Abstract

UMKM yang dilakukan oleh LAZISMU Gresik melalui program pilar ekonomi, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak dari program pemberdayaan UMKM terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat di Kabupaten Gresik. Pada problematika UMKM, permasalahan utama seringkali terhadap sumber permodalan juga model manajemen yang diimplementasikan kemudian bisa memberikan pengaruh terhadap pengembangan usahanya sendiri. Dengan ditunjang atas peranan LAZISMU, maka bakal bisa memiliki peranan selaku lembaga intermediasi antar masyarakat demi menciptakan pertumbuhan usaha produktif. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dari wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasanya pemberdayaan UMKM merupakan program bantuan pelatihan dan pemberian modal usaha terhadap individu maupun kelompok usaha yang diberikan atas LAZISMU Gresik. Program ini dilaksanakan secara bertahap mulai dari proses pendaftaran, assessment, validasi pimpinan, pemberian modal usaha yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Penyaluran modal mendahulukan terhadap mustahik yang telah memiliki kegiatan ekonomi maupun usaha tetapi mempunyai kendala maupun belum berkembang baik seperti dalam tambahan modal ataupun pengadaan barang. Satu diantaranya dampak dari program pemberdayaan UMKM yang dilaksanakan atas LAZISMU yakni dengan adanya pemberdayaan UMKM bisa menjadi wadah dan obyek dalam mengenalkan produk-produk usaha mikro yang tentunya dengan pendampingan dari pihak LAZISMU. Abstract

This article examines the education of the prophet Ya'qub towards Yusuf in the view of the interpretation of al-Misbah. This research takes the form of library research with a qualitative approach. The data collection used is documentation. This writing uses the tafsir of Al-Misbah as a reference. Data analysis using content analysis method. And found that the success of the Prophet Yusuf was a form of his parents' upbringing, with all the attitudes that the Prophet Ya'qub showed towards him, including: with compassion, patience, forgiveness, remaining confident and not giving up on the grace of Allah SWT.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the impact of overinvestment, liquidity, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) moderated by dividend policy on the company's financial performance. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach. The data used in this study are secondary data sourced from the annual reports of energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2017-2022 period. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling method so that 22 companies were sampled with 132 observations. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is panel data analysis using the Eviews 12 program. The results showed that overinvestment had no effect on company performance calculated using Basic Earning Point (BEP). Liquidity and CSR partially have a positive and significant effect on company performance. Dividend policy does not moderate the relationship between overinvestment and firm performance. Control variables consisting of company size and business risk partially have a positive and significant effect on company performance. The results of the study inform that the management of energy sector companies needs to increase liquidity and conduct CSR activities actively to improve company performance.

Abstract

Abstract Price discounts are one of the factors that researchers believe can influence consumer purchasing decisions and are even the main factor that consumers take into account, especially for products that are not too much different in quality. Apart from price cuts, researchers also believe that promotional factors can also influence purchasing decisions due to the expanding market share and the increasing number of potential consumers who know about a product. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the effect of price discounts on purchasing decisions. Different from previous research, this research adds the Word of Mouth variable as a moderating variable. This research is qualitative research with an explanatory approach. The data used in this research is primary data that researchers obtained from the questionnaire method of 300 Shopee application users consisting of 150 sellers and 150 buyers. The questionnaire is in the form of multiple choices containing the words strongly agree-strongly disagree. These data were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.O method. Abstract

This study aims to describe (1) the types of speech acts and implicatures in caricature discourse; (2) the linguistic aspects inherent in caricature discourse and; (3) caricature readers' understanding of the social functions in caricature discourse. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation and document analysis. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Data validity was validated by using data source triangulation. Then the analysis model uses an interactive model from Miles and Huberman. The results showed that many caricatures were drawn mainly to put forward constructive ideas about existing issues and to emphasize the humorous function. The types of speech acts utilized in caricature drawings are directive, commissive, expressive, and permissive speech acts. The linguistic aspects utilized in caricature discourse are, phonological aspects in the form of anomatope or sound imitation, words, phrases, sentences, and discourse. In the end, readers and caricature makers often have different understandings of the social function of caricature discourse texts. They have different understandings and interpretations of the meaning contained in the text and images of caricatures in relation to constructive criticism. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of online customer reviews and online customer ratings on product purchase interest at Shopee with trust as a mediating variable. Respondents in this study were 130 respondents who were conducted through an online survey with google form. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Validity and reliability tests using smartPLS analysis on the outer model. Hypothesis testing using smartPLS inner model. The results of the analysis show that online customer reviews do not have a significant effect on purchase interest while online customer ratings have a significant effect on purchase interest. Online customer reviews and online customer ratings have a significant influence on trust. Trust has a significant effect on purchase interest. Trust partially mediates the relationship between online customer reviews and online customer ratings on purchase interest.

Abstract

Abstract Researchers believe in two things, namely, first, the Auditor Integrity variable can have a positive relationship and have a significant influence on Internal Audit Effectiveness. Second, researchers determine that the Auditor Competence variable can moderate the influence of the Auditor Integrity variable on Internal Audit Effectiveness. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the influence of the Auditor Integrity variable on the Effectiveness of Internal Auditors with Work Competence as a moderating variable. This research is a quantitative research with an exploratory approach that collects data using a questionnaire method. The data used in this research is primary data. The data was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The research results show that the Auditor Integrity variable has a positive relationship and a significant influence on the Internal Audit Effectiveness variable because the better the Auditor's Integrity, the more independent the auditor, the more likely he is to intervene, and is believed to be able to complete his tasks well. Abstract

Abstract Researchers believe that the Work Competence variable can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on the Work Productivity variable. Different from previous studies, this research adds the Work Motivation variable which researchers believe can moderate the influence of Work Competence variables on Work Productivity. This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach. This research data was obtained using a questionnaire method distributed to 250 Bank Mandiri employees spread throughout Indonesia with the criteria of having worked for a minimum of 2 years. This data can be called primary data. The data was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 method. The results of this research show that the Work Competence variable has a positive relationship and has a significant influence on Work Productivity because the better the Work Competency, the more qualified the workers are, so that the work carried out will be more effective, efficient, and the target will be easier to achieve. Apart from that, the Work Motivation variable can moderate the influence of the Work Competency variable on Work Productivity because the better the employee's motivation, the more enthusiastic the employee will be so that it can go hand in hand with Work Competency which will ultimately have a more significant influence on Work Productivity. Abstract

Abstract Researchers believe that Positive Emotions can significantly influence the Impulse Buying variable because the more emotional a person is, the more emotional they are because they have no financial problems, get good religious and social studies, and have a happy family who no longer think about prices when shopping. Apart from that, researchers also have a second belief, namely that the Store Atmosphere variable is able to moderate these two variables. This research is quantitative research with an exploratory approach. The data collected in this research used a questionnaire method for 300 people who had incomes above 20 million. This data is called primary data. The data used and collected were analyzed with Smart PLS 4.0. The research results showed that the Positive Emotions variable had a positive relationship and a significant influence on Impulsive Buying and the Store Atmpaoshere variable could moderate the relationship between these two variables. Abstract

Metode mengajar adalah strategi yang digunakan sebagai alat untuk mencapai tujuan belajar mengajar. Pemilihan dan definisi metode pengajaran yang tepat mengarah pada realisasi tujuan belajar mengajar yang efektif dan efisien. Dalam pembelajaran harus dapat menciptakan pola pembelajaran yang dapat mengembangkan potensi siswa tidak hanya pada aspek kognitif, tetapi juga aspek afektif dan psikomotor. Selain itu pola pembelajaran yang baik harus bisa mendorong siswa belajar secara optimal. Sikap siswa terkait dengan proses pembelajaran merupakan hal yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. Jika siswa bersikap negatif pada Pelajaran tersebut maka siswa tersebut akan menjauhi, menghindari bahkan membenci pelajaran itu, Rasa malas dan jenuh akan melekat pada diri siswa selama proses pembelajaran. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang memiliki ciri khas penyajian datanya dalam bentuk narasi. Pengumpulan data dengan observasi, kuesioner, studi dokumentasi dan Teknik analisis data melalui reduksi dan penutupan data. Metode mengajar guru merupakan faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar. oleh karena itu, metode mengajar guru memiliki hubungan yang sangat signifikan dengan sikap belajar siswa yang bisa menarik minat dan mengkonsentrasikan perhatian siswa kepada mata pelajaran yang disajikan oleh guru. Kata kunci : Metode mengajar, sikap siswa sekolah dasar Teaching methods are strategies used as tools to achieve teaching and learning goals. The selection and definition of appropriate teaching methods leads to the realization of effective and efficient teaching and learning goals. In learning, you must be able to create learning patterns that can develop students' potential not only in cognitive aspects, but also affective and psychomotor aspects. Apart from that, a good learning pattern must be able to encourage students to learn optimally. Student attitudes related to the learning process are something that cannot be separated. If students have a negative attitude towards the lesson, the student will stay away from, avoid and even hate the lesson. Feelings of laziness and boredom will stick with the student during the learning process. In this research, researchers used quantitative research which is characterized by presenting the data in narrative form. Data collection using observation, questionnaires, documentation studies and data analysis techniques through data reduction and closure. The teacher's teaching method is a factor that determines student success in the teaching and learning process. Therefore, the teacher's teaching method has a very significant relationship with students' learning attitudes which can attract students' interest and concentrate their attention on the subjects presented by the teacher.
