Abstract

Abstract The Tiktok Shop problem is getting hotter day by day. One side believes that Tiktok Shop can be a vehicle for MSMEs to expand their network and increase their market share. However, on the other hand, Tiktok Shop is actually considered a threat and challenge for MSMEs to develop their business because Tiktok Shop is different from other e-commerce, especially regarding the presence of foreign products, procedures that are not carried out well, and it is suspected that Tiktok also acts as a seller so that Tiktok Shop is too overpowered and has a big potential to kill MSME businesses. Moreover, MSMEs are the cornerstone of the Indonesian economy. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the existence of the Tiktok Shop for MSMEs, whether it is an opportunity or a threat. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This research uses secondary data obtained by researchers from scientific journals, books, credible websites and other reliable sources. The analysis technique in this research uses observation analysis techniques, data collection, data selection, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the existence of Tiktpk Shop for MSMEs is more of a threat than an opportunity. Keywords : Tiktok Shop, MSMEs, Challenges, Oportunity.

Abstract

Dalam keberhasilan suatu perusahaan, kepemimpinan merupakan salah satu unsur yang mempengaruhi dan membantu orang lain untuk bekerja dan bersemangat dalam mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Sumber daya manusia suatu perusahaan atau organisasi merupakan komponen yang krusial. Setiap organisasi publik dan komersial harus beroperasi lebih cepat, sukses, dan efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya kerja, dan kinerja karyawan. Analisis saat ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metodologi pengumpulan data yang digunakan melibatkan pengiriman kuesioner yang telah menerima sekitar 150 tanggapan responden. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pekerja di kantor yang tersebar di Indonesia, dan metode analisisnya menggunakan software Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan tranformasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan budaya kerja. Budaya kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Abstract

Kinerja merupakan hasil kerja yang dicapai seseorang ketika menyelesaikan tugas yang dilimpahkan kepadanya dan bergantung pada keterampilan, pengalaman, keseriusan, dan waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Analisis saat ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metodologi pengumpulan data yang digunakan melibatkan pengiriman kuesioner yang telah menerima sekitar 160 tanggapan responden. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pekerja di kantor yang tersebar di Indonesia, dan metode analisisnya menggunakan software Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian telah menemukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of Job Stress and Satisfaction on Turnover Intention mediated by Organizational Commitment at the Pekalongan Post Office. This research was conducted at PT Pos Indonesia Pekalongan Branch. The number of respondents taken was 100 employees. Data analysis uses SmartPLS to test the validity, reliability and test the research hypothesis. The results of the study show that work stress has a significantly positive effect on Turnover Intention and a negative effect on Organizational Commitment. Job Satisfaction has no effect on Turnover Intention and has a positive effect on Organizational Commitment. Organizational Commitment has no effect on Turnover Intention. The results of path analysis testing on the indirect effect of both job stress and job satisfaction on switching intentions through organizational commitment did not show a significant relationship. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to examine the Implementation of Green Accounting Corporate Social Responsibility on Company Profitability Scores in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. This research is quantitative with an associative approach. Quantitative quantitative research is considered scientific because it follows systematic, concrete, objective, measurable and rational scientific principles. The data used in this research is secondary data using library data collection techniques obtained from the official website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange. All data obtained was analyzed using the SPSS analysis tool. The results of this research show that there is an influence of GA on company value at a significance level of 0.000. 1) The influence of CSR on company value at the 0.000 significance level. 2) GA affects company profitability at a significance level of 0.029. 3) CSR affects company profitability at a significance level of 0.072. 4) Profitability has a significant influence on company value at the 0.000 significance level. 5) The existence of profitability mediates the influence of GA on company value at a significance level of Z 2.322. 6) Profitability does not mediate the effect of CSR on company value at a significance level of Z 1.743. Abstract

Abstract The Full Day School policy is aimed at increasing student knowledge and character formation. However, in its implementation the policy has the potential to violate Human Rights and Islamic Law. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the Full Day School Activities Policy from a Human Rights perspective, especially regarding the part of social and cultural rights, namely the right to receive adequate and quality education and from an Islamic Law perspective, especially regarding one of Al-Maslahah Al- Khamsah is Hifz l-Nasl (Guarding the Offspring). This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach, namely describing the Full Day School Policy from the perspective of Human Rights and Islamic Law. The data used in this research is secondary data collected using the library research method. The data collected was analyzed using the stages of observation, data selection, most appropriate reduction, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the Full Day School policy can be in line with and hinder the implementation of human rights principles, especially regarding the right to receive good and quality education. This policy can also be in line with Al-Maslahah Al-Khamsah in special Islamic law regarding hfiz al-nasl (protecting offspring) provided that the policy is effective and able to provide knowledge for students, as well as shape student character. On the other hand, this policy can become an obstacle if it is not effective and is in vain. Keywords : Full Day School Activities, Human Right, Islamic Religion.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) based on Environmental Awareness, Environmental Involvement, Environmental Reporting, and Environmental Audit at the Tri Susanti Chicken Slaughterhouse (RPA). This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive nature. The approach uses primary data sources obtained directly from observations and interviews as well as secondary data in the form of financial report documents. The results of the research conducted show that the implementation of CSR in RPA Tri Susanti has not been fully implemented, but several aspects of the implementation stage have been carried out. Environmental reporting in RPA Tri Susanti is still carried out by presenting environmental costs as expenses outside the business and reducing company profits in the Profit and Loss Report. In this research, researchers have made improvements to the financial reports related to recording CSR costs in the Tri Susanti RPA. With improvements in recording financial reports, business actors feel helped because they can be used to improve the implementation of green accounting based on Environmental Awareness, Environmental Involvement, Environmental Reporting and Environmental Audit in order to create sustainable businesses that are friendly to the environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of technological development in employee performance at PT BPR Ceper in Klaten. Analyzing the influence of compensation in employee performance at PT BPR Ceper in Klaten. Analyzing the influence of skills in employee performance at PT BPR Ceper in Klaten. The population of this research is employees of PT BPR Ceper Klaten while the sample was 35 respondents using random sampling technique. Meanwhile, multiple linear regression analysis tools, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. Based on the results, it is known that technological developments, compensation and skills effect on employee performance are significant. Thus it can be stated that the first, second and third hypotheses have been proven correct.

Abstract

Abstract Digital Literacy is an important instrument to strengthen customer strength to avoid risky credit behavior. Apart from Digital Literacy, Financial Self Efficacy is also an important instrument to avoid this. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the influence of digital literacy and financial self-efficacy on risky credit behavior. This research is quantitative research with an explantory approach, namely research that uses previous research as a stepping stone for finding new findings. The data used in this research uses primary data collected using the 1-5 questionnaire method which contains agree, strongly agree, disagree and strongly disagree. The data used was analyzed via PLS 3.0. The research results show that the Digital Literacy and Financial Self Efficacy variables each have a positive relationship and a significant influence on Risky Credit Behavior. As Digital Literacy improves and Confidence in managing finances increases, it will further strengthen the potential of employees to avoid Risky Credit Behavior.. Abstract

This study aims to find out the following: (1) To find out the income of Emping Melinjo Small and Medium Enterprise workers in Kohala Village, Benteng District, Selayar Regency, (2) To find out how the impact of Islamic welfare of workers on family income in Emping Melinjo Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Kohala Village, Benteng District, Selayar Regency, (3) To find out how the implementation of wages (Al-Ujrah) according to the perspective of Islamic economics. This research shows that with the existence of Small and Medium Enterprises emping melinjo, workers can help the family economy and have a positive impact that can be felt from some communities even though there are some of them who do not get their rights precisely as discussed in the Islamic economic perspective about the obligation to pay wages (Al-Ujrah) workers before their sweat is dry, but when viewed from the welfare of the community, This business cannot be fully said to be prosperous because the income earned by workers is still below the standard of the Provincial Minimum Wage (Al-Ujrah) (UMP).
