Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee work productivity at Perum Damri Lampung branch. This research is associative with a quantitative approach using primary and secondary data. A sample of 70 respondents was taken using the random sampling method with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used in this research are validity testing, reliability testing, multiple linear regression and hypotheses. The model was tested using SPSS version 24. The results showed that work discipline partially had a significant positive effect on employee work productivity with a value of tcount > ttable (3.984 > 1.996). The work environment partially has a significant positive effect on employee work productivity with a value of tcount > ttable (9.494 > 1.996). Work discipline and work environment simultaneously influence employee work productivity with a value of Fcount > Ftable (60.346 > 3.13). The R Square Determination Coefficient value in this research is 0.643, where work discipline and work environment variables influence employee work productivity by 64.3%, while the remaining 35.7% is influenced by other factors. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence employee turnover intention at Encar Daihatsu Baturaja Branch. Turnover intention is an employee's intention to leave their job, which can have a negative impact on productivity and organizational stability. The factors that cause turnover intention (Y) are Job Insecurity (X1) and workload (X2). This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through questionnaires distributed to employees. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that job insecurity has a significant positive effect on turnover intention. Employees who feel insecure about their job continuity are more likely to look for opportunities elsewhere. In addition, workload also has a significant positive influence on turnover intention, where high levels of workload cause stress that encourages the intention to leave the job. Simultaneously, job insecurity and workload contribute significantly to the increase in employee turnover intention. Based on the results of this study, companies are advised to reduce job insecurity by creating more transparent policies and providing job stability guarantees. In addition, more effective workload management, such as fair division of tasks and provision of additional support, can help reduce employee stress levels. Thus, turnover intention can be reduced, and employee retention can be improved.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze and compare the determination of the basic price of fried tofu production based on the traditional cost system with the Activity Based Costing system. The research analysis technique used was a qualitative descriptive analysis method, namely observation, interviews, documentation and information obtained from the factory through calculations. The research results showed that the calculation of the cost of production based on the traditional method. The difference that occured between the cost of production using the traditional cost system and the Activity Based Costing system was due to the imposition of factory overhead costs on each product. In the traditional cost system used, factory overhead costs were only charged to one cost driver. Meanwhile, in the Activity Based Costing system, factory overhead costs for each product were charged to many cost drivers according to the activities carried out in making fried tofu. So that the Activity Based Costing system was able to allocate activity costs to each product more accurately based on the consumption of each activity. However, the Activity Based Costing system had advantages compared to traditional cost systems. Although the traditional cost system was easier to implement because it only added up raw material costs, direct labor costs and factory overhead costs. However, this calculation was not appropriate for calculating the cost of production because it did not show the complete and accurate consumption of resources used in the production process.

Abstract

The development of the sharia economy in Indonesia continues to show a positive trend, with Indonesia ranked third in the Global Islamic Economy Indicator (GIEI) 2023. In Lampung Province, economic growth in the first quarter of 2023 of 4.96% also encouraged the strengthening of the small business sector, including MSMEs. This study aims to analyze the readiness of the community in accessing capital, as well as the impact of the People's Business Credit (KUR) product of Bank Syariah Indonesia on the growth of MSMEs. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach with a survey of 70 KUR customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia at the Bandar Lampung Tanjung Karang KCP for the period 2021–2023. The snowball sampling technique was applied in data collection, which was then analyzed using multiple regression with SPSS Version 22. The results of the study showed that community readiness had a significant influence on MSME growth, with increasing community readiness increasing the capacity of MSME businesses. In addition, the KUR product of Bank Syariah Indonesia has proven to be significant in supporting business development and access to capital for MSME actors.

Abstract

This study discusses the effect of workload and compensation on employee turnover intention at PT. Mitra Beton Mandiri Tigadihaji Dam Project - South OKU. The population in this study were 30 employees of PT. Mitra Beton Mandiri. The analytilcal method used was quantitative method using Multiple Linear Regression analysis tool. The results of the t-test analysis of the workload variable (X1) are 2.956, which is greater than the t table of 2.05183, stated that the variable (X1) has a significant effect on employee turnover intention at PT. Mitra Beton Mandiri, while the t-test of the compensation variable (X2) is -1.694, which is smaller than the t table of 2.956, stated that the compensation variable (X2) does not have a significant effect on employee turnover intention at PT. Mitra Beton Mandiri. The calculate F value 6,096 was greater than F Table of 3,35 stated that together workload and compensation has sifnificant influence on turnover intention at PT. Mitra Beton Mandiri Tigadihaji Dam Project - South OKU. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether product benefits, price and product quality have an effect on purchasing decisions for Skincare and cosmetic products. The type of research used is causality quantitative research. The population chosen in this study are consumers who have purchased Something products. The sampling method used in this study was nonprobability sampling using purposive sampling technique, so 170 respondents were obtained. The data analysis method used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the analysis state that product benefits have no effect on purchasing decisions for Skincare and cosmetic products. Price affects the decision to purchase Skincare and cosmetic products. Product quality affects the purchase decision of Skincare and cosmetic products.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine how abstrac Online Customer Reviews and Brand Image affect the Purchase Decision of Scarlett Whitening products on Tiktok Shop. The research design was carried out using quantitative methods. The number of research samples consisted of 70 respondents, which was obtained by applying the Nonprobability Sampling method through a purposive sampling approach. Data was obtained through questionnaires. The techniques applied in data analysis are classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t-test, F test, and determination coefficient (R2). The results of this study indicate that online customer reviews do not have a significant influence on the purchase decision of Scarlett Whitening products and Brand Image has a significant influence on the purchase decision of Scarlett Whitening products. In addition, Online Customer Reviews and Brand Image have a simultaneous influence on Scarlett Whitening's product purchase decisions.
