Abstract

This study is to analyze the effectiveness of green financing in sustainable financing for home industry players in Pematang Serai Village. Green financing is a financing scheme or lending to business actors that is environmentally friendly. Based on Government regulations to be able to receive financing with a green financing scheme. To achieve industrial, social and economic advantages to reduce the threat of global warming and prevent other environmental and social problems, the goal is to shift the goal to a competitive low-carbon economy, so that it can strategically promote environmental investment in various areas of business/economy. The research data is sourced from the results of interviews with industrial homes in Pematang Serai Village, Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra Province. as borrowers/customers of the Green Financing Program with the help of questionnaires so that the questions in the interview are more systematic. Sampling was carried out using proportionate random sampling technique. The data analysis used was: Descriptive Statistical Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the study explained that green credit partially did not have a significant effect on green finance in Pematang Serai Village, Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency, while green product innovation and green technology partially had a significant effect on green finance in Pematang Serai Village, Pematang Serai Village, Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency.

Abstract

Students with special needs need help understanding English vocabulary due to limited hearing and communication skills. Therefore, the proposer provides an alternative solution to improve learning through e-flipbooks based on local wisdom. The purpose of this study is to (1) Describe the mapping of the needs of students with disabilities regarding English learning materials for students with disabilities at Sahid University Surakarta and (2) Describe the development of e-flipbooks based on local wisdom for teaching English vocabulary to students with disabilities at Sahid University Surakarta. This model development research begins with a need analysis mapping the needs of students with disabilities in learning English, especially regarding vocabulary. Furthermore, the 4D development model (define, design, develop and disseminate). With the convenience of e-flipbook teaching media based on local wisdom, learners with disabilities can use this teaching media to understand English vocabulary more quickly.

Abstract

In the retail industry, employees are considered the backbone of operations because they play a role in running the store's daily operations. However, many retail store employees experience discomfort while working and some of them even have the intention to leave their jobs. To reduce turnover intention, managers or company leaders must pay attention to factors that influence it, such as Workload, Work Stress, and Work Environment. This research seeks to examine The Effect of Workload, Work Stress, and Work Environment on Turnover Intention (Study on employees of Retail Stores). The study employed a quantitative method, utilizing Smart PLS version 4.0. Data was gathered through questionnaires, which were tested for validity and reliability (outer model). Subsequently, the structural model (inner model) was evaluated, which involved calculating the coefficient of determination (R²) and testing the hypotheses. The results indicated that workload and work stress had a significant impact on turnover intention, whereas the work environment did not significantly influence employee turnover intention.

Abstract

This study's goal is to determine and investigate the effects that corporate culture, work communication, and teamwork have on employees' performance. The research was done at the Rocket Chicken location in West Semarang. 88 respondents who worked in Rocket Chicken's service department made up the study's sample population, and they were chosen using the census method. The technique used to collect statistical information for this study was a questionnaire. Among the methods tolerant of to analyze the data in the interim are validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests, T tests, F tests, and determination coefficient tests (R2) with the SPSS 29 application. Abstract

To minimize or eliminate workplace hazards that could lead to accidents, implementing effective risk management is essential whose activities focus on the process of systematic scientific identification, evaluation, and prioritization of risks. This research seeks to identify potential hazards and propose solutions to reduce them at PT PNM Solo Branch. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through observation and interviews with 3 resource persons, namely 1 Head of Account Officer division and 2 workers in Account Officer division at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) Solo Branch. Data analysis was carried out the research utilized the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRARC) method alongside Job Safety Analysis (JSA). The findings revealed that within the three types of tasks performed by the Account Officer division, encompassing 11 activities, 29 occupational accident risks were identified that could occur with 4 potentials categorized into the Extremely level and 1 potential in the medium category. The solutions provided are in the form of implementing the use of PPE, checking vehicle engines optimally, making work SOPs, and also better structuring the workspace.

Abstract

Sustainable tourism management in North Toraja Regency based on Green tourism has become a priority to support inclusive local economic growth and maintain environmental and cultural sustainability. This study explores how sustainable tourism practices affect local income, job creation, and economic collaboration in North Toraja. Using qualitative and quantitative approaches, this study collected data from stakeholders such as government officials, tourism business actors, and tourists to understand the impact of sustainable tourism management. The results of the study indicate that sustainable tourism is able to increase local income through increased tourist spending in various tourism sectors. In addition, sustainable tourism also contributes to job creation and strengthens local economic cooperation. However, there are challenges that need to be addressed, such as infrastructure capacity and waste management. This study proposes steps to overcome these challenges and strengthen sustainable tourism in North Toraja to ensure sustainable and inclusive economic growth.

that the forger obtains profit. In the public realm, accounting fraud tendency can be detected by fraud in the State Budget. Furthermore, in the period 2015-2022, 851 cases of village fund corruption were recorded which were obtained from the village budget with various modes of corruption including budget misuse practices, embezzlement of fictitious reports, budget inflation and misuse of social assistance funds for personal gain. This study aims to test and provide empirical evidence of the influence of internal control, organizational ethical culture and compensation on accounting fraud tendency. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to village officials with certain criteria. This study uses a quantitative approach, with multiple regression analysis techniques through the SPSS program. The results of the study show that the variables of internal control, organizational ethical culture, and compensation have a negative effect on accounting fraud tendency. Abstract

This study, titled "The Influence of Motivation on Employee Performance Through Employee Competence at Puskesmas in Surabaya," aims to analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance while considering the role of employee competence as a mediating variable. The research employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to examine the causal relationships between motivation, competence, and employee performance across five Puskesmas in Surabaya. Data were collected through a survey involving 163 employees, utilizing a questionnaire consisting of 54 questions related to motivation, competence, and performance. The analysis results indicate that work motivation has a positive but statistically insignificant direct effect on employee performance, with a path coefficient of 0.162 (p < 0.05). This suggests that while work motivation may have a beneficial impact, other factors might also play a significant role in determining employee performance. Furthermore, work motivation was found to have a significant positive influence on employee competence, with a path coefficient of 0.571 (p < 0.05). In turn, employee competence significantly positively affects employee performance, with a path coefficient of 0.560 (p < 0.05). Additionally, work motivation indirectly influences employee performance through competence, with a path coefficient of 0.320 (p < 0.05). This study concludes that enhancing employee motivation and competence will positively impact employee performance at Puskesmas. The implications of these findings are expected to provide recommendations for Puskesmas management in designing effective employee development strategies and contribute to the literature on human resource management in the healthcare sector.

Abstract

Transfer Pricing is the company's policy in determining the transfer price of a transaction, be it goods, services, intangible assets, or financial transactions carried out by the company between parties who have a special relationship. This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of taxes, tunneling and exchange rates on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, which was obtained by 19 companies. From the sample, observation data for five years was 95. The analysis method used is logistic regression analysis. The results of the study provide empirical evidence that the results of the study show that taxes, tunneling and exchange rates have no effect on the company's decision to transfer pricing Keywords : tax, tunneling, exchange rate, transfer pricing

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Indonesia dengan menggunakan data variabel-variabel UMKM, inklusi keuangan dan pengangguran. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis variabel UMKM, Inklusi keuangan terhadap pengurangan angka pengangguran di Indonesia. Variabel UMKM melalui variabel penyerapan tenaga kerja UMKM, jumlah UMKM, investasi UMKM, dan pendapatan UMKM. Jumlah data yang digunakan sebanyak 12 tahun dari tahun 2011 sampai tahun 2022. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui studi dokumentasi yaitu mengumpulkan dan mengolah data dari informasi terdahulu yang berhubungan dengan masalah yang diteliti. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif yang bersumber dari data sekunder secara time series yang berasal dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), World Bank, Kementrian Koperasi, dan UMKM. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda serta menggunakan pengolahan data aplikasi SPSS. Penelitian ini diaharapkan akan mampu memberikan sumbangsih ilmu tentang pola keterkaitan UMKM, inklusi keuangan dan pengangguran di masa covid-19. Hasil Penelitian Regresi Linier Berganda menunjukkan Secara Parsial dan Simultan Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja UMKM, Jumlah UMKM, Investasi UMKM, Pendapatan UMKM dan Inklusi Keuangan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Angka Pengangguran pada masa Covid-19 di Indonesia.
