to centralized education institution with the use of internet-based digital media to connect every citizen who lives in their respective homes to keep their obligations. The purpose of this paper is to find out and analyzing the importance of digital media literacy in families during the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. The data collection method used is a literature study with descriptive analysis techniques. The results are showed that digital media literacy in the family is very important in the COVID-19 pandemic so that families can prevent negative influences of bad content harming their family members. Key words: digital media literacy, family and COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a manufacturing company engaged in the automotive sector and produces vehicle components with the main products being the propeller shaft and rear axle. The vehicle request process is one of the services provided, which functions as the management and monitoring of the company's operational vehicle requests specifically for the benefit of company activities. In managing operational vehicle requests, employees who need vehicles must fill out a request form in the form of a paper file and ask for approval from their superiors, then the General Affairs Department records vehicle requests into Oracle and Microsoft Excel applications. Storage of data in various media causes the search to be time-consuming, besides the data collection process that is carried out repeatedly with the same data will be prone to recording errors or calculation errors. And when there is a change in data that is not immediately changed in all data collection media, there can be a risk of data being out of sync with data in the General Affairs Department. To overcome this problem, we need a computerized information system with centralized and integrated storage media between parts. The information system development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD). System design using Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Deployment Diagrams. Meanwhile, for data modeling using Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) and data dictionaries, as well as designing navigation systems using Windows Navigation Diagrams (WND) and the programming language used is PHP using Laravel and PostgreSQL frameworks as databases used. The existence of a vehicle request information system can make it easier for the General Affairs Department to receive vehicle request information quickly for use in making decisions and help shorten the vehicle allocation process time. Keywords: Information System, Vehicle Request, UML, PHP, PostgreSQL

Abstract

Agar meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap nasabah maka petugas Back Office Bank BCA harus mendukung petugas Front Liner dengan baik. Namun dengan banyaknya data yang masih tersimpan manual di lembaran kertas dan buku tulis menyebabkan kinerja petugas Back Office kurang maksimal. Proses pencarian data menjadi kurang efektif dan tidak efisien sehingga waktu dalam melayani nasabah menjadi kurang cepat. Dari hasil pengamatan dan wawancara maka untuk menyelesaikan kendala ini diperlukan suatu aplikasi yang dapat menyimpan data secara komputerisasi, sehingga data yang tersimpan diharapkan mampu menampilkan informasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan petugas Back Office.  Kata kunci: layanan, data, system, informasi,
