Abstract

Unemployment and poverty are economic problems that are mostly faced by developing countries. Increasing unemployment and poverty will have a negative impact on Gross Domestic Product (GDP) which will then have an impact on human development in the country. The Human Development Index (HDI) is considered unable to reflect the religious and ethical perspective of socio-economic development in countries where the majority of the population is Muslim such as Indonesia. Therefore, the IHDI (Islamic Human Development Index) was created, a measurement based on the five dimensions of Maqasid Al-Shari'ah. This research aims to determine the influence of Gross Domestic Product, unemployment and poverty on the Islamic Human Development Index in Indonesia in 2015-2021. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from publications by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). This research is quantitative research using multiple linear regression methods. The research results show that GDP has a positive and insignificant influence on IHDI. Meanwhile, the unemployment variable has a negative and insignificant influence on IHDI. And the poverty variable has a negative and significant influence on IHDI. Simultaneously, Gross Domestic Product, Unemployment and Poverty have a significant effect on IHDI. The results of this research can provide insight to policy makers (government) about the importance of paying attention to factors such as GDP, unemployment and poverty in an effort to increase the level of human development. such as stimulating economic growth, reducing unemployment levels, as well as economic empowerment programs to overcome poverty.

Abstract

Penelitian systematic literature review ini menjelaskan tentang strategi komunikasi dalam pemasaran partai politik. Dunia politik saat ini tidak lepas dari dunia komunikasi. Karena kegiatan politik didasarkan pada komunikasi dalam menyampaikan gagasan, gagasan, pendapat, dan hal-hal lain yang berkaitan dengan program kerjanya untuk pengembangan sebuah negara. Politik bisa dikatakan sebagai cabang yang begitu banyak dengan semua orang disiplin ilmu yang dilewatinya. Ini seperti “oase” tempat yang terbentuk tempat bertemunya berbagai disiplin ilmu, yang dalam suatu hari lahir sosiologi politik, psikologi politik, komunikasi politik, dan juga pemasaran politik. Namun, lahir secara akademis bisa dibilang muda, pemasaran politik mampu menarik perhatian ilmuwan sosial dan praktisi politik. Sebelumnya, istilah pemasaran yang digunakan dalam dunia bisnis untuk memenangkan persaingan bisnis. Namun, hingga saat ini, proses politik juga tidak ketinggalan pemasaran dengan tujuan menjual ide, platform, dan sebagainya dari seorang kandidat dan partai politik. Persaingan politik yang terbuka membuat masyarakat dihadapkan dengan banyak pilihan politik. Hal ini menuntut politisi mengemas strategi komunikasi politik, arah dan tujuan politiknya secara persuasif agar mampu menarik perhatian masyarakat. Pengemasan pesan politik merupakan salah satu elemen penting dalam melaksanakan kampanye politik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dan mendeskripsikan paparan paper penelitian seperti apa strategi komunikasi dalam pemasaran politik dalam persaingan partai politik di Indonesia.

Abstract

The marketing strategy involving consumers is currently a dissolution which is considered effective with product promotions carried out by the companies themselves (Strand & Robertson, 2020). Relationship quality is a key factor in marketing strategies that involve consumers, because it will illustrate how strong the relationship between brands and consumers is (Adhikari & Panda, 2020). According to Shahid et al. (2023) good relationship quality allows consumers not only to understand a brand better, but will enable consumers to participate in spreading good things about the brand. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between social media marketing activities and customer experience as a preliminary to relationship quality, and how the quality of the relationship between a customer and a brand impacts brand image, intention to participate, and relationship value. This study uses a quantitative approach where data collection is carried out through surveys by distributing online questionnaires via Google Forms which are posted directly to ICONNET customers. Based on the test results of this study, it is proven that there is a relationship between some of the variables, although some do not affect one another. Based on the results that can be concluded in this study, social media marketing activities & customer experience are not the driving factors for relationship quality. However, this study was successful in confirming the influence of brand image, participation intention, and relationship value on the quality of Iconnet's customer relationships.

Abstract

Ekspor sangat dibutuhkan bagi proses pertumbuhan ekonomi karena peningkatan ekspor dapat meningkatkan pendapatan nasional yang akhirnya akan meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi ekspor Indonesia ke sepuluh negara Asia Pasifik meliputi Singapura, Tiongkok, Jepang, Thailand, Meksiko, Kanada, Selandia Baru, Amerika Serikat, Australia, dan Filipina dengan menggunakan analisis regresi panel menggunakan pendekatan Fixed Effects Model (FEM).Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) per kapita, dan Luas Terminal Kontainer Pelabuhan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap ekspor. Sedangkan Indeks Kualitas Infrastruktur Pelabuhan, dan Jarak ekonomi tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap ekspor. Berdasarkan sejumlah temuan yang ada, agar kinerja ekspor Indonesia meningkat maka perlunya perbaikan kinerja infrastruktur dan kelembagaan, terutama terkait dengan peningkatan kapasitas dan perbaikan kualitas infrastruktur transportasi khususnya luas terminal kontainer pelabuhan. Peningkatan kualitas tata kelola pemerintahan, khususnya kualitas control of corruption, rule of law dan percepatan waktu ekspor dan penyederhaaan dokumen perizinan ekspor. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether environmental awareness, green product advertising, environmental knowledge can affect green purchase intention and whether green purchase intention can affect the environmental knowledge of the people in Jakarta. This research uses descriptive research method. Researchers also used the online survey method to collect data from samples in Jakarta. The probability sampling method is used to facilitate sampling from the population in Jakarta. The results of this study found that environmental awareness and green product advertising have a positive effect on green purchase intention but not significant, for environmental knowledge it has a positive and significant effect on green purchase intention, and green purchase intention has a positive and significant effect on environmental knowledge. The limitation of this research is the number of respondents which there are only 202 respondents due to saving research time. This research also only examines environmental awareness, green product advertisement, environmental knowledge, and green purchase intention variables. Researchers hope that this research can help increase sales and find out how much influence Environmental Awareness, Green Product Advertising, and environmental knowledge have on Green Purchase Intention. Abstract

Entrepreneurship is an important aspect for economic development in a country, because entrepreneurship can maintain economic balance by opening up jobs in a country and can increase people's income. In Law Number 20 of 2008 concerning MSMEs through a conducive business climate and business development. The development of the business climate is carried out by determining various regulations and policies in various aspects of economic life. Therefore, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises get the maximum opportunity, protection and business support. Business development is carried out by providing mentoring facilities and strengthening assistance to grow and increase competitiveness. The purpose of this study was to find out 1) the effect of entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurship interest of Tarumanagara University FEB students, 2) the influence of the family environment on the entrepreneurship interest of Tarumanagara University FEB students, 3) the effect of self-concept on the entrepreneurship interest of Tarumanagara University FEB students. The sample selection technique used in this study was non-probability sampling and the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data was taken using an online google form questionnaire with a total of 100 respondents. Data processing in this study uses SmartPLS. The sample in this study was FEB students at Tarumanagara University who had taken entrepreneurship courses and were interested in becoming entrepreneurs. The results of this study are 1) Entrepreneurship education has no effect on the entrepreneurship interest of FEB Tatumanagara University students, 2) The family environment has no effect on the entrepreneurship interest of FEB Tarumanagara University students, 3) Self-concept has a positive effect on the entrepreneurship interest of FEB Tarumanagara University students. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Work Environment dan Transformational Leadership Style terhadap Turnover Intention. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Stockfit B PT. Pratama Abadi Industri JX. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik eliminasi sampel berdasarkan tabel Isaac Newton dan Michael Faraday yang menggunakan penentuan tingkat kesalahan 5% dengan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 102 karyawan. Untuk pembuktian hipotesis dan penarikan kesimpulan, digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, dan koefisien determinasi (R2), pengujian hipotesis secara parsial dengan Uji T dan hipotesis secara simultan dengan Uji F. Work Environment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, dibuktikan dengan hasil sig. 0,001 < 0,05 dan t hitung (3,546) > t tabel (1,98). Transformational Leadership Style berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, dibuktikan dengan hasil sig. 0,000 < 0,05 dan t hitung (-4,803) > t tabel (-1,98). Transformational Leadership Style berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap karyawan untuk memutuskan keluar dari perusahaan, dibuktikan dengan hasil nilai perhitungan yang paling besar dari variabel lainnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis dan Kemampuan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Pabrik Boneka Sukabumi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 sampel. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Nonprobability Sampling dengan metode Sampling Incidental. Untuk pembuktian hipotesis dan penarikan kesimpulan, digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, dan koefisien determinasi (R2), pengujian hipotesis secara parsial dengan Uji T dan hipotesis secara simultan dengan Uji F. Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil sig. 0,924 > 0,05 dengan nilai t hitung -0,096 < t tabel 1,661. Kemampuan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dibuktikan dengan hasil sig. 0,000 < 0,05 dengan nilai t hitung 7.226 > t tabel 1,661. Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis dan Kemampuan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji F sebesar 28,628 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000.

Abstract

This study focuses on discussing the effectiveness of using audio-visual learning media in improving student learning outcomes in PAI subjects at SMP IT Ibnu Sina Merauke. In accordance with the title that the author took, the type of research conducted by the author was field qualitative (Field Research). This type of qualitative field research (Field Research) is research that requires researchers to go to the field to make observations about a phenomenon in a natural state. By way of observation, interviews and documentation related to the problem to be studied. Field qualitative research conducted by the author aims to examine and determine the effectiveness of using audio-visual learning media in improving student learning outcomes in PAI subjects at SMP IT Ibnu Sina Merauke. After analyzing the conditions in the field, the results show that the learning process is carried out using audio-visual learning media at SMP IT Ibnu Sina Merauke, it is necessary to carry out several stages, namely: the preparation stage, the planning stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. Then the factors that cause an increase in student learning outcomes by using audio-visual learning media, including: Facilities and infrastructure, teachers, students and the environment. Forms of using audio-visual learning media in improving student learning outcomes at SMP IT Ibnu Sina Merauke, use three forms, namely: forms of motivation, forms of information and forms of teaching. It can be said that the use of audio-visual learning media is very effective in improving student learning outcomes, especially in PAI subjects at SMP IT Ibnu Sina Merauke. As an implication of this research it is recommended that schools should provide facilities and infrastructure to support the learning process, especially audio-visual learning media. With this media, every learning, especially in PAI subjects, will be fun learning and produce the maximum expected achievement of learning objectives

Abstract

Increasingly fierce competition in the era of globalization requires human resources (HR) to develop themselves proactively. The influence of work quality based on the welfare and justice provided by the company, the influence of work quality in the absence of career development within the company also triggers a decline in worker morale and quality. PT. Fuji Kinzoku Indonesia is engaged in manufacturing in the automotive industry, producing components for four-wheeled or more motorized vehicles. There is a phenomenon at PT. Fuji Kinzoku Indonesia regarding career development where employee recruitment is done through outsourcing which sometimes causes more harm to employees because of the large number of deductions from employee salaries. This research aims to examine the influence of career development on employee performance at PT. Fuji Kinzoku Indonesia, especially in the Quality Control Department. This research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques through questionnaires to 45 employees of the Quality Control Department at PT. Fuji Kinzoku Indonesia. The results of the validity and reliability tests show that this research instrument is valid and reliable. There is a positive influence between career development and employee performance. The results of the analysis show that an increase in career development contributes to an increase in employee performance. In 2021, when companies reduced new recruitment during the COVID-19 pandemic, there was an increase in the status of contract employees to permanent employees. Therefore, career development has a positive impact on employee performance at PT. Fuji Kinzoku Indonesia.
