Abstract

Agricultural development that have been conducted so far, on the one hand have managed to change the face of agriculture in Indonesia is no exception in the village Kemiren. The origin of the word itself Kemiren according to village elders, village Kemiren ago when first discovered, the village is still forested and there are lots of pecan trees and durian (durian) so that from then on, the area is called "The Village Kemiren". Kemiren village administratively included in Glagah District, Banyuwangi, East Java and historically geneologis-sociological still shows the socio-cultural system of life that has the power of traditional values ​​Osing so that when the leadership of Governor of East Java Basofi Sudirman, Kemiren village set into a tourist village Osing custom. Osing is one of the ethnic community in Banyuwangi and the surrounding area. Osing language and the context of discussion inlah kominkasi interpersonal provide language difference to farmers in the village this Kemiren. The formulation of the problem in this study is the culture of the people of Kemiren Village, Banyuwangi, the second is the role of communication in the language of the farmers of the Kemiren Village community. The research method used in this research is to use a qualitative descriptive approach. The results obtained in this study are how communication plays an important role in the formation of cultural characteristics of the people of Kemiren Village, the majority of whom work as farmers.

Abstract

Revitalization research on culture in Indonesia still uses the publication method on social media. This study aims to recall the culture that exists in several areas, especially Bondowoso Regency itself, as well as to produce products and increase the knowledge of the community, youth and students about indigenous culture in Bondowoso Regency. The research was conducted with field observations, interviews with related agencies, cultural centers, cultural experts in Bondowoso Regency, the results of which can later be disseminated to all communities, youth and students to better understand and know about the indigenous culture of Bondowoso Regency itself.

Abstract

This study aims to increase the activeness and achievement of the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) on social problems materials using a problem-based learning model in class XI Social 5 Sukabumi 4th Senior High School. Classroom action research was conduct in two cycles of action. Each cycle consists of several stages, there is planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. Cycle I discusses the factors that cause social problems and cycle II discusses the social problem theory. The research subjects of class XI Social 5 Sukabumi 4th Senior High School in the 2020/2021 academic year consisted of 32 students. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of observations, increase of the KKM achievement can be seen from the pretest and posttest activities done by students. The results obtained showed an increase in learning activeness in the cycle 1 by 89.9%, increasing to 91.2% in the cycle 2. The results obtained showed an increase in the KKM achievement results in Cycle I by 36% with B predicate, 64% with C predicate and there is no score that reached A predicate. It is different in cycle II there was able to obtain 13 % score with A predicate, 43% predicate B, and 43% the score with predicate C. The results of this study indicate that applying a problem-based learning model can increase activeness and the KKM achievement in sociology learning in class XI Social 5 Sukabumi 4th Senior High School in the 2020/2021 academic year

Abstract

Nightlife approaching Bandung city is a good time for commercial sex workers. Stasion became one that often came as a safe transaction for them because the comfort place for them. As for the life presented by these sex workers, this reflects the existence of backstage life and front stage. In this study using a qualitative approach to see how the dramaturgy performed on women sex workers. The presence of contradictions in the life of the backstage and the front stage of their lives does not affect on their religious life. In this research will represent the contradiction of their usual life and nightlife as commercial sex workers.

Abstract

One of the strategies of struggle to defend the independence of Indonesia is by forming an emergency Government of the Republic of Indonesia (PDRI). PDRI is a strategy of struggle by means of a transfer of power made by the Government of Indonesia Sjafruddin Prawiranegara to run the Government. Abstract

The conflict that was happened in a salt land had been taking place for many year ago and flipped again at july 2009. This matter was cocked by strunggle the land is a 1975 to the owner of the land. So, it cocked a conflict between two of side, it’s a happened between a salt farmer were united Al – Jihad Foundation. Based from the result of this research concluded that the conflict happened between salt farmer not only happened unilaterally but it’s happened too between salt farmer in Pinggir Papas then caused cracked a connection kindsip sosial between the farmers. The problem is cocked distribution a land done with no wise by the defending the land. Is solving the problem have been done the way mediation meeting which involved many out sider, but until yhis moment this is not. Find an agreement from the side of salt farmer.

Abstract

Learning that is carried out by students is using the cooperative learning model by making creative media to support the percentage of students in the classroom. Some students do not understand in making Audio Visual learning media, by using audio visual media it is expected that student learning motivation will arise. Quantitative descriptive method is used when it aims to describe or explain events or an incident that is happening at the present time in the form of meaningful numbers. With a number of subjects of 26 students. Interlationsship studies. Testing for normality uses the Kolmogorov-Smirnov analysis technique and for calculations using the SPSS 16.0 for Windows program. The data is said to be normally distributed if the significance value is greater than 0.05 at the significance level α = 0.05. The linearity results above indicate that the significance level is 0.588> 0.05; so that the two variables can be said to be linear. Based on the results of the hypothesis is the hypothesis in this study is "There is a positive and significant relationship between learning motivation and the making of audio-visual media by students in the subject of educational psychology. 4.243> 0.555) and a significance value of 0.000, which means less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). Based on these results, the first hypothesis in this study was not rejected. The results of the product moment correlation analysis showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between learning motivation and the making of audio-visual media by students in educational psychology subjects. there is a relationship between the making of Audio Visual media in the educational psychology course with student learning motivation in the educational psychology course.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the pattern of social relations between Madura, Dayak, China and Malay that can realize the values of social integration in IKIP PGRI Pontianak. This research was carried out using qualitative approach with phenomenological form or method, descriptive analysis and qualitative approach. The research subjects were Dayak, Madura, Malayu and Chinese ethnicities as well as non-ethnic colors from Dayak, Madura, Malay and Chinese. The location of this research is at the campus of IKIP PGRI Pontianak which is multiethnic for its students. Data collection techniques used in this research are observations, interviews, and documentation. Instruments or data collection tools include observation sheets, interview guidelines and docemntasi. Data management of the research results was carried out with interactive model analysis techniques from Miles and Huberman which include components: 1) Data collection, 2) data reduction, 3) data feed and 4) conclusion drawing (verification). Analysis is carried out continuously from the beginning of data collection until the verification process that takes place from the beginning of the research until the research is completed. The results of the study are 1) The fact of social relations between ethnic Dayak, Madura, Malay and China gave birth to solidarity between solidaritai groups can be in group (in the ethnic itself) or outside the ethnic group itself. The inter-ethnic mixing of Dayak, Madura, Malay and Chinese when they were in the lecture activities led to the loss of identity. Identity will be when they're not in college. 2) The integration found in dayak, Chinese, Malay and Madura ethnic culture wisdom is categorized into normative integration. Normative integration is a social bond that occurs because of a consensus on basic values and norms.3)The pattern of social relations between Dayak, China, Malay and Madura that is described above shows that an associative or positive pattern has been formed. The advice is 1. Other researchers: Limitations of the results of this study can be a study material for other researchers in West Kalimantan and in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of lesson study in enhancing collaboration among faculty members in a higher education setting, specifically within the Study Program at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP). A qualitative research method was employed, using in-depth interviews with five faculty members involved in lesson study activities. The findings indicate that lesson study provides a positive experience for faculty in sharing teaching ideas and practices, as well as increasing their engagement and motivation. Despite challenges such as time constraints and differing viewpoints, faculty reported significant changes in their teaching practices, such as improved responsiveness to student feedback and greater willingness to experiment with new methods. The study concludes that lesson study is an effective strategy for strengthening faculty collaboration and enhancing the quality of learning. Further support from the institution and additional training for faculty are needed to address existing challenges. Limitations of the study include the small sample size and specific context, which may limit the generalizability of the findings across all study programs.
