Abstract

The importance of this research is to know the effect of interaction dose of organic fertilizer plus Marsileaand SP-36 on the growth and production of Vigna radiata varieties Vima 2. Organic material from Marsileaorganic fertilizer in soil will improve of soil condition, so the soil aeration will be better. The research was conducted in Rejoagung Village, Kedungwaru District, Tulungagung Regency, March to May 2017. The result of this research were: 1) there is no interaction between organic fertilizer plus doses of Marsilea SP-36 on growth and production of Vigna radiata; 2) there is a real effect on the treatment of organic fertilizer plus Marsilea dose of observation variable of plant height that is at age 28 days after plan is 20,90 (cm), number of leaf is age 42 hst 5,87 (pieces), wet crop weight planting crop 19,85 (gr), dry crop yield 17,12 (gr), no significant effect on stem diameter observation variable; 3) there is a real effect on the treatment of SP-36 fertilizer dose of average observation of plant height that is at age 42 days after plan is 40,05 (cm), number of leaf is age 42 days after plan 5,89 (pieces), harvest number of plant pods 15 , 77, had no significant effect on stem diameter observation variable.

Abstract

Begomovirus is one of the causes of low production of tomato in Indonesia. Begomovirus is a genus of Geminiviridae family that transmitted by Bemisia tabaci. One of to control Begomovirus which safe and profitable is use resistant of varieties. The purpose of this research is to know the level of resistance of six line tomato (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill.) inBegomovirus. This research was doing in PT. BISI International Tbk., Sumberagung Village District Plosoklaten Kediri with height place ± 220 above the sea. The study was doing from December 2016 to March 2017. The study used a random group design with six treatments, each treatment was repeated in three times. The results showed that Begomovirus’s infection take effect the growth of tomato after the plants were more than 18 days after planting. There is a difference of resistance level six line of tomato (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill.) to Begomovirus. Intensity of symptoms of Begomovirus take effect to average number production of fruit.

Abstract

Eggplant are potential to expand as contributor the diversity nutrition of vegetable ingredients for human. Eggplant“PondohButho” is one of the superior varieties suitable for planting in the lowlands to medium lands. This study purposes to determine the effect and interaction mixture dose of manure and POC BMW to the growth and production of eggplant varieties “PondohButho”. The study was conducted on UD. RejoTani, Ds. Kemlokolegi, Kec. Baron, Kab.Nganjuk on February 10 to June 22, 2017. The results of this study; 1) there is no of interaction between mixture fertilizer and POC BMW to the growth and production of eggplantsvarieties “PondohButho” (Solanummelongena L.); 2) mixture fertilizer giving effect to observation parameter of fruit, fruit weight and fruit diameter; 3) the giving of BMW POC has a very real effect on the generative phase of the plant that is the number of fruit, fruit weight and fruit diameter on the first harvest until the fifth.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of liquid organic fertilizer Biofertilizer Extragen and NPK Yaramila on the growth and production of cauliflower (Brassica oleracea var. botritis L.) varieties PM 126 F1.The experiment was conducted on Januari until April 2014 in the land of experimentation Sobontoro vilage, Boyolangu subdistric, Tulungagung regency. The experiment design use Randomized Block Design with two factor repeated three times. The first factor is Biofertilizer Extragen liquid organic fertilizer consist of three level : 400 liter/hectare, 800 liter/hectare, 1.200 liter/hectare. The second factor is doses of fertilizer NPK Yaramila consist of three levels : 1 Ton /Ha, 1,4 Ton /Ha, 1,8 Ton /Ha. The results showed that the combined treatment of fertilizer Biofertilizer extragen and fertilizer NPK yaramila (E3Y3) can show the interaction was highly significant on plant height age of 35 years days after plant (53,73 cm), and this is indicated in the treatment of fertilizer Biofertilizer extragen and fertilizer NPK yaramila (E3Y3) interaction was highly significant on the number of leaf ages 35 days after plant (14,75 cm). In destructive observation parameters highly significant interaction showed the combination treatment dose (E3Y3) the wet weight of flowers(718,333 gr) and generate heavy interest 3 Ton/Ha, but no interaction on the parameters of the mass diameter and length of flower plants

Abstract

Soybean which grow well is determined by good cultivation with looking at the growth and evolution of the plant. Growth and evalution of plants can be affected Rhizobium and bio-fertilizers, therefore to get optimal production, need to balancedwith a these combination of treatments. The purpose of this research is to know the interaction of dose rhizobium and bio-fertilizer “Petrobio” on growth and production of soybean(Glycine max L. Merill) “Gema” varieties. This study was conducted in March until June 2017, in rice field of Suwaloh Village, Pakel District, Tulungagung Regency. The design used was Randomized Block Design (RAK) with two factors and repeated 3 times. The results showed that 1) the combination of Rizhobium dose treatment and the Petrobio fertilizer showed very significant on the varieties of leaves number 21 and 28 days after plan, number of pods and dry weight of seeds; 2) there is no interaction of Rhizobiumand bio-fertilizer “Petrobio” on all parameters of observation in plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter; 3) Rizhobium dose treatment had a very significant effect on plant height 28 days after plan; 4) Rizhobium dose treatment had significant effect on high variable 21 days after plan; 5) Treatment combination showed the best result that is 12,55 gram.

Abstract

Sengon is chosen for planting because it has many advantages and provides benefits. Growing Regulatory Substance (ZPT) is an organic compound used to stimulate root growth, shoot growth, germination process, etc. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of ZPT and the duration of immersion on early growth of Sengon seeds and their interaction. The research was conducted in DesaToyoresmi, Kec. Ngasem, Kab. Kediri uses rice field with sandy loam soil texture from February to April 2017. Based on the research, it can be concluded that: 1) synthetic ZPT treatment has significant effect on germination percentage, plant height, number of leaves, root number, dry weight, wet weight, but no significant effect on stem diameter, root length, greenish leaves and leaf area; 2) the immersion treatment had significant effect on the percentage of germination on treatment of P2 (immersuin 2 hours) and P3 (immersion 3 hours), but no significant effect on other observation variables; 3) interaction between synthesized ZPT treatment and time of plotting to germination percentage with highest treatment on J3P3, but no interaction between synthetic ZPT and long immersion to other observation variables.

Abstract

The objectives of the research was to identify the density and morphological character of wild Physalis sp.on some gradients of Mount Kelud, East Java. The research had done using square method with transect (5 plots) in the gradient of Mount Kelud, East Java. The data was collected on 5 stations based on altitude viz.200-400, 400-600, 600-800, 800-1,000 and >1,000 m above sea level. Identification of morphological character was focused on stem, leaf, and fruit covering 20 characters. The research result showed that Physalis sp. in Mount Kelud, East Java had been found at 200 m above sea level and it would lower populations at the higher altitude. Altitude affected to the morphological character of Physalis sp. in Mount Kelud, East Java.

Abstract

Peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.) is one of the legume plants that have been known and cultivated in Indonesia. To increase the production of peanuts which fertilization. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of interaction dose of SP-36 fertilizer and organic fertilizer “Semanggi” to growth and production peanut varieties HypoMa 1. The research was conducted in Gesikan Village, Pakel District, Tulungagung Regency. The design used was Randomized Block Design (RAK) with two factors and repeated three times. From result research, there is noeffect dose of SP-36 fertilizer and organic fertilizer “Semanggi” to growth and production of peanut (Arachis hypogea L.) varietiesHypoMa 1.

Abstract

Sweet corn provides high profit relative when cultivated properly (Sudarsana, 2000). One of the efforts that can be taken in producing quality sweet corn is the determination of the dose of organic fertilizer “Petroganik and proper biofertilizer. The alternative to resolve the problems of soil with low fertility is by way of utilization of arbuscularmycorrhiza fungi (CMA). This study purpose: 1) to know the interaction dose of organic fertilizer “Petroganik” and mikoriza on growth and production of sweet corn; 2) to know the effect of dose of organic fertilizer “Petroganik” and mikoriza on growth and production of sweet corn. The study was conducted in January - March 2017, in Kalen, Sidomulyo Village, District Wates, Kediri Regency. This study used a factorial randomized block design (RAK), consisting of two factors and three repetitive. The results of the study concluded that: 1) sweet corn was inoculated mycorrhiza fungi was not significantly different from the treatment combination with the addition of dose of “Petroganik” fertilizer; 2) on plant growth the overall treatment had no real effect and no interaction occurred.

Abstract

Salacca zalacca is one of fruit in Indonesia and in others areas, Salacca zalacca is a superior fruit which have market oriented in national and international. One of areas in East Java which is the center of Salacca zalacca production is Malang Regency with the famous varieties “Suwaru”. Varieties “Suwaru” as one of East Java's superior fruit has been released as a superior variety, it have the most of thick flesh meat, masir, sweet, aromatic and it’s weight between 70 - 120 g. Given its economic value, efforts to increase production and farm income of Salacca zalacca varieties Suwaru need to be done. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of water supply and ZA fertilization on the production and increase income farmer of Salacca zalacca variety “Suwaru” in Suwaru Village, Pagelaran Sub-district, Malang Regency from April 2012 until August 2013. The result of this research shows that the increase of production and income farmer of Salacca zalacca variety “Suwaru” can be reach with giving water and ZA fertilization. Water supply and ZA fertilization can increase the production of Salacca zalacca variety “Suwaru” up to two-fold. In the way the giving ZA fertilization, income farmer of Salacca zalacca variety “Suwaru” can be increased up to three-fold.
