Abstract

This study tries to make a systematic picture of how Integrated Learning Based on Islamic Character in Subjects of Civic Education (PPKn). With the location of the research in SMA Negeri 1 Mandastana, Barito Kuala Regency. The role of the teacher as: 1) a catalyst, the role model of a teacher is an absolute factor in the development of effective character education for students, because of their position as figures or idols imitated by students. 2) Inspirator means a teacher must be able to arouse students' enthusiasm to progress to develop their potential. 3) motivator, meaning that every teacher must be able to awaken the spirit, work ethic and extraordinary potential of students themselves. 4) dynamic, meaning each teacher has the ability to push students towards the achievement of goals with wisdom, patience, workmanlike, intelligent and upholds spirituality. 5). evaluator, means that every teacher is required to be able and always evaluate their attitudes or behaviors, and the learning methods used in the development of student character education, so that the level of effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of the program can be known. Thus it can be concluded that in the context of the education system in schools to develop Islamic character based education for students, teachers must be positioned or positioned themselves in the true nature, namely as instructors and educators, which means that in addition to transferring knowledge, it also educates and develops the participant's personality. students through the intractions they do in the classroom and outside the classroom.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the West Kalimantan Front Pembela Islam Regional Representative Council opinion about Rancangan Undang-Undang Haluan Ideologi Pancasila which makes Islamic organizations strongly reject it. Data were collected through observation and interview with the West Kalimantan Front Pembela Islam Regional Representative Council secretary.Other findings: 1) RancanganUndang-Undang Haluan Ideologi Pancasila is very contradictory to the existing norms in Indonesia, especially the Pancasila ideology, 2) the communist ideology might rise if Rancangan Undang-Undang Haluan Ideologi Pancasila is accepted because there is no TAP MPRS No XXV / 1966 in it whichrules the dissolution of the Indonesian Communist Party and the prohibition of the ideology of communism / Marxism, 3) The mixing of Trisila with cultural devotion because the concept of religion cannot develop with culture.The suggestion of this research to the House of Representatives in drafting a law must apply Pancasila as the basis of the State and Pancasila must be positioned as the source of all sources in Indonesia, the Pancasila Ideology Direction Bill is only in the interest of power.

Abstract

This research has background the phenomena of brand competition of various companies in obtaining Top Brand Award. Customers tend to give more trust at any brands that have once achieved the Top Brand Award. Decreased top brand index indicates problems on brand equity of the motor honda. The problem in this research is “What is Brand Image and Brand Awareness effect on Brand Equity of motor honda”. Brand image and brand awareness are assumed to have effects on brand equity and greatly importance to build strong brand equity. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the effects of Brand Image and Brand Awareness on Brand Equity of motor honda.This research used 10 respondents as the samples who have purchased motor honda with purposive sample and accidental samples. Then, there was data analysis both quantitatively and qualitatively. The qualitative analysis is the interpretation of data that were obtained in the field and open answer analysis given by the respondents, while quantitative analysis includes: reliability test, validity test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and determination coefficient analysis (X).Results of this research indicate that brand image (X1) and brand awareness (X2) are proven to significantly affect the brand equity (Y). Out of two analyzed independent variables, the brand awareness is the variables with the biggest effects on the dependent variable, which then is followed by the brand image.

Abstract

To the face the increase of the current business environment into a more complex situation, a method of performance measurement that can accurately and comprehensively assess the company's performance is essentially needed. In this case the method which can be used is the Balanced Scorecard. The objective of the Balanced Scorecard method is to measure the performance of the company from four perspectives, namely: learning and growth perspective, internal business process perspective, customer perspective and financial perspective.The researcher conducted the research on PDAM Palangka Raya District using the data from 2017-2019 to analyze the financial perspective, while for other perspectives using company data and calculation of questionnaires distributed to employees of PDAM Palangka Raya District.The results of the research reveals that the overall performance of PDAM Palangka Raya District is good enough, it is indicated by the value generated from the respective scorecards of each perspective. The conclusion that can be derived through the analysis is that the Balanced Scorecard is the best method in assessing the performance of the company, since the Balanced Scorecard raises the important aspects that are ignored by the traditional performance measurement, such as aspects of human resources, systems used in a corporation, operational processes, and aspects of customer satisfaction, so that the measurement results of the Balanced Scorecard is more accurate. Accurate performance measurement is very important for management, both in the process of planning, decision making, and controlling, and in realizing the vision and mission of the corporation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine, (1) the influence between the quality of service provided by Pizza Hut Banjarmasin on Consumer satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously (2) Which service quality dimension is the most dominant influence on consumer satisfaction of Pizza Hut Banjarmasin. The object of this research is the Pizza Hut Restaurant in Banjarmasin with 100 respondents determined by random sampling. The method used in this research is quantitative research which is a research model that requires the calculation of numbers, while the approach used is a survey approach that is research that takes samples from the population and uses a questionnaire as a primary data collection tool. The results of this study indicate that, the quality of Pizza Hut Banjarmasin according to customer perception is good, the level of customer satisfaction for all services provided by Pizza Hut Banjarmasin, namely in general they feel satisfied, as many as 54% who rate good, Neutral 18% while those who answered very satisfied were 16%, and those who said they were not satisfied were 9% and respondents who answered very dissatisfied were 3%. as well as the results of statistical data processing can be seen that there is a significant and direct effect between the quality of Pizza Hut Banjarmasin services consisting of Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy, on customer satisfaction of Pizza Hut Banjarmasin with a regression equation Y = -0.231 + 0.768 X1 + (-0,972) X2 + 0,354 X3 + 0,437 X4 + 0,355 X5 + e and the service quality variable that has the biggest influence on customer satisfaction is the Tangibles variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of RPTRA Revitalization on the happiness level of city residents, to know the impact of street vendor arrangement on the happiness level of the city and to determine the impact of RPTRA Revitalization and PKL Structuring on the happiness level of city residents. This research can be classified as an associative type of research, the sample in this study was 272 people for an error level of 10%, the sampling technique used was incidental sampling. The results of this study are RPTRA revitalization partially has a positive and significant effect on the level of happiness of city residents, t-count> t-table (5.046> 1.969), partially PKL structuring has a positive and significant effect on the level of happiness of city residents, t-count> t-table (8,452> 1,969), there is a positive and significant influence between the RPTRA revitalization variable and street vendor arrangement on the happiness level of the city residents, F-count> F-table (246,889> 3,029)

Abstract

Human resources will determine on the success of company activity implementation. There is an increasing urgent need for companies to obtain, develop and maintain qualified human resources in accordance with always changing environmental dynamic. This research aims to (1). To determine the influences of communication and leadership ability on the effectiveness of employees at PT. BRI (Persero) Branch of Palangka Raya (2).To find out the variable with the most dominant influence on employee effectiveness at PT. BRI (Persero) Branch of Palalangka Raya.This research was conducted at the Office of PT. BRI Branch of Palangka Raya on A. Yani Street as the research objects are the employees who work at PT. BRI Branch of Palangkaraya. Based on the partial test conducted on the variables included in the analysis model, it can be seen that both research variables, namely Communication variable (X1) of 0.377, and organizational culture (X2) of 0.363, which simultaneously have influence and significance on the effectiveness of employee working at PT. BRI Branch of Palangkaraya. Similarly, if seen partially, it is known that both variables have positive and significant influences. The communication ability performed by the employees serves as the most dominant variable on the work effectiveness of employees of PT. BRI Branch of Palangkaraya which could be seen from the amount of influence namely by 37.7%.

Abstract

The subjects of this study were all Thai students studying at IAIN Palangka Raya, totaling 9 people. While the object of this research is the pattern of intercultural communication of Thai students at IAIN Palangka Raya. Intercultural communication patterns Thai students in interacting with their environment can be seen from the interactions that occur in the communication process of each party. From the recognition of Thai students, the first beginning to arrive at IAIN Palangka Raya felt the cultural difficulties of Central Kalimantan, especially in the language that made it a shame to introduce themselves. But both students and lecturers and employees of IAIN Palangka Raya with a friendly and friendly nature can make Taufik and friends feel comfortable. Gradually Thai students can adapt to Indonesian so they are not ashamed to greet or make friends with Local students of IAIN Palangka Raya.

Abstract

Process to improve the skills of the individual in order to get a better career is call career development. And organizational commitment reflects the extent to which an individual knows and tied to the organization. The purpose this study was to understand the career development, organizational commitment and career development to test the influence of organizational commitment of employees in PT.Donindo Kantor Cabang Banjarmasin.The method used in this research is descriptive and analytical techniques used is quantitative analysis. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a population of 67 people and a sample of 40 respondents. Data measured using Likert Scale. And then the data is processed by using SPSS 23The research results showed that the influence of career development on organizational commitment of employees PT. Donindo in Banjarmasin showed a quite well criteria and appropriate.
