Hospital is one of the health service industries that has an important role in providing health services to the community. One of the services at the hospital is hospital nutrition service activities which consist of outpatient nutrition care, inpatient nutrition care, food administration, and research and development. Many parties often pay attention to the organization of food in hospitals, in this case, inpatient food services because it is related to patient satisfaction. This study aims to determine the determinants associated with inpatient satisfaction in serving and serving food. The research method used is the chi-square correlation. The sample in this study were inpatients at Melati Hospital Tangerang, totaling 193 patients. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and was taken using a questionnaire. The significance values of the variables age, gender and education were 0.035, 0.048 and 0.018 less than ? (0.05) while the significance values of the variables of work and type of diet were 0.637 and 0.642 more than ? (0.05). This study obtained the results that there was a significant relationship between age, gender and education with service satisfaction and food serving, while work and type of diet did not have a significant relationship with food serving and service. Stunting is a global health problem that needs attention. Wonosobo Regency has one of the highest stunting rates in Central Java at 15.97% and Kejajar 2 Health Centre has the 4th highest stunting prevalence in Wonosobo at 23.88% in February 2023. The causes of stunting are maternal factors, breastfeeding, inadequate supplementary food, and a history of chronic infectious diseases. This study aims to determine the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding, macronutrient intake, and zinc intake in children 6-59 months at Puskesmas Kejajar 2. This study uses a type of quantitative research with an analytical observational design and a case control approach. The research instruments used were KMS (Kartu Menuju Sehat), SQ-FFQ (Semi Quantitative-Food Frequency Quesionare) questionnaire, and microtoise or infantometer. The sampling technique was quota sampling with a total of 172 respondents, with a ratio of case and control groups 1: 1. The data analysis performed was univariate analysis and bivariate analysis with the Chi Square test. The results showed that exclusive breastfeeding did not show a significant relationship with the incidence of stunting with a p-value of 0.321 or p>0.05 and there was a relationship between protein, fat, carbohydrate, and zinc intake with the incidence of stunting with a p-value of 0.000 or p<0.05. So it can be concluded that exclusive breastfeeding has no significant relationship with the incidence of stunting, while macronutrient intake and zinc have a significant relationship with the incidence of stunting at Puskesmas Kejajar 2 Wonosobo.

On January 1, 2014, the Indonesian government has implemented the BPJS health insurance program to ensure and support healthcare services. In the Binjai Village Health Center, the healthcare facilities (equipment and consumables) are not complete. For example, the dental unit is damaged or not functioning properly, the competence of dentists and dental nurses is not well coordinated, and there is a lack of communication patterns between healthcare personnel and patients. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with eight informants. Data collection was done through observation and in-depth interviews. The results of the study indicate that the healthcare facilities in the dental and oral health department are not complete; dentists and dental nurses have professional licenses (SIK and SIP), but they need to be extended; the Binjai Village Health Center does not have specific standard operating procedures for the dental and oral health department; and the dental and oral health services for BPJS patients have not met expectations due to actions that have not been taken. It is highly expected that the Binjai Village Health Center promptly improves its healthcare facilities and conducts a registration of personnel with professional licenses (SIK and SIP). Program planning for the department should consider dental and oral health personnel participating in activities or training to update their knowledge in accordance with current developments.

The mismatch in the healthcare workforce ratio leads to suboptimal healthcare services in community health centers (Puskesmas). The quality of healthcare services needs to be evaluated from the perspective of both the institution and the patients, as interpreted through the community satisfaction index. This study utilized cluster randomized sampling. Data collection techniques included observation and questionnaires. The population of this study consisted of the number of outpatient visits in 7 (seven) medium-sized community health centers in South Lampung Regency in 2020, totaling 287,279 visits. The sample size for this study was 347 samples in each group. The study was conducted from February to March 2023. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of healthcare service quality on patient satisfaction index in Community Health Centers in South Lampung Regency, focusing on the dimensions of Reliability, Assurance, Tangibles, Empathy, and Responsiveness (SERVQUAL). The results of this study showed that the Community Satisfaction Index (CSI) for healthcare services had a mean quality scale of 3.09, indicating a "Good" index. Regarding healthcare service quality, in terms of the SERVQUAL measurement variables, there is still 1.2% of the population stating that the quality of services in community health centers is not good, specifically in the aspect of Empathy. The significance value (P=0.00) indicates that service quality significantly affects the CSI, with a coefficient of determination (R square) of 0.685. Recommendations from this study suggest that the government of South Lampung Regency should provide special training for healthcare workers in community health centers to improve their skills in terms of their behavior and empathy towards patients, as well as to improve the ratio between healthcare personnel and the number of patient visits.

Abstract Malaria is a serious and potentially fatal public health problem. Malaria elimination efforts are carried out in Indonesia to create a society that is free from malaria transmission in 2030. This study aims to analyze the implementation of malaria control policies at the Sidodadi Community Health Center, Asahan District. This study used a qualitative approach involving the head of the Community Health Center and the malaria program manager as respondents. The results showed that the management of malaria sufferers was quite good, but there were still obstacles in the availability of malaria drugs at the Sidodadi Health Center. Prevention and management of risk factors for malaria are also not optimal due to the lack of facilities and infrastructure for health workers. Epidemiological surveillance and epidemic control still need to be improved according to the standards of the Ministry of Health. Communication, information, and education in malaria prevention is quite good. The improvement of human resources at the Sidodadi Health Center has also been carried out well, but the Asahan District Health Office needs to continue to prioritize the malaria elimination program and continue to improve education for field workers. Abstract The hospital has a process for implementing continuity of care in the hospital and integration between care-giving professionals (PPA) assisted by a patient service manager (MPP)/case manager. The current challenge that must be faced by hospitals in implementing the JKN program is implementing good quality control and cost control. The existence of MPP in the hospital case management system is expected to be able to support quality control and cost control. The purpose of this study was to analyze the functions of the case manager in improving quality control and cost control for inpatients (case study). This research was conducted at the Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital, Deli Serdang Regency from September 2022 to May 2023. The type of research in this study was qualitative. The sample in this study were case managers at Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital, Deli Serdang Regency, totaling 3 people and 1 director of medical services and 3 heads of inpatient rooms. The results showed that the implementation of case managers in improving quality control and cost control for inpatients was quite good. The case manager utility assessment has not gone well because there is no clear format for the initial screening of patients. Patient care planning by case managers has not been maximized. Not all case managers do patient care planning. The case manager's facilitation and advocacy has not been maximized. There are 2 case managers who do not coordinate with other fields, only coordinate with DPJP and nurses. The case manager evaluation has not gone well because there is no instrument format for case manager tasks so evaluation cannot be carried out. Post-discharge planning follow-up by the case manager has not gone well because the case manager has never followed up post-discharge planning. Case managers should carry out case manager functions for patients who are being treated in case management in accordance with the standard criteria set by STARKES 2022 accompanied by proper and accurate documentation to improve service quality and patient satisfaction. The menstrual cycle is a crucial thing for women. Irregular menstrual cycles can interfere their mental, physical, and even social lives. Disorders of the menstrual cycle are closely related to several factors, including intake of macronutrients and physical activity. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between levels of consumption of macronutrients and physical activity with the menstrual cycle. It was a cross-sectional study with 75 female students of the Nutrition Departement at State University of Surabaya who were taken with non-probability sampling. SQ-FFQ were used to estimate dietary intake of macronutrient, physical activity level were measured by using IPAQ-SF questionnaire, and menstrual cycle data were recorded using the menstrual cycle form using the self-record method. The correlation test between the level of consumption of macronutrients and physical activity with the menstrual cycle are using the Spearman test. The level of consumption of carbohydrates and fats in the majority of respondents respectively 41.3% and 44% according to the daily needs of the respondents. The level of physical activity of the majority of respondents in the moderate category was 58.7%. A total of 52 respondents (69.3%) experienced normal menstrual cycles and this was significantly related to carbohydrate intake (p=0.001; r=0,4), fat intake (p=0.001; r=0,4), and physical activity (p=0.005; r=0,4). Meanwhile, 50.7% of respondents with a high level of protein consumption did not have a significant relationship with the menstrual cycle (p=0.289; -0,1). It was concluded that there was a significant relation between the level of consumption of carbohydrates, fats, and physical activity with the menstrual cycle. Conversely there is no correlation between the level of protein consumption and the menstrual cycle.
