Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology plays a significant role in various aspects of life, including tourism and education. The Museum Menara Gentala Arasy in Jambi holds great potential as a center for learning about history and culture. However, the main challenge lies in leveraging technology to enhance the museum's appeal, particularly to younger generations and educational institutions. This study aims to design an Android-based virtual tour application for the Museum Gentala Arasy. The application offers an interactive experience that allows users to explore the museum virtually, providing easier and more engaging access. The Agile Kanban method was chosen for its flexibility in adapting to needs during the development process. The study results indicate that the application successfully integrates key features, such as 3D visualization of the museum, object information panels, and responsive navigation. Developed using Sketchup and Unity, the application allows users to interact directly with the museum's historical collections. These features are expected to not only strengthen the museum's role as an educational resource but also expand its cultural promotion outreach in Jambi. The application serves as an innovative medium for learning about Islamic history and culture in Indonesia while contributing positively to preserving cultural values.

Abstract

Students' interest in becoming computer lab assistants needs to be analyzed to understand the factors that influence it. This research uses a Single Layer Perceptron (SLP) Neural Network to perform binary classification on the questionnaire data of lab assistant applicants collected through Google Forms. The SLP model was trained with initial weights and biases of zero, a learning rate of 0.1, and a threshold of 0.5. The results show that within two epochs, the model was able to recognize patterns with an accuracy of 75%. This model has a precision of 100%, but a recall of only 50%, resulting in an F1 Score of 67%. These findings indicate that SLP can process questionnaire data well and has the potential to be applied to larger datasets to improve model performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah web manajemen tugas bernama Dailido yang dirancang untuk membantu pengguna dalam mengatur tugas harian secara lebih efektif. Permasalahan yang sering muncul adalah kurangnya aplikasi manajemen tugas yang sederhana, cepat, dan mudah digunakan. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, penelitian menggunakan teknologi MERN Stack, yang terdiri dari MongoDB, ExpressJS, ReactJS, dan NodeJS, yang dikenal mampu membuat aplikasi web yang dinamis dan responsif. Proses pengembangan dilakukan dengan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) untuk mempercepat pembuatan aplikasi, serta pengujian fungsionalitas menggunakan Black Box Testing guna memastikan aplikasi bekerja sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dailido berhasil dikembangkan dengan fitur-fitur utama seperti pembuatan, pengeditan, dan penghapusan tugas, serta menampilkan daftar tugas. Pengujian dengan metode Black Box membuktikan bahwa aplikasi berfungsi sesuai dengan yang diharapkan tanpa adanya kesalahan yang signifikan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa kombinasi MERN Stack dan metode RAD dapat membuat aplikasi manajemen tugas yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna dan efektif.

Abstract

PT. Cakrawala Telekomunikasi Indonesia is a company engaged in telecommunications distributor. Task management in this company is still conducted manually through verbal communication, leading to task completion delays, lack of transparency, and difficulties in monitoring work progress. Therefore, this study aims to develop a Tracking Task Management Information System based on PHP and MySQL using the Waterfall method to improve task distribution efficiency and transparency in work monitoring. The system development follows several stages: requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The developed system enables managers to assign tasks to employees digitally, thus speeding up communication and minimizing errors in task distribution. The implementation results indicate that this system enhances work efficiency, reduces communication errors, and facilitates real-time task monitoring. With this system, the company can significantly improve productivity and work effectiveness.
