Abstract

Personality problems are very closely related to one’s self, as is the nature of introverted. If the introverted is owned by someone, it will cause him to become someone who is vindictive, unable to establish relationship with other people and will have difficulty communicating well.This study aims to overcome children who have introverted nature by applying Gestalt counseling models with reversal techniques. Intake of data is using qualitative descriptive methods with case study approach.The results of this study indicate that the application of the Gestalt counseling model with reversal techniques successfully composed student who have introverted traits. There is a decrease in introverted characteristics from high category to low category after carrying out individual counseling.

Abstract

Motivation is very important in students to increase interest in learning. In fact there are students who do have low motivation in learning which impacts on their learning outcomes. This study aims to improve low learning motivation at MA Nurul Ummah sampit by applying a Behavioral approach. This research is a qualitative study with a case study approach. Data collection in this study uses interview, observation and documentation. The object of this study is low learning motivation. The subject of this study was one of the XII students at MA Nurul Ummah Sampit. Data analysis techniques in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. For data validity checking techniques are using source triangulation and method triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the application of Behavioral techniques succeeded in increasing low learning motivation. The increase in motivation of students from low categories becomes a high category after carrying out individual counseling.

Abstract

Coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) is currently a world health problem, as well as in the world of education. This study aims to analyze the problems faced by Arabic language teachers in learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at MIN 1, East Kotawaringain and how teachers' strategies are in overcoming these problems. This research uses a qualitative approach, with a descriptive qualitative type. The research site was in MIN 1 East Kotawaringain, the research subjects were Arabic teachers and the informants were the school principal and grade VI students at MIN 1 Kotawaringain Timur. The results of the study are: 1) The problem of learning Arabic originates from internal and external factors, internal factors, namely attention, interest, motivation and students' readiness to accept learning with new concepts. Meanwhile, external factors include family, school and community aspects. 2) The solution to the problem of learning Arabic is to focus on problems that arise from the dimensions of students, namely by giving gifts to overcome the lack of interest in learning and student motivation and providing free quotas for students who really need to solve the problem of the learning costs incurred. students then for the problem of student difficulties because there is no assistance provided by parents, the school provides technical guidance and mentoring for students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Students' perceptions of professional competence and Teacher's Work Motivation on Student Learning Outcomes of Class VIII in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Kotawaringin Timur Academic Year 2019/2020. The population in this study was eighth grade students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Kotawaringin Timur Academic Year 2019/2020, totaling 256 students. The technique used in collecting samples was proportional random sampling technique, so the number of samples was 80 students. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. The results showed that there was no influence there was no effect of students' perceptions about professional competence and Teacher Work Motivation together on student learning outcomes indicated by the value of Fcount  <  Ftable is 0.465 < 3.11.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine the implementation of evaluation techniques for Islamic religious education. This paper uses a qualitative approach and literature study methods. Based on the results of the discussion, evaluation consists of measurement and assessment. In the context of learning, evaluation has a very important and strategic position, because it  included in the steps or learning. The goal is to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of the learning system. In general, the principle of evaluation consists of continuity, comprehensive, fair, objective, cooperative, and accountability. In terms of its type, learning evaluation consists of evaluation of planning, development, monitoring, impact, efficiency, and comprehensive programs. Judging from the object, learning evaluation includes input, transformation, and output. As for the subject is educators, officers who have been coached, even students can evaluate they-self. From a technical point of view, it consists of tests and non-tests. The implementation of the Islamic Religious Education learning test technique must be carried out continuously, comprehensively, and integrated. Thus, Islamic education educators must be able to evaluate the development of students including aspects, aqliyah, qolbiyah, dan amaliyah.

Abstract

Character education make the best preparation for the better student’s personality in his or her life. The study is done to find out how to invest a character education in SMP Negeri 10 Sampit. The subject in this study is a total SMP Negeri 10 Sampit totaling 202 students. The method of data collection used is interviews and observations. The study shows that there are fourteen character values found in the behavior of SMP Negeri 10 Sampit.

Abstract

Cybercounseling services are considered very suitable for reaching students who need help, because many students experience problems when learning to be brave during the Covid-19 pandemic. The focus of this research is about the problems faced by students during courageous learning, and about cybercounseling carried out by guidance and counseling teachers in an effort to overcome the problems faced by these students. The methodology used in this research is descriptive qualitative, with the research subjects being students of the East Kotawaringin Madrasah Aliyah (MAN), which is referred to as 35 people. The interview method used interview data through the What's App application when counseling was conducted, and data analysis used a qualitative descriptive method. Problems that arise from students during learning during the Covid-19 emergency are quite diverse, starting from internal factors and internal factors. The presence of cybercounseling conducted by guidance and counseling teachers provides valuable meaning for students to facilitate students to be able to make behaviour changes, construct thoughts, develop the ability to cope with life situations during this pandemic, make decisions that affect them, and succeed. learn the learners.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there were differences in the performance of teachers who received certification allowances and had not received certification allowances at SMK Negeri 1 Kota Besi and SMK PGRI Sampit 2018/2019 academic year. This research is a qualitative descriptive study.The subjects in this study were lecturers or teachers in SMK 1 of Kota Besi and SMK PGRI Sampit totaling 48 (Forty-eight) people. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. There is a difference in the performance of certified teachers and certified teachers whose performance is better than that of uncertified teachers
