This research is motivated by the successful implementation of an independent learning program carried out on residents of learning equivalence package C, where the implementation of independent learning this time uses E-Modules as teaching materials, where the E-module teaching materials are formed with an attractive design so as to make E-module users -modules become interested in following the learning. The researcher's observations took place at SPNF SKB Pariaman City. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, the researchers interviewed some of the learning residents who could be used as research subjects. The results of the study indicate that the results or evaluation of the implementation of independent learning using the E-Module are clearly seen from the final results or the results of the report cards of learning residents which can be said to be very satisfying, even though it is independent learning that is carried out alone at home. The purpose of this study is to see whether or not there is a relevant relationship between the role of parents in children's learning activities and children's reading learning outcomes at Ceria Kasih Bunda PAUD. The type of research on this research is descriptive correlational which is then carried out through a quantitative approach. The population in this study were the female parents of Ceria Kasih Bunda PAUD children, totaling 34 people, with a sample size of 17 people and to collect data, the process of distributing questionnaires or questionnaires had finished testing its validity and reliability. The data analysis obtained was 1) the role of parents in children's learning activities obtained 25.48% who gave always answers and 47.37% who gave frequent answers, so it can be categorized quite well. 2) children's learning to read results obtained 46.62% with moderately developed answers and 15.95% with developing answers as expected, so it can be categorized that children's learning outcomes are quite good at Ceria Kasih Bunda PAUD during the covid-19 pandemic. After testing the hypothesis using the SPSS application, the results showed that there was no relevant relationship between the role of parents in children's learning activities and the results of learning to read children at Ceria Cinta Bunda during the COVID-19 pandemic because the data obtained were r_count = 0.003 and The value was consulted with r_(table ) = 0.456 with N = 16. Based on the results of the consultation, it was obtained r_hitung>r_(table). This study is motivated by the low socio-emotional development of children between the ages of 5 and 6 years, which is likely due to the extent of children's dependence on using certain media like gadgets and calls for extra caution to minimize it. the socio-emotional development of children between the ages of 5 and 6 in RW 03 and the relationship between parental supervision of technology use and the socio-emotional development of children between the ages of 5 and 6 in RW 3. This type of research is quantitative and correlative. Parents with children who were between the ages of 5 and 6 years old, as well as up to 56 other people, made up the study's population. 32 people used the stitch probing technique. Daten An evaluation tool called a questionbogen is used, and the percent formula and the product moment are used in data analysis. The findings revealed that while the category's description of older users' oversight of gadget use was favorable, the category's description of younger users' socioemotional growth (children aged 5–6 years) lagged behind. Additionally, there is a correlation between parental supervision of children's device use and their social and emotional development in RW 03 when they are between the ages of 5 and 6, but this correlation is weak because r table = 0,304. According to Sugiyono, the r-Wert belongs to the middle category because it falls within the range of (0,40-0,59), which is equal to 0,454.Keywords: parental supervision, social emotional development, gadget

The background of this research is the high intensity of watching YouTube for early childhood in PAUD Mekar Jaya II, Lunang District, resulting in poor children's social-emotional development. This study aims to (1) describe the intensity of watching YouTube for early childhood at PAUD Mekar Jaya II, Lunang District. (2) Describe the emotional social development of early childhood in PAUD Mekar Jaya II, Lunang District. (3) Seeing that there is no relationship between the intensity of watching YouTube and the emotional social development of early childhood in PAUD Mekar Jaya II, Lunang District. This research is a quantitative type of correlational research that aims to examine the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The population of this study amounted to 60 children. The samples taken in this study were 45 people/respondents or as much as 75%. The technique used in data collection was in the form of a data collector in the form of a written terminal (questionnaire) and a data collection tool in the form of a list of data collectors. Data analysis techniques use the percentage formula and data processing uses the rank product moment formula. The results of this study prove that: (1) The description of the intensity of watching YouTube for young children in PAUD Mekar Jaya II, Lunang District, is focused on High. (2) The description of the social emotional development of early childhood in PAUD Mekar Jaya II, Lunang District, is in the poor category. (3) There is a significant relationship between the intensity of watching YouTube and the emotional social development of early childhood at PAUD Mekar Jaya II, Lunang District. This research was motivated by the trainees who were active during the automotive training at BLK Painan. This study aims to see an overview of the learning methods used by automotive training instructors when providing training materials, to see a description of the learning activities of automotive trainees, and to see the relationship between varied learning methods and the learning activities of automotive trainees at BLK Painan. This type of research is quantitative with a correlational approach. The population of this research is the automotive training participants in the 2021 period as many as 32 people. While the sample was taken using the saturated sample technique. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. As for the data analysis technique, the percentage formula and the product moment formula are used. The results of this study indicate that (a) the instructor has applied various learning methods well, namely by applying three forms of methods, the lecture method, the discussion method, and the practical method; (b) the trainees already have a good activity at the time of participating in the training; and (c) there is a significant relationship between the various learning methods and the active learning of automotive training participants at BLK Painan.Keywords: study, study methods, learning actvity

The background of this research is the low learning motivation of cellular telephone technician training participants at the Payakumbuh City Job Training Center UPTD. this is suspected to have a relationship with the personality competence of the training instructor at UPTD BLK Payakumbuh. As a result, the purpose of this study is to describe the instructor's personality competence, learning motivation, and their interaction. This study is a quantitative correlational study with a population of 32 people and a sample size of the entire population. Techniques for gathering data in the form of a questionnaire using a questionnaire tool. The percentage formula and basic regression correlation were employed in the data analysis technique. The study's findings revealed that: (1) the instructor's personality competence is good but could be better; (2) the trainees' learning motivation is still low; and (3) there is a positive and significant relationship between the instructor's personality competence and the trainees' high learning motivation. participated in mobile phone technician training at UPTD BLK Payakumbuh. It is recommended that instructors be able to improve their competence as educators so that trainees can be motivated to learn, disciplined and serious about participating in the training. This research is motiveated by the low social relations of children with friends around where he lives. This can be seen from the behavior shown as children often play alone compared to their friends. This study aims to determine early childhood social development in family X from Timbrun. This approach is a case study type qualitative research. The research informants were parents, of class A-1 TK Awalidil Jannah Timbulun reachers and neighbors. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations and field notes. Data analysis techniques followed the procedures of Miles and Huberman: 1) data collection, 2) data reduction, 3) data presentation, and 4) validation. The data validity method used in this study was source triangulation. The results showed that the social development of early childhood in family X in Timbulun: 1) children’s understanding of themselves; children like to draw and write, whether in magazines, books or single sheets of paper. 2) A sense of responsibility for themselves and others: children have begun to be responsible for both themselves and others such as putting things in their place, washing hands, other hygiene fiber. 3) Prosocial behavior: the child has begun to open up to his friends. This research was motivated by the high activity of students in the Youth Red Cross (PMR) extracurricular program at SMA Negeri 8 Padang. This study describes the personality competence of coaches in the Youth Red Cross (PMR) extracurricular program at SMA Negeri 8 Padang. this is based on the trainer's approach and application of students when carrying out training, and the trainer also shows appropriate attitudes and training methods. The aims of this research are (1) to describe the Personality Competence of the Trainer as a Person Who Acts According to Norms. (2) Describe the Instructor's Personality Competence as an Honest, Noble Person. (3) Describe the Instructor's Personality Competence Presenting Himself as a Steady Person. (4) Describe the Instructor's Personality Competence in Demonstrating a High Work Ethic.This research is a research with a quantitative approach and this type of research is descriptive. The population in this study were 30 people, the sampling technique was Stratified Random Sampling with a sample of 20 people. Techniques for collecting data using questionnaires and data collection tools in the form of a list of statements. Data analysis techniques use the percentage formula.The results of this study indicate that: (1) the description of the trainer's personality competence acting in accordance with the norms is categorized as very high. (2) the description of the trainer's personality competence presenting himself as an honest and noble person is categorized as very high. (3) the description of the trainer's personality competence presents himself as a stable person who is categorized as very high. (4) the description of the trainer's personality competence shows that the work ethic is categorized as very high. It is hoped that Padang 8 Public High School will always innovate in improving extracurricular activities, especially the Youth Red Cross (PMR) extracurricular so as to attract students' interest in joining extracurricular activities. The fell in job opportunities due to competition in getting a job is one of the reasons for many entrepreneurs who finally decide to open their businesses to create job opportunities both for themselves and for more people out there, including students with Down Syndrome. Thus, to deal with this, entrepreneurial skills training for Down syndrome students is needed to train the four entrepreneurial skill groups. Researchers used qualitative research methosyndroma down to identify the relationship between skills and behavior in forming skills, the Delphi method, and processing primary data from observations and FGSyndroma down with related stakeholders. As a result, we can suggest activities that can boost Down Syndrome students' entrepreneurial skills. Skills that are used in this paper are generated by grouping some factors into one grouped skill. These skills will be connected to expected behavior as a dependent or independent factor with special modifications in order to adapt to a disabled person. This paper shows how behaviors can trigger the skills by one or more events and vice versa.Keywords: down syndrome, entrepreneur program, non formal education

The background of this research is the low learning outcomes of the learning community in the mathematics lesson Package C learning program at the SKB of Agam Regency. This situation is allegedly due to the low learning readiness of the learning residents. This study aims to: 1) look at the description of the readiness of the learning citizens in the mathematics subject in Package C SKB Agam, 2) see the description of the learning outcomes obtained by the citizens learning Package C SKB Agam, 3) see the relationship between the readiness of learning residents and learning outcomes mathematics subject in the SKB Agam package C program.This research was conducted using a correlational type quantitative approach which aims to examine the relationship between the readiness of learning citizens and learning outcomes. The research population included all Package C learning residents at SKB Agam which consisted of 30 learning residents. The sampling technique was Random Sampling and 20 people were taken. The data collection method uses angles with a statement list format as a tool in collecting data, techniques in analyzing data use the proportion formula and to look for correlations use the Rank Order formula.The results of the study prove that: 1) The readiness of the residents to study in the package C program at the Agam Skb is classified as low; 2) The results of studying mathematics in the package C program at SKB Agam show that 12 students have scores between 70-74 with the highest proportion of 60%, and; 3) there is a significant relationship between the readiness of learning residents and learning outcomes in mathematics in the package c program at the SKB AgamKeywords: Readiness to Learn; Learning outcomes
