<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of inflation and economic growth on the unemployment rate in Indonesia. This research is a quantitative research. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression with a random effect model, which was processed using the EViews 10 application. The population in this study was all provinces in Indonesia in 2016-2018. The sample in this study was 34 provinces in Indonesia. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency. The results of this study indicate that inflation and economic growth have a negative and insignificant effect on the unemployment rate in Indonesia. Based on the F test and t test, inflation and economic growth variables have no significant effect on the unemployment rate in Indonesia, either partially or simultaneously.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis kinerja anggaran pendapatan belanja daerah (APBD) Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara mulai tahun 2016 sampai tahun 2020. Metode yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis kuantitatif untuk perhitungan analisis kinerja pendapatan dan analisis kinerja belanja pemerintah daerah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan pendapatan dan belanja daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara dalam 5 (lima) tahun terakhir, mengalami perkembangan yang cukup baik. Untuk analisis kinerja pendapatan dengan analisis varian tergolong baik, namun untuk analisis derajat desentralisasi, ketergantungan dan kemandirian keuangan daerah masih rendah dan perlu ditingkatkan, walaupun analisis efektifitas pendapatan tergolong sangat efektif. Hasil analisis untuk kinerja belanja daerah dari sisi varians belanja, pertumbuhan belanja dan keserasian belanja dikatakan baik dan serasi atau seimbang dalam mengalokasikan belanja daerah karena alokasi belanja operasional lebih besar daripada belanja modal. Sedangkan tingkat rata–rata efesiensi belanja daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara selama tahun 2016–2020 sebesar 93% yang tergolong cukup efesien.]]>

<![CDATA[Menyusui memegang peranan penting terhadap tumbuh kembang bayi, kegagalan untuk memberikan ASI eksklusif dapat menyebabkan tingginya angka kejadian penyakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penyebab kegagalan pemberian ASI Eksklusif pada bayi di RSUD Tgk. Chik Ditiro Kabupaten Pidie. Metode : jenis penelitian yaitu analitik dengan pendekatan crossectional, populasi adalah semua ibu bersalin dan menyusui yang berjumlah 85 orang. Hasil Penelitian : Hasil penelitian untuk variabel pengetahuan diperoleh nilai p= 0,000, variabel sikap diperoleh p= 0,000, variabel peran penolong persalinan diperoleh p= 0,000, variabel tradisi diperoleh p= 0,000 yang artinya variabel tersebut memiliki hubungan dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif pada bayi sedangkan variabel umur ibu diperoleh nilai p= 0,131, variabel pendidikan diperoleh p= 0,526, variabel pekerjaan diperoleh nilai p= 0,576, variabel pendapatan diperoleh p= 0,271, variabel paritas diperoleh p= 0,477, variabel usia bayi diperoleh nilai p= 0,560, variabel prilaku diperoleh nilai p= 0,402 yang artinya variabel tersebut tidak memiliki hubungan dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif pada bayi. Kesimpulan : variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap pemberian ASI eksklusif pada bayi yaitu variabel peran penolong persalinan.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of the study was to determine the type and amount of zooplankton in the waters of Makassar Island, Baubau City. From the results of this study, it is expected that significant information regarding the types and zooplankton found in the sea around Makassar Island, Baubau City, whose waters are suitable for aquaculture. Furthermore, it is hoped that the results of this study can help improve and optimize the use of aquatic biological resources in the future. This research was conducted in the waters of Makassar Island, Baubau City, from August to October 2021. Sample identification was carried out at the Biology Laboratory of the Muhammadiyah University of Buton. The tool in this research field is plankton net no. 25 to filter zooplankton, GPS determines the sampling location, thermometer measures temperature, handrefactometer measures salinity, DO (Dissolved Oxygen) meter measures sea air oxygen, plastic bottles store seawater samples, small plastic bottles store zooplankton samples, and cool boxes for storing samples. Materials in the field are label paper and markers to label the sample, 70% alcohol to preserve the sample, and aqua water to sterilize the instrument. 1) From the three highest locations found 18 genera of zooplankton belonging to the Crustacea group. 2) With 33 ind/l, the genus OIthona dominates the waters of Makasar Island, Baubau City. 3) In the three locations, there was no variation in zooplankton density.]]>

<![CDATA[Pasar modal mempunyai dampak yang cukup besar bagi perusahaan industri, untuk bisa memperoleh tambahan dana dari para investor dengan mempertimbangkan kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan sub sektor tekstil dan garmen selama periode 2015-2019. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu data sekunder yang diambil dari laporan keuangan setiap tahun. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 21 perusahaan sub sektor tekstil dan garmen dan yang memenuhi kriteria sebanyak 6 perusahaan. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap harga saham perusahaan sub sektor tekstil dan garmen periode 2015-2019. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa profitabilitas meningkatkan harga saham perusahaan.]]>

<![CDATA[Efektifitas menunjukkan tercapainya tujuan yang diinginkan melalui serangkaian tindakan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan. Konsekuensinya adalah inovasi dan kreativitas, tujuannya adalah menyempurnakan dan mengembangkan produk baru dalam rangka bersaing, kelangsungan hidup dan profitabilitas perusahaan. Usaha Industry Rumah Tangga Kue Kacang Ijo KN Lumpia Sabang di Aceh Besar merupakan industry rumah tangga yang berdiri sejak tahun 2009 dan menjadi subjek penelitian ini. Masalah dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana efektifitas manajemen produksi dalam pengembangan produk yang dihasilkan pada Usaha Indutri Rumah Tangga Kue Kacang Ijo KN Lumpia Sabang dan bagaimana upaya pengembangan produknya. Penelitian ini bersifat penelitian lapangan dengan total populasi 16 (enam belas) orang sebagai responden dengan menggunakan Teknik Purposive Sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Penulis menggunakan analisa Deskriptif Kualitatif kemudian menyimpulkan bahwa efektifitas manajemen produksi dalam pengembangan produk pada usaha tersebut bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penjualan pada usaha, meningkat atau tidaknya penjualan tergantung bagaimana manajemen produksi, efektivitas dalam memproduksi kue lumpia yang dipesan oleh konsumen. Upaya Usaha Indutri Rumah Tangga dalam pengembangan produk memodifikasi produk lama dengan berbagai variasi bentuk kue lumpia dan modifikasi kemasan produk serta segmentansi untuk produk kue lumpia sebagai inovasi produk baru dalam usahanya guna mencapai hasil optimal.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to: (1) explain the lingual form of inciting Ribka Tjiptaning on social media and (2) explain the meaning of denotation and the incitement connotation of Ribka Tjiptaning on social media. The data in this study are language that contains the crime of incitement by Ribka Tjiptaning on the social media YouTube. While the source of data in this study is the social media youtube. The method used in this research is descriptive with qualitative approach, data collection techniques in the form of look-see and take notes. Data were analyzed using qualitative content analysis (qualitative content analysis). The results of this study indicate that: the data containing denotative and connotative meanings in Ribka Tjiptaning's utterances on social media YouTube amounted to 7 denotative meanings and 5 connotative meanings. Ribka Tjiptaning's speech contained rejection and accusations that the government was playing with the Covid 19 vaccine. This speech is an act against the law by disseminating information that can provoke / incite.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of human resource development on the performance of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency employees of South Buton Regency. This study uses an explanatory quantitative method, namely research that explains the effect of certain variables on other variables. The population of this study were all civil servants of the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Development of South Buton Regency, totaling 23 people. The sampling technique used a saturated sample, namely the entire population was used as the research sample. Data were collected through questionnaires and observation. The data analysis technique used descriptive and inferential analysis. The results showed that pHuman resource development has a positive and significant effect onThe performance of the BKPSDM South Buton Regency employees, this is shown through the results of the regression significance test, therefore it is suggested that the promotion section of the service is more transparent and adjusts placement, competence, knowledge, skills, experience, education and training, increased discipline, and speed in working to be enthusiastic to work better according to the main tasks and functions of the brand based on the targets that have been set.]]>

<![CDATA[Writing is a place to express feelings and thoughts in relatively permanent form. However, it becomes problematic because it requires certain linguistic features such as fluency, accuracy, and complexity, (the latter being the dependent variable for the study). One way to overcome these problems is through planning. Thus, this research is focused to find out the effect of planning on complexity in the writing performance especially in EFL learners. There are 20 final-year of undergraduate students of Unkhair involved and are selected through individual IELTS prediction writing-test. This study applies Independent t-test for the first variable of complexity: richness and diversity, and the second variable: size and elaborateness uses Wilcoxon-Mann-Whitney U test. The study uses two different groups as independent variables: 1) Planning group will be coded P1, P2, P3, … and so on, while 2) without planning group will be coded WP1, WP2, WP3, … and so on. The result of the study presents that the mean score in planning groups of both number of words per T-unit and number of clauses per T-unit are generally higher with 10.684 and 1.487, respectively, than in without planning group with just 9.403 and 1.225, respectively. The figures conclude that through planning which happened before the writing, helps the learners to accomplish a better performance regarding the number of words and clauses occur per T-unit.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis puisi dengan menggunakan Tekhnik Pengamatan Objek Secara Langsung pada siswa kelas VIII-C SMP Negeri 1 GU Kabupaten Buton Tengah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari 2 siklus. Sebagai subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII-C SMP Negeri 1 GU Kabupaten Buton Tengah yang berjumlah 28 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes. Tekhnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah tekhnik analisis hasil tes. Dari hasil penelitian ini, didapat berbagai peningkatan pada nilai siswa yang terlihat pada prasiklus, siklus I dan siklus II. Pada prasiklus perolehan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa adalah 53,2. pada siklus I mencapai nilai rata-rata 65,7 dan pada siklus II mencapai nilai rata-rata 79,9. Nilai rata-rata sebesar 79,9 sudah melebihi nilai KKM sebesar 75 sehingga secara umum sudah mencapai KKM. Hasil tes setelah siklus II sebesar 79,9 melebihi nilai KKM (75), sehingga pemahaman siswa sudah lebih baik. Meningkatkan Kemampuan Menulis Puisi dengan Tekhnik Pengamatan Objek secara Langsung pada Siswa Kelas VIII-C SMP Negeri 1 GU Kabupaten Buton Tengah.]]>
