<![CDATA[This research purpose is to know performance study at STKIP Muhammadiyah Sampit. Subject in this research is Head of Quality Assurance Agency STKIP Muhammadiyah Sampit. Analysis technique use in this research is categorization using average values. Output in this research is to show performance study in the economy study program have a good category with value 64,44%. Guidance and counseling study program have a good category with value 63,61%.]]>

<![CDATA[To undergo a five-day school there is a need for learning readiness from the students concerned. This research was conducted to determine the learning readiness of students undergoing five-day school in Sampit 1 Junior High School.The population in this study were students of the 8th grade 2018/2019 Middle School 1 grade, which numbered 278 students and were taken as a sample of 72 students using the Proportional Random Sampling technique. The results of quantitative descriptive analysis show that the readiness of students to undergo a five-day school in SMP Negeri 1 Sampit has a high category with a percentage of 23.61%, a medium category with a percentage of 62.50% and a low category with a percentage of 13.89%.]]>

<![CDATA[Without realizing it in our daily lives, a child who experiences a broken home has negative thoughts. This study was to determine the effectiveness of the Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy approach in Overcoming Negative Thinking in Broken Home Children. This study uses descriptive phenomenological qualitative research with a case study approach, data collection using interviews, observations and problem check list models. The final results of the process of implementing individual counseling in this study are considered to be quite effective with a percentage of 40%. These results can be seen from the change in negative thinking from the subject which gradually diminishe.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the factors that hinder the implementation of character education at the Muhammadiyah Vocational School Sampit in the 2018/2019 academic year. This study included qualitative descriptive research.The subjects in this study were teachers of the Muhammadiyah Sampit Vocational School in the 2018/2019 academic year, totaling five teachers. The method used in this study is an unstructured interview method. The validity of the data used is source triangulation.The results of this study indicate that the factors that hinder the implementation of character education at Muhammadiyah Sampit Vocational School are ignorant of parents of 5 respondents, negative mass media as many as 4 respondents, and a crisis of exemplary leaders and leaders of 3 respondents.]]>

<![CDATA[Adolescence is a period in which decision making is increased. Decisions taken are decisions that determine their future. When facing a situation like this many teenagers cannot explore their choices. This study aims to address career decision making for students at MA Nurul Ummah Sampit by applying the Trait and Factor approach. This study is a qualitative descriptive research with case study approach. The data collection in this study is using interview and observation method. The results of this study indicate that applying of trait and factor approach successfully overcome difficulties in career decision making. The increase in students' career decision making from the low category becomes a very high category after individual counseling.]]>

<![CDATA[Teacher professional competence is related to the task of a teacher in teaching. This study was conducted to determine the Professional Competencies of Social Sciences Subjects in Public Middle Schools in Sampit City. <![CDATA[Self regulation is self-management in achieving a goal in the situation of various activities. The purpose of this study was to determine self-regulation of high achieving students. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data collection in this study uses the interview method and the problem checklist model. The better the level of self-regulation of individuals, the better in managing themselves to achieve predetermined goals. The results of the study showed that the self regulation of one of the outstanding students was included in the good category. This means that the student has been able to manage himself and direct his thoughts and actions to achieve goals including achievement.]]>

<![CDATA[The use of libraries is very necessary in schools as information for completing school assignment, this research was conducted to determine the effect of determine the effect of school library untilization on the achievement of class VIII student achievement on integrated social student subjects in public middle school 4 sampit 2018/2019 academic year. The population in this study were all students VIII of SMP Negeri 4 Sampit which amounted to 264 students, then 40 students were taken sample in this study. The sampling technique used the proposition random sampling . thr data analysis technique used is simple linier regression assisted by SPSS 15. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant influence between the use of the school library on learning achievement in integrated social studies subject in 4 sampit publick middle school 2018/2019 academic year]]>
