Abstract

Increasing population and development activities will have an impact on the quality of the environment due to the increased volume of domestic waste generated. It is a challenge to the government how waste is managed so that development is also accompanied by an increase in environmental quality improvement. In practice this will be difficult work if fully charged to the government alone. Needed a helping hand to help the public to participate in the government's handling of domestic waste issues. Domestic wastewater disposal technology in local (onsite system) is one way of disposal of waste water that can be directly built community. However, in certain circumstances the onsite construction of this system was very expensive. However, the technology is very easy to apply, can be done onsite system collectively (communal). Its interesting to research is where groups of people who have the desire to build these facilities independently. Analysis of specific technical requirements, the first step to sorting areas suitable for the application of technology onsite wastewater system. After that, the analysis of other technical criteria derived characteristic that the development can be carried out onsite systems in communal. An analysis of preparedness and ability to pay will give clues about the groups of people who are ready to participate in building infrastructure ALR waste independently. Technical data processing in the city of Pekanbaru Riau showed 32 districts that have a match for the application of wastewater disposal systems locally. 13 of them have the potential to be physically constructed communally. While the processing of data from interviews with 12 people showed groups of people in the city of Pekanbaru is willing and able to build their own onsite communal system. Abstract

Sejalan dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 1990 tentang konservasi Sumberdaya Alam Hayati dan Ekosistemnya, taman hutan raya adalah kawasan pelestarian alam untuk tujuan koleksi tumbuhan dan atau satwa yang alami atau buatan, jenis asli atau bukan asli, yang dimanfaatkan bagi kepentingan penelitian, ilmu pengetahuan, pendidikan, menunjang budidaya, budaya, pariwisata, dan rekreasi. TAHURA Ir. H. Juanda memiliki daya tarik wisata alam yang cukup beragam dengan berbagai obyek wisata yang cukup menarik. Dalam rangka pemanfaatan sumberdaya alam di Kawasan Tahura Juanda yang optimal, maka dilakukan penelitian tentang penilaian terhadap semua manfaat yang dapat dihasilkan oleh sumberdaya alam (valuasi ekonomi) tersebut dengan metode biaya perjalanan (Travel Cost Method). Abstract

Cimahi has been known since the Dutch colonial period, in 1811, when the Governor-General Willem Daendeles made road from Anyer to Panarukan and right in Cimahi square now was made Loji (Pos Penjagaan). The analysis process which is conducted in this research include population analiysis, analysis of green open space and urban forest structure. Population is used to determine the amount of population and its density distribution in the coming years.The need for green open space is used to determine the ideal area of urban forest and the amount of oxygen requirements for residents.While the structure of the urban forest is used in managing the urban forest vegetation. The final results achieved in this research is an arrangement concept of the urban forest in the Kartini Park. The concept is supported by the fact of: (1) the exterior arrangement which closely related to the maintenance of park and activities of visitors to the park, (2) Taman Kartini is surrounded by functional buildings, (3) Taman Kartini is located on three roads, namely Jalan Baros, Jalan Dustira/ Hospitaalweg, and Jalan Taman Kartini), and (4) planting vegetation criteria in accordance withTaman Kartini neighborhood. Abstract

This study aims (1) to analyzing the shift in utilization patterns compared with the carrying capacity and land suitability; (2) to analyze the status of coastal ecosystems. The method of analysis used in this study is the analysis of Geographic Information System (GIS). The results showed that there was a shift utilization, namely: to change the function of protected areas into mixed areas and dryland farming for 83.12%, coastal border that changes the function into the airport area, mixed area, settlements, dry land farming for 96.02%, dry land agriculture which transformed the function into neighborhoods, the area is a mixture of 8.70%. This resulted in the status of coral reef ecosystems, including criteria for medium-well with percentage coral cover ranged from 36.63 to 75.62%, the status of mangrove ecosystems including the category tree density was 780 to 1420 trees / ha, and the status of seagrass ecosystems, including categories less rich with the percentage cover ranged from 33.13% to 44.39%.   Keywords: coastal ecosystem, coastal areas

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi angkutan umum labi-labi pada tahun 2007 adalah pelayanan jaringan rute yang ada tidak dapat menjangkau seluruh pelosok Kota Banda Aceh, karena untuk saat ini cakupan daerah pelayanan angkutan umum labi-labi hanya 37% sehingga masih 63% daerah yang tidak terlayani. Berdasarkan analisis potensi travel demand maka di dapat jumlah pergerakan penumpang angkutan umum di Kota Banda Aceh pada tahun 2007 sebesar 18.513 orang/hari. Dengan zona pembangkit terbesar adalah Kuta Alam dengan 1.386 pergerakan orang/hari. Dan zona penarik terbesar adalah Kampung Baru dengan pergerakan 1.314 orang/hari. Sedangkan ada juga yang melakukan pergerakan ke luar dari Kota Banda Aceh misalnya ke daerah Kab.Aceh Besar. Bila dilihat dari pergerakan keluar kota yang menjadi pembangkit paling besar adalah Kec.Suka Makmur yaitu dengan pergerakan sebesar 991 orang/hari. Sehingga total pergerakan yang dihasilkan oleh masyarakat Kota Banda Aceh diluar kota adalah 2.463 orang/hari. Sedangkan untuk pergerakan antar kelurahan tahun 2017 sebesar 22.583 orang/hari maka dengan melihat dari data HI   Kata Kunci : Kebutuhan (demand) transportasi, Angkutan Umum, Trip Generation, Trip Attraction
