Abstract

Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara berkembang dengan angka kematian bayi tinggi. Angka kematian bayi pada tahun 2017 sebesar 10.294 kasus (Kemenkes RI). Penyebab kematian bayi tersebut dikarenakan infeksi dan hipotermi. Inisiasi menyusui dini (IMD) dan ASI Eksklusif adalah salah satu upaya untuk menurunkan AKB yang disebabkan oleh Infeksi, karena ASI eksklusif memberi manfaat untuk kekebalan bagi bayi agar tidak mudah sakit. Lamanya pemberian ASI eksklusif tidak hanya menjadi tanggung jawab ibu tetapi juga lingkungan sekitar yaitu keluarga: suami, orang tua dan mertua, serta tenaga kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peranan keluarga dan petugas kesehatan dengan lama menyusui pada bayi usia 12 bulan. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu menyusui sebanyak 40 orang yang memiliki bayi berusia 12 bulan. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuisoner pada setiap ibu yang datang di Praktik Mandiri Bidan. Alat ukur menggunakan kuisioner, dengan menggunakan metode terbuka dan tertutup (close-ended quesionaries). Pengolahan dan analisa data menggunakan Analisa Ragam Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil yang didapatkan, dukungan suami mempengaruhi lama menyusui pada bayi usia 12 bulan dengan Thitung 0,020 < T0.05 yaitu 0,984. Dukungan keluarga (orang tua atau mertua) dengan nilai Thitung 0,898 > T0.05 yaitu 0,375. Dukungan tenaga kesehatan sebesar Thitung 0,657 > T0,05 yaitu 2,156. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa dukungan tenaga kesehatan dan dukungan keluarga sangat berpengaruh pada lamanya pemeberian ASI pada ibu menyusui. Sebaliknya dukungan suami kurang mempengaruhi lamanya pemberian ASI pada ibu menyusui. Peran suami atau ayah sangat diharapkan untuk mendukung pemberian ASI eksklusif, walaupun suami bekerja tetapi ada banyak waktu dan cara untuk membantu dan mendukung keberhasilan ASI eksklusif sehingga isteri atau perempuan didukung dan diberdayakan dalam keluarga.

Abstract

The enthusiasm of people to come to Posyandu diminishing that is caused busyness of parents, as well as the activities of children/toddlers itself, follow the ECD (Early Childhood Education). That requires an activity that can facilitate the right to health and education of children. Among the screening model of growth through empowerment-based Early Education Childhood teachers. Activities carried out in 2015 through the training of 13 teachers from two schools of early childhood education, teachers are given the skills to detect proper growth and development of students, this activity is also expected to initiate a partnership between the manager of early childhood with the clinic. Training begins with a pretest and proceeds with the mentoring phase. After those early childhood teachers screened independently growth was accompanied by a team of community service. Screening is done every month of growth while screening Indonesia Economic carried 2 times with an interval of 6 months. Furthermore, at the final stage will be carried out post-test that shows there is an increase in the skills and knowledge of teachers in child development screening. From the results of screening known is 1 student who has developmental disorders and 8 people with dubious results. Students who experience irregularities ascribed to the Developmental Clinic for further intervention. While students who have dubious results do the tests in 2 weeks later with 6 results according to the development, while 2 others in need of stimulation for fine motoric independence and socialization. Teacher Empowerment kindergarten / early childhood effective enough to support the implementation of developmental screening of preschool children. Abstract

Nausea and vomiting happen on 60%-80% primigravida and 40%-60% multigravida. One hundred of a thousand symptoms of nausea in pregnancy will be heavy if the treatment is not good. Emesis Gravidarum is a normal grievance which is experienced by pregnant mother in first trimester and can become hyperemesis gravidarum so that it increases the risk of disorders of pregnancy. Nausea and vomiting in pregnancy can be avoid with pharmacology and nonpharmacologic therapy. One of nonpharmacologic therapies to control nausea and vomiting is ginger and lime. This research aimed to prove the effects of hot ginger drink and hot lime drink to first semester pregnant mother in Puskesmas Grogol, Kediri District. This research used experiment queasy study of pre-posttest design in group of hot ginger drink and hot lime drink. The population was all pregnant mothers in first semester who experienced emesis gravidarum in Puskesmas Grogol, Kediri District. The samples were 32 people by using purpose sampling technique. Collecting the data was conducted directly through the observation. Data analysis used statistic test of Wilcoxon Match Test and Mann Whitney U Test. The result of the study before and after giving hot lime drink showed that the score was p = 0,002 (p < 0,05), so H1 was achieved and H0 was ignored, it meant there was effect of giving hot lime drink toward emesis gravidae in Puskesmas Grogol, Kediri District. Data analysis used statistic test of Mann Whitney U Test resulted U number > U table = 118.5 > 66 so H0 was achived. H1 was ignored, it meant there wes not different significance between giving hot ginger drink and hot lime drink toward the decrease of emesis gravidarum. The conclusion of this research shows that hot ginger drink and hot lime drink are effective in decreasing emesis gravidarum so that people get the benefit from hot ginger drink and hot lime drink as alternative medicine before consuming antiemetic medicine. They can also make the variants of ginger and lime to decrease the frequency of emesis gravidarum because they are easy to get, simple and effective without side effects and they do not harm mother and the fetus.

Abstract

Children autis experienced difficulty in activity and interest that involves other human beings. The condition of children autis lets do not care yourself independently. The purpose of this research to know the role of family in fulfilling ADL (Activity the Daily Living) Autis in the centers autis Blitar City. Design this research using descriptive design. The sample in this research are a family that has an autistic child who is running or never done as many as 34 family therapy using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection used questionnaires made by the researchers. This research result indicates that the role of family in fulfilling ADL children autis in the category of 68% good (23 family), a 29% (10 family) having a level the role of enough, and 3% (1 family) have an important role less. From the kind of the indicators ADL autis, the role of family less is to achieve eat/drinking, because the autis are able to estimate the food should enter in mouth to chew and swallowed, so the family is not so supervise the child with autism eating and drinking. Recommendations of research is expected develop into therapy next on independence child in ADL that involves the family of a autis to increase a generation of kids able autis to daily activities.

Abstract

Target pencapaian MDG’s pada tahun 2015 diantaranya adalah menanggulangi kemiskinan, pemenuhan pendidikan dasar, kesetaraan gender, penurunan angka kematian bayi, peningkatan kualitas kesehatan ibu, menekan penyakit menular dan lain lain, yang terakhir pengembangan kemitraan global. Pencapaian MDG’s inilah yang nantinya akan menghasilkan sebuah ukuran Human Index Development atau indeks Perkembangan Manusia suatu Bangsa. Peningkatan Promosi Kesehatan dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat disamping peningkatan akses pelayanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat miskin. Peningkatan kesehatan masyarakat (public health) dilakukan dengan penekanan untuk hidup sehat melalui peningkatan pencegahan penyakit menular ataupun tidak menular dengan cara memperbaiki kesehatan lingkungan, gizi, perilaku dan kewaspadaan dini.Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan metode pelatihan kepada 6 kader dan 28 ibu-ibu yang memiliki balita yang dilaksanakan selama 2 bulan. Hasil penyuluhan dan pelatihan dari materi terkait tumbuh kembang sebelum penyuluhan memiliki pengetahuan cukup 100% setelah pelatihan pengetahuan meningkat baik 100%, pemberian makanann pendamping ASI, Gizi Seimbang pada anak memiliki pengetahuan baik 83 %, cukup 7% dan kurang 10% , setelah diberikan penyuluhan meningkat 100% , penyakit yang sering terjadi pada anak usia 0-5 tahun, perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat mayoritas memiliki nilai pengetahuan cukup 86%, kurang 7 % dan baik 7 %, setelah diberikan pelatihan pengetahuan meningkat baik 100%. Materi deteksi tumbuh kembang dengan menggunakan instrumen KPSP rata-rata memiliki pengetahuan kurang 67% dan setelah diberikan pelatihan pengetahuan menjadi baik 100 %. Kelas Ibu Balita di tingkat masyarakat masih merupakan hal yang baru, sehingga perlu terus menerus disebarluaskan agar lebih dikenal, dipahami dan dapat menjadi kebutuhan Ibu balita, suami dan keluarga

Wahyuni, Indah, 2018. The difference of Abdominal Stretching Exercises and Warm Compresses on the Intensity of Menstrual Pain (Dysmenorrhea) in Young Women in Jember Midwifery Program. Essay. Main Advisor: Susilawati, SST., M.Kes. Counselor: Gumirarti, SST., MPH. Dysmenorrhea is one of the problems that teenagers often experience during menstruation, and even dysmenorrhea can lead to reduced physical activity in adolescents. Not infrequently many teens to have to rest and leave the activity because of severe pain. Non-pharmacological methods that can reduce the pain of dysmenorrhea is the practice of abdominal stretching and warm compresses. The purpose of this study To determine the differences in the effectiveness of abdominal stretching exercises and warm compresses against the intensity of menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) in young women. This research method used a quasi-experiment research design using a non-equivalent pretest-posttest design. Sampling by way of probability sampling with Simple Random Sampling with the number of samples counted 26 respondents. The instrument used is the Measure of Pain Scale (VDS). Data analysis using Independent T-Test. The results showed an average of dysmenorrhea pain after being given abdominal stretching exercise 2,1333. The average dysmenorrhea pain after a warm compression of 2.0625. So it can be concluded that there is no difference in abdominal stretching exercises and warm compresses to the intensity of menstrual pain in adolescents in Prodi DIV midwifery Jember in 2018. Both methods are effective to reduce dysmenorrhea pain. It was expected that adolescents can perform abdominal stretching exercises and warm compresses to reduce dysmenorrheal pain and provide information on abdominal stretching exercises and warm compresses to other dysmenorrhoea relatives or relatives to reduce dysmenorrheal pain.
