The implementation of the Qanun on Sharia Financial Institutions in Aceh Province has resulted in the exit of conventional financial institutions which is expected to be a big opportunity for the sharia insurance industry in Aceh province. This research uses quantitative analysis and data collection methods using questionnaires on ASN in Aceh Province and the data is analyzed using Smart PLS. The research results show that Islamic Financial Literacy has a positive effect on Attitudes towards Sharia Insurance, Perceived Benefits has a positive effect on Attitudes towards Sharia Insurance, Perceived Behavioral Control has a positive effect on Attitudes towards Sharia Insurance, Attitudes towards Sharia Insurance have a positive effect on Intention to Purchase Sharia Insurance, and Islamic Financial Literacy, perceived benefits, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control have a significant positive relationship with Intention to Purchase Sharia Insurance, mediated by attitudes towards sharia insurance.

Desakralisasi politik dihubungkan dengan desakrsisasi agama dalam realitas sosial yang kemudian ditiadakan karena tidak dapat memberikan argumen rasional untuk mencari solusi atas masalah kehidupan manusia. Desakralisasi politik tidak mencirikan tirani dan demokrasi menjadi sama, dan tidak berfungsi sebagai penguatan basis kekuasaan dan menjaga kesinambungan identitas kolektif. Gejala yang berbanding terbalik ini ditandai dengan munculnya penampakan politik (political appearance) yang menyerupai agama, atau dapat disebut dengan politisasi agama. Populisme dapat mengambil berbagai bentuk seperti gerakan politik yang menggunakan agama sebagai pembenaran untuk mewujudkan cita-cita politiknya. Pandangan hidup Barat modern yang kemudian menjadi program filsafat, menghasilkan faham sekularisme yang sudah tentu merupakan produk dari tradisi intelektual dan kultural Barat yang mengartikan berkembangnyan sains, akan sangat memiliki ketergantungan dengan pandangan manusia terhadap dunia ini dikosongkan dari kepercayaan terhadap kekuatan supernaturanl yang menjaga dunia ini. Doktrin ini memojokkan agama menjadi urusan individu yang tidak lagi boleh masuk dalam rungan publik. Makalah ini menggambarkan problem desakralisasi politik Barat dan sakralisasi politik yang ada di dalam Islam dengan menggambarkan konsep politik dari tokoh-tokoh Islam dan konsep Islamisasi al-Attas sebagai upaya untuk mengkritik desakralisasi politik, serta mengintegrasikan konsep-konsep sakralisasi politik yang ada di Barat dengan Islam

This research is motivated by the importance of company value as an illustration of public trust in the company. This research aims to determine the effect of tax aggressiveness on company value in manufacturing companies on the BEI from 2018 to 2022 and how transparency acts as a moderation on company value in manufacturing companies on the BEI from 2018 to 2022. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The population of this research is manufacturing companies on the IDX from 2018 to 2022 with a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The data used is secondary data. The data analysis technique used is Moderated Analysis Regression (MRA) using SPSS 26 software. The results of this research show that 1) Tax aggressiveness has a positive and significant effect on company value in manufacturing companies on the BEI from 2018 to 2022, and 2) Transparency is able to moderate the effect tax aggressiveness on company value in manufacturing companies on the IDX from 2018 to 2022. This suggests that if manufacturing companies want to increase company value, then the company should increase tax aggressiveness and transparency.

This research is motivated by the importance of product sales to increase revenue, create profits and support company growth. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the increase in product sales through digital marketing and brand awareness in the digital era. The research design used in this research is descriptive quantitative with a survey method, collecting research data using a questionnaire. The population in this study is the Indonesian population who fall into the age category of generation Z and the millennial generation who use Uniqlo products. The sample in this study was 100 people. The instruments used have been tested for validity and reliability. The collected data was tested using the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression test. The results of this research show that 1) Digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on product sales in the digital era, 2) Brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on product sales in the digital era, and 3) Digital marketing and brand awareness have a positive and significant effect on product sales in the digital era. The findings of this research suggest that if a company wants to increase product sales, the company must also increase digital marketing and brand awareness.

This research is motivated by the importance of improving employee performance. This research aims to determine and analyze the mediating effect of motivation on the influence of learning organizations on employee performance in the VUCA era. This research method is a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of state-owned banks in Indonesia. The sample in this research was 100 employees with purpose sampling. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires using Google Form. The instruments used have been tested for validity and reliability. The collected data was analyzed using the classic assumption test and path test to see the influence and the Sobel test to see which variables were successful as mediators. The results of this research show that 1) Learning organizations influence Employee Performance in the Vuca Era and 2) Motivation mediates the influence of learning organizations on Employee Performance in the Vuca Era. The results of this research indicate that if companies want to improve employee performance, they must also improve organizational learning and employee motivation.

This study aims to find out empirically and analyze the influence of relationship-oriented leadership behavior and HR management on work ethic through Employee Retention at the Department of Transportation, Sukoharjo Regency. The population in this study were 75 employees at the Department of Transportation in Sukoharjo Regency. The sample method was a census with a sample size of 75 respondents. The analysis technique used is to use the path analysis test, t test, F test, test the coefficient of determination and correlation analysis. The results of the hypothesis test show that relationship-oriented leadership behavior has a positive and significant effect on retention. HR management has a positive and significant effect on retention. Relationship-oriented leadership behavior has a negative and insignificant effect on work ethic. HR management has a positive and significant effect on work ethics. Retention has a positive and significant effect on work ethic. The results of the F test together with relationship-oriented leadership behavior variables, HR management and retention have a significant effect on work ethic. The results of the calculation of the total R2 value of 0.815 can be interpreted as variations in the work ethic of employees at the Sukoharjo Regency Transportation Service explained by the relationship-oriented leadership behavior variables, HR management and retention of 81.5% and the remaining 18.5% explained by other variables outside the research model as examples of abilities work and communication. Conclusion Direct and Indirect Influence illustrates that the direct path of HR management on work ethic is the dominant or effective path to improve work ethic.

This study aims to analyze the effect of E-peken on the development of MSMEs, explain its impact on Less Cash Society, and test how E-peken affects MSMEs towards Less Cash Society. The method is quantitative research with the use of Likert scale in the questionnaire. Data was obtained from online shopping consumers through E-peken in MSMEs in Genteng Subdistrict, Surabaya City, with a sample of 30. Data analysis used the component-based SEM method with PLS as an analytical tool. The results of the analysis show that the application of E-peken is proven to have a significant positive effect on MSME Development, with a t-statistic value that exceeds the t-table value and a p-value that is smaller than the significance level α = 0.05, indicating that the higher the application of E-peken, the higher the development of MSMEs. Secondly, the reputation of E-peken is also shown to have a significant positive effect on Less Cash Society, characterized by a t-statistic value that far exceeds the t-table and a very low p-value, confirming that a good reputation of E-peken encourages higher adoption of the Less Cash Society concept by employees. In addition, the R-Square evaluation confirms that the E-peken variable substantially explains the variation in MSME Development (59.0%) and Less Cash Society (46.8%), emphasizing the crucial role of E-peken in promoting MSME growth and reducing the use of cash in society.

This research aims to (1) find out how the cultural identity displayed by the East Java culture and tourism department as East Java tourism branding in the Instagram content @disbudparjatimprov; and (2) determine the effectiveness of the East Java culture and tourism agency's tourism branding by highlighting East Java's cultural identity. This research is qualitative-descriptive research. The primary data source used in this research is East Java Disbudpar Instagram content. The data analysis technique in this research uses the Miles and Huberman perspective in the form of data presentation, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that (1) Cultural identity as East Java tourism branding in Instagram @disbudparjatimprov content contains dimensions of entertainment, interaction, trends and customization; and (2) East Java Disbudpar takes advantage of tourism promotion opportunities through social media along with the advantages of the Instagram platform which is easy, global and interactive, being an effective and cheap way compared to promoting tourism through other media.

Kinerja karyawan merupakan hasil kerja yang dicapai seseorang ketika menyelesaikan tugas yang dilimpahkan kepadanya dan bergantung pada keterampilan, pengalaman, keseriusan, dan waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh etika kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai moderasi. Analisis saat ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metodologi pengumpulan data yang digunakan melibatkan pengiriman kuesioner yang telah menerima sekitar 160 tanggapan responden. Dalam penelitian ini, partisipan yang paling umum adalah pekerja di kantor yang tersebar di Indonesia, dan metode analisisnya menggunakan software Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa etika kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kepuasan kerja sebagai moderasi mampu memoderasi etika kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kinerja dan kualitas sumber daya manusia suatu organisasi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap efektivitas dan keberhasilannya. Kemampuan untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan di tempat kerja yang Islami membantu menumbuhkan suasana kerja yang positif di mana para pemimpin dan karyawan dapat merasa aman dan bersenang-senang, yang memotivasi staf untuk melakukan pekerjaan mereka dengan serius. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan islami terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan lingkungan kerja islami sebagai moderasi pada karyawan Lembaga Amil Zakat dengan sampel sebanyak 155 responden, dengan metode analisis software Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian ini telah menemukan bahwa kepemimpinan islami berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan lingkungan kerja islami mampu memoderasi kepemimpinan islami terhadap kinerja karyawan.
