Marketing is an effort to meet consumer needs through creating products and/or services which are then enjoyed or purchased by those who need them through an exchange process that must be fulfilled by a company in order to be successful in achieving the goal of creating consumers and retaining customers. There is a problem formulation, namely what is the quality of the product, what is the purchasing decision and how much influence does product quality have on purchasing decisions. The aim of this research is to find out the formulation of the problem, this research method is quantitative with the population, namely consumers at the penyet mugo mulyo chicken restaurant, with a sample of 60 respondents. With a sampling technique using a quota sampling technique. The results of the research were that the positive influence was very strong, obtaining an r value of 0.836 and providing a contribution of 69.9%. on product quality on purchasing decisions.

This study aimed to assess the partial or simultaneous influence of work discipline, motivation, and benefits on employee performance at the Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi of Musi Banyuasin Regency. Using the census approach, the population involved in this study was comprised of 42 Civil Servants from the Office of Manpower and Transmigration in Musi Banyuasin Regency. The data source utilized is primary data acquired via questionnaires distributed to employees. Using the path coefficient data from the Smart PLS 3 program, the validity test, the reliability test, the goodness of fit test, and the hypothesis test are utilized as the analytical approach. The results indicate that work discipline, motivation, and compensation have a positive and statistically significant effect on employee performance, therefore all hypotheses can be accepted.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between physical work environment and non-physical work environment with employee performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Banyuasin Regency Government. This research method uses a quantitative approach through observation and questionnaires, with primary and secondary data sources. The total population of employees at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Banyuasin Regency Government is 90 people. The sampling technique used is the NonProbability sampling technique with the saturated sample method. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis through the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) version 29 tool. Various statistical tests were applied in this study, including validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, partial test, simultaneous test, and coefficient of determination test. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of finger print attendance and motivation on employee performance directly or indirectly with work discipline as a mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of the Banyuasin Regency Government which is located at Jl.A. Rachman Tamim No.14 South Sumatra Hall Base. The population used in this research was all BPKAD employees, totaling 90 people. The sampling technique uses the sample census method by using all members of the population as samples. There are two sources of data used in this research, namely primary and secondary data. The techniques used in collecting data for this research were observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires. The measurement variables in this study use a Likert scale. In this study the data analysis method used is path analysis (Path Analysis) using the Structural Equestion Model (SEM) application version 3.0. Overall, the seven hypotheses proposed in this study were accepted. The results of this study indicate that finger print absence, motivation, and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on good employee performance and work discipline plays a role in mediating the effect of finger print absence and motivation on employee performance where the value obtained is less than 0.05.

Dalam melihat kinerja perusahaan, baik pihak internal maupun eksternal dapat melihat seberapa baik perusahaan telah mencapai tujuannya. Tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (CSR) dan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik (GCG) tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kesuksesan bisnis ini. Mempelajari dampak GCG dan CSR pada perusahaan Indonesia adalah tujuan dari penelitian ini. Studi ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode tinjauan pustaka atau tinjauan literatur. Peneliti menemukan 12 artikel jurnal peer-review dalam kurun waktu 3 tahun (2019-2021) yang sesuai dengan topik penelitian dan kemudian dijelaskan secara deskriptif analitis secara komprehensif. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa GCG dan CSR memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap nilai kinerja bisnis di 90% dari semua studi ilmiah. Ketika digunakan sebagai proksi untuk variabel lain atau sebagai variabel dependen, temuan peneliti menunjukkan bahwa GCG dan CSR dapat meningkatkan kinerja Perusahaan. Abstract Job satisfaction has an important role in the company. If employees feel satisfied then all aspects of the company's targets can develop and can easily be achieved. There are several factors that can influence Employee Job Satisfaction, including the Transformational Leadership aspect which is an external aspect and the Employee Commitment aspect which is an internal aspect. This research aims to analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership and Commitment on Employee Job Satisfaction. Different from previous studies, this research adds work environment variables which researchers believe can strengthen the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Commitment to Employee Job Satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research with an exploratory approach. The research results show that each variable of Transformational Leadership and Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Running side by side with the researchers' assumptions, the Work Environment variable can moderate the influence of each of the Transformational Leadership and Commitment variables on Job Satisfaction. Abstract Kinerja Karyawan merupakan faktor paling penting bagi kemajuan suatu perusahaan. Terdapat sejumlah faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan. Faktor-faktor tersebut meliputi faktor Kepmimpinan, Budaya Organisasi dalam perusahaan, dan faktor Komitmen yang wajib ada dalam diri karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini, bertujuan untuk menganlisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Spirtual dan OCB terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksplanatori. Berbeda dengan penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya, penelitian ini menambahkan variabel Komitmen sebagai variabel moderasi yang penelitia yaknini dapat meperkuat pengaruh variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan Spirtual dan OCB terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data ssekunder yang didapatkan melalui kuisioner terhadap 250 karyawan Bank BSI yang tersebar di seluruh penjuru pulau Jawa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, masing-masing variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan Spirtual dan OCB memiliki arah hubungan positif dan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadp variabel Kinerja Karyawan, serta variabel Komitmen dapat memoderasi pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Spirtual dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Lelang adalah penjualan barang yang terbuka untuk umum dengan penawaran harga secara tertulis dan/atau lisan yang semakin meningkat atau menurun untuk mencapai harga tertinggi, yang didahului dengan Pengumuman Lelang. Sebelum menyerahkan lelang tersebut ke KPKNL, PT Balai Lelang Sukses Mandiri (Balesman) Medan terlebih dahulu melakukan berbagai tahap persiapan sampai penetapan harga limit yang harus mengikuti standar prosedur yang dimiliki oleh lembaga keuangan syariah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode penelitian lapangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mekanisme penyelesaian pembiayaan bermasalah di PT Balai Lelang Sukses Mandiri (Balesman) Medan dan untuk mengetahui mekanisme penentuan harga lelang terhadap barang jaminan pembiayaan bermasalah di PT Balai Lelang Sukses Mandiri (Balesman) Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif- deskriptif, dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Adapun analisisa data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Adapun kesimpulan dari penelitian ini; 1) mekanisme penyelesaian pembiayaan bermasalah di PT Balai Lelang Sukses Mandiri (Balesman) Medanyaitu dengan kesabaran, melakukan pendekatan kekeluargaan, dan tidak menekan nasabah. 2) mekanisme penentuan harga lelang terhadap barang jaminan pembiayaan bermasalah di PT Balai Lelang Sukses Mandiri (Balesman) Medan ialah dengan melihat harga pasar setempat (HPS).

This study aims to examine the effect of the audit committee, investment opportunity set on earnings quality with capital structure as a moderating variable. This type of research is associative quantitative. This research was conducted using secondary data in the form of company financial reports. This study uses a population of Basic Materials Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2017-2021 through its official website www.idx.co.id. Based on purposive sampling, the samples obtained were 29 companies from 95 basic materials companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021 so that the total sample during the study period was 145 companies. Data processing analysis techniques use the help of the eviews ver-12 application. The data analysis used in this research is panel data regression analysis. Based on the statistical results that have been carried out, it shows that the audit committee has no effect on earnings quality, the investment opportunity set has a negative effect on earnings quality, capital structure cannot moderate the relationship between audit committees and earnings quality and capital structure cannot moderate the investment opportunity set relationship with earnings quality.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Techno-Stressors on work life balance, the effect of Techno-Stressors on work life balance through Self-efficacy as a moderating variable and the effect of Emotional Exhaustion is able to mediate Self-efficacy which moderates the effect of Techno-Stressors on Work life balance of Employees on Digital Transformation PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Sewakadarma. This type of research is explanatory quantitative. The research subjects were employees of PERUMDA Tirta Sewakadarma Drinking Water in Denpasar City consisting of technical experts and administrative and financial experts who experienced pre- and post-digital transformation. The population is all employees of PERUMDA Tirta Sewakadarma Drinking Water, totaling 312 people. The research sample amounted to 100 people after rounding. Data collection methods are interviews and questionnaires. This study uses Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis. The results show that Techno-Stressors have a significant effect on work life balance, Self-efficacy has no effect in moderating Techno-Stressors on work life balance, and Emotional Exhaustion has a significant effect in mediating the effect of Techno-Stressors on employee work life balance on digital transformation at PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Sewakadarma.
