Abstract

This study aims to test and prove the influence of community participation variables, the competence of village assistants, the competence of village officials, the quality of supervision of village consultative bodies and the commitment of local governments to the successful management of village funds in Kaur Tengah District, Kaur Regency. This research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling (saturated sampling) and the type of data in this study is primary data. The sample in this study were all village governments (Village Head (Kades), Village Secretary (Sekdes), Village Treasurer, Head of Affairs (Kaur), Section Head (Kasi)) as many as 96 people. The data collection technique used in this study was through distributing questionnaires to respondents. Technical analysis and hypothesis testing using Partial Least Square (PLS) tools using SmartPLS 4.0 application software. The results of this study indicate that community participation, the competence of village assistants, the competence of village officials have a positive and significant effect on the successful management of village funds, and the quality of supervision of village councils and local government commitment have no effect on the successful management of village funds.

Abstract

This study was proposed to determine how much influence the liquidity ratio, sales growth and activity have on profitability in automotive sub-sector companies. This study uses secondary data, the financial data of automotive companies listed on the IDX for the period 2018 – 2022. The sample technique uses purposive sampling and the analytical tool technique uses simple linear and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that liquidity ratio, sales growth ratio and activity ratio partially have effect on profit. The Liquidity ratio, sales growth ratio and activity ratio simultaneously also have effect on profit growth. The variables show effect on profit, with an Adjusted R2 value of 0.0596 (59.6%), which means that the variables, Current Ratio, sales growth and Inventory Turnover, have effect on profit 59.6 % while the remaining 40.4% is explained by other variables beyond this. Partially the quality of the liquidity ratio, sales growth and activities have effect on profit.

Abstract

Abstract Employee performance is the most important thing that must be achieved immediately by a company because by having good employee performance, all the company's visions and targets can be achieved easily. There are a number of factors that can influence employee performance. However, what researchers believe can influence significantly are the variables Organizational Commitment and Work Ethics as internal factors and Compensation as an external factor. This research is quantitative research with an explantory approach using primary data and questionnaire methods in data collection. The collected data was analyzed with smart PLS 3.0 software. The research results show that the Organizational Commitment variable, Work Ethics variable, and Compensation variable, each variable has a positive relationship and a significant influence on the Employee Performance variable because the P-Values value is below the level of significance and leads to positive direction Keywords: Organizational Cmmitment, Work Ethic, Compensastion, Employee Peformance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate three factors: the effect of e-commerce, self-efficacy, and accounting information systems on the decision to pursue entrepreneurship. This research uses an associative quantitative approach. The population in this study were active students of the accounting study program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Bengkulu University. This research uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires. Using purposive sampling technique, this study involved active students majoring in accounting semesters 5 and 7 who took accounting information systems and entrepreneurship classes. Based on statistical tests conducted, the results showed that e-commerce and self-efficacy affect student entrepreneurship decisions, while accounting information systems have no effect on student entrepreneurship decisions. This research is expected to help students in making entrepreneurial decisions. In this way, they continue to develop their personal skills and accounting knowledge until they become successful entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Abstract The policy idea of increasing the number of superior schools in 3T areas has the good aim of equalizing education and creating golden generations in the future. However, this idea has a number of threats and challenges that must be faced, including the amount of the budget, the readiness of teaching staff, and the readiness of the local community. If these threats and challenges are not faced properly, it will create an unsustainable project. This research aims to analyze these policy ideas. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach that uses secondary data obtained from books, trusted websites, and indexed scientific articles. Abstract

This study set out to examine the beneficial effects of customer satisfaction, brand trust, and good brand. image on repurchase intention. The survey approach that was employed to examine the study's findings. A questionnaire instrument was used to carry out the data collection technique. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The target population of the study is all buyers of Starbucks Coffee products who have made at least two purchases. The sample size was determined as many as 250 samples. The data analysis technique uses the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach from the SmartPLS program. The results showed that brand image and brand trust have a positive influence on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, brand image and brand trust have a positive influence on repurchase intention. Finally, customer satisfaction has a positive influence on repurchase intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyse the positive influence of green brand image, green brand attitude, and green brand trust on green repurchase intention. The survey method was implemented in this study. Questionnaires were used to collect data. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling. The sample size was 214 samples. Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) statistical tool was applied for data analysis. The results showed that green brand image has a positive effect on green repurchase intention. Then, green brand attitude has a positive effect on green repurchase intention. Finally green brand trust has a positive effect on green repurchase intention.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine and analyze the philosophical study of the transdisciplinary scientific approach at IAIN Kendari, the form of implementation of the tridharma of transdisciplinary-based higher education at IAIN Kendari in education and teaching, research and community service. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Collecting research data through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show 1) IAIN Kendari's transdisciplinary scientific philosophical studies have a very strong ontological, epistemological and axiological basis, becoming Smart Bee as a philosophical description of its science. In his study, Smart Bee means that lecturers are smart bees who try to make students into smart campus bees. However, on a large scale, the academic community still has different perceptions regarding transdisciplinary studies which is the vision of IAIN Kendari, 2). The IAIN Kendari academic community does not yet have a common perception and understanding of the transdisciplinary approach to the tridharma of education and teaching, especially in relation to the KKNI and MBKM-based transdisciplinary curriculum model. Especially the study materials and paradigms used in the study program curriculum, study material for courses in the study program, learning carried out by lecturers to apply transdisciplinarity in lecture classes including student assignments given by lecturers have fulfilled the transdisciplinary approach, 3). That in conducting research, the transdisciplinary approach as a study paradigm on research topics and studies, for both lecturers and students, is still very difficult to implement. This can be seen from searching documents for lecturers' research reports and scientific papers in published journals. It is recommended that there is a need for a guidebook on the Concept and Implementation of the Transdisciplinary Approach established at the Institute to serve as a guideline in implementing this approach for the entire IAIN Kendari academic community and the formation of a scientific consortium that can elaborate the transdisciplinary approach in various scientific studies, research and community service both as formal objects or material objects. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the magnitude of the influence of e-service quality and Brand Image on the buying interest of the millennial generation in Indonesia. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive research type. To collect data, we used a non-probability sampling method, namely purposive sampling and collected it from the responses of 96 people using questionnaires sent via social media platforms including Instagram, Whatsapp and Facebook. With the help of SPSS 27, research was analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis on the processed data. The results of descriptive analysis reveal that the variables studied, namely e-service quality, brand image, and purchase interest fall into the good category with respective percentages, namely e-service quality 72.49%, brand image 55%, and purchase interest 53%. The results of the hypothesis test show that the e-service quality and brand image variables have a significant influence on the buying interest of the millennial generation in Indonesia. As much as 83.2% of purchasing interest is influenced by e-service quality and brand image. The rest is influenced by other variables, namely Social Media Marketing, Perceived Trust, E-WOM, customer satisfaction at 16.8%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kepuasan kerja sebagai proksi dampak budaya terhadap produktivitas di tempat kerja. Teknik kuantitatif digunakan untuk penelitian ini dan melibatkan 30 orang pegawai KSU Mitra Usaha Masaran. Untuk tujuan penelitian ini, pendekatan sampel jenuh digunakan untuk mengumpulkan sampel dari tiga puluh individu yang berbeda. Untuk mengumpulkan data maka dilakukan penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis jalur dan regresi berganda adalah dua strategi yang digunakan dalam analisis data. Salah satu temuan penelitian ini adalah bahwa budaya suatu organisasi mempunyai dampak besar terhadap tingkat kepuasan yang diperoleh seseorang dari pekerjaannya. Oleh karena itu, budaya organisasi dan tingkat kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Pemanfaatan uji Sobel telah memberikan bukti empiris untuk mendukung gagasan bahwa kepuasan kerja dapat berfungsi sebagai perantara dalam hubungan antara budaya perusahaan dan kinerja karyawan.
