This research aims to determine the verbal abuses in speech. The main focus of this research is to know what are the forms of verbal abuse in Aman Abdurrahaman's "tauhid" speech. In this research, the categories of verbal abuse are associated with animals, swearing, stigmatization or labeling, euphemism, and dysphemism. The type of this research is qualitative research. The researcher uses a descriptive content analysis approach. In this research, the data was obtained by documentation method which is done by collecting audio and video recordings of Aman Abdurrahman’s speech about Tauhid on www.millahibrahim.net. The result shows that Aman Abdurrahman's Tauhid speech represents some verbal abuses that are associated with bad events, labeling, euphemism, and dysphemism. The verbal abuse was concocted to preach the teachings of tauhid to the people. By doing verbal abuses to the group that is excluded from his belief in tauhid, he, directly and indirectly, invites his listeners to judge the people who are outside of his group as deviants or in other terms, to stipulate his group as the most righteous one. The forms of verbal abuses performed by Aman Abdurrahman show that he was giving clear boundaries between Muslims and kafir; believers and nonbelievers; true and false; Tauhid and shirk. These attempts were made to spread the purity of monotheism teaching, which he considers as the Islamic, assertive, and firm lecture.

This study aims to describe the school's strategy in increasing the development of digital literacy in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah institutions. This research was conducted at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Qamar 2 Putatrejo. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using observation and interviews. As for the analysis using the technique of written data. The results of the interview show that the teacher uses the cultural movement method, diligently reading and visiting the library to read the existing books. In addition, to increasing digital literacy, a reward or award will be given to students who always read in the form of money or certificates. Several strategies are also used by school principals, among others, by completing facilities and targets that can support digital literacy, strengthening literacy through e-Learning, school strategies by sending teachers and education personnel to receive seminars, training, or technical assistance, and providing various books in the library.

The purpose of this study is to describe the use of the greenhouse school environment as a learning resource in the content of elementary school science lessons. This research is qualitative research with the type of phenomenology. The instruments used in this study, namely: observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants who were interviewed in this study were principals, teachers, and students. The results of this study indicate that planning for the use of the greenhouse as a learning resource, namely, preparing lesson plans, preparing tools/materials, preparing learning resources (teacher thematic books, student thematic books, and additional greenhouse learning resources), preparing observation sheets, paper for making reports. and pen. Implementation activities consist of preliminary activities, core activities, and closing activities. One of the lesson content that utilizes the greenhouse as a learning resource is the content of science lessons where students learn the material for plant parts and their functions and learn the characteristics of maintained and untreated plants. Evaluation activities are carried out by the teacher by evaluating related to planning and implementation in learning.

In order to face competition and maintain the existence of universities, it is necessary to have a good marketing strategy. In attracting new students, several important factors are influenced, including promotion and good college accreditation. This study aims to analyze the effect of promotion and accreditation either partially or jointly. The independent variables in this study were promotion (X1) and accreditation (X2), while the interest of new students (Y) became the dependent variable or was measured in this study. The method used is a quantitative method and a survey approach, the data used are primary data, the method of obtaining data is by distributing questionnaires to respondents and the instrument used is using a Likert scale 1-5 which has been tested for validity and reliability tests. Data processing and analysis in this study used SPSS 25. The results showed that partially promotion had a significant effect on new student interest, while accreditation also had the same impact, while simultaneously promotion and accreditation had a significant effect.

Teacher performance is an important thing that must be the attention of teachers and related parties, the good or bad of a teacher's performance will have an impact on the learning outcomes achieved by students. In this case, the teacher's performance must continue to be improved through supporting factors such as complete infrastructure so as to motivate teachers to be enthusiastic in carrying out learning and a conducive work environment so that teachers feel safe and comfortable in carrying out their duties. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how the influence of school infrastructure and work environment on teacher performance. This study uses quantitative methods with the help of the IBM SPSS version 25 application, tested the validity and reliability of the research instrument, this research data uses primary data obtained from respondents. Respondents in this study were 74 respondents using random sampling method which took the entire population to be used as samples and data collection in this study using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the variables of school infrastructure (X1) and work environment (X2) have an influence on teacher performance (Y).

This study aims to determine how much influence planning has on teacher performance in public elementary schools throughout Pagar Merbau District, Deli Serdang Regency. Knowing how much influencers teachers’ performance in SD Negeri in Pagar Merbau District, Deli Serdang Regency. Knowing how much influence planning and organization have on teacher performance in Public Elementary Schools in Pagar Merbau District, Deli Serdang Regency. This type of research is categorized as field research, namely research carried out in the arena or field where symptoms occur. The results of this study were planning on teacher performance of 0.245 or 24.5%. These results indicate that the planning variable has a low influence on teacher performance in public elementary schools throughout Pagar Merbau District Deli Serdang Regency by 0.245 or 24.5%. Organization of 0.712 or 71.2%. These results indicate that the organizing variable has a strong influence on teacher performance of 0.712 or 71.2%. Planning and organizing on teacher performance is 0.746 or 74.6%, which means that we can conclude from the third hypothesis that it is proven that there is a strong influence between the two independent variables on the dependent variable.

Education is a basic need for human life and in Indonesia, every citizen has equal rights with one. This study aims to improve students' critical thinking skills by applying multimedia-assisted Problem Based Learning (PBL). This research is a classroom action research with the Stringer model, which consists of looking, thinking and acting. The research subjects were third-grade students of SDN 2 Krapyak, conducted in the second semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. Data collection techniques using test and non-test techniques. The data analysis technique used percentage and category techniques. Based on the results of research on the Critical Thinking Ability of Class III Students using the PBL model assisted by multimedia, it can be concluded that: 1) The critical thinking ability of students has increased as evidenced by the very high category difference in cycles 1 and 2, namely 7.15%. (2) The average student learning outcomes have increased, as evidenced by the difference in the very high category in cycles 1 and 2, namely 14.29%.

The transformation of madrasa management to create a quality madrasa climate has its own challenges during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to determine the madrasa management strategy to create a quality madrasa climate to improve the quality of Islamic education during the Covid-19 disruption in Indonesia. The research method used is a mixed method, namely by combining quantitative data and qualitative data. Quantitative data is in the form of a percentage of the application of the madrasa climate. Qualitative data in the form of a description of respondents' opinions about the use of madrasa climate. The respondents in this study were the head of the madrasa, educators, and employees who were in the madrasa environment, totaling 68 respondents. Researchers analyzed quantitative data from the questionnaire results descriptively. Meanwhile, qualitative data analysis was analyzed using the Miles & Huberman model. The results of this study indicate that strategy to create a quality madrasa climate as many as 89.7% of madrasas implementing this madrasa climate strategy aimed at improving the quality of education services. 83.8% of madrasas have their own characteristics in forming a positive madrasa climate such as, creating an Islamic culture, training, and developing the interests and talents of students, and emphasizing character education. This strategy is made based on the power of the principal who is assisted by educators, employees, and students well. This is indicated by the percentages of 92%, 92.6%, and 85.3%, respectively.

The learning method is one of the elements that must be met in the process of delivering material. The technique serves as a bridge between teachers and students and a lubricant to maximize learning. When teaching Arabic subjects, a teacher must master the material and have a high ability to convey material to students. For the learning process to take place effectively, the teacher learns to be observant in choosing the appropriate method to be applied so that the material can be appropriately conveyed and easily understood by students. The technique used in this research is Qualitative Field Research conducted at MTs Bahrul Ulum Blawi. As for the results of this study, the implementation of the Grammatical Tarjamah method at MTs Bahrul Ulum Blwi Class 7 has been going well. The learning process takes place in 3 stages: introduction, core activities, and closing. From the third stage, educators have adapted and carried out following the prepared RPP.

For parents, having children is a great gift and trust from Allah SWT. Therefore, parents have a responsibility to educate optimally. According to the Qur'an, providing education to the Qur'an can be done since the child is still in the womb, which can be called prenatal education. So the purpose of writing this article is to examine some verses of the Qur'an that explain prenatal education. So that this article can be used as a reference for prospective parents to prepare the next generation of the nation with good morals and intelligence. This article uses a literature study; the author explores the verses of the Qur'an and several scientific references related to prenatal education. As a result of this research, some prenatal education that parents can do includes praying for the child's good, maintaining the mother's condition by providing good and halal food intake, and providing education about worship by inviting children to worship with the mother. Providing this kind of stimulation can be a separate education for the fetus in the womb.
