Abstract

Abstract Academic challenges experienced by students while undergoing online lectures are expected to be a driving force to achieve flow conditions, but students perceive them as a burden that can hinder the learning process. This study aims to determine the relationship between optimism and academic flow of students of the Faculty of Psychology UNM class of 2020 during COVID-19. Using quantitative research methods. The subjects of this study were 354 students of the Faculty of Psychology UNM class 2020. The measuring instrument used in this study was the Flow Inventory for student’s scale by Yuwanto and the optimism scale by Suryaningsih. The data were analyzed using the Spearman correlation technique. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between optimism and academic flow of students of the Faculty of Psychology UNM class of 2020 (r = 0.538 and p = 0.001). This study illustrates that the higher the optimism, the higher the academic flow experienced by students.AbstrakTantangan akademik yang dialami oleh mahasiswa selama menjalani perkuliahan online diharapkan menjadi penggerak untuk mencapai kondisi flow, namun mahasiswa menganggapnya sebagai beban yang mampu menghambat proses belajar. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara optimisme dengan flow akademik mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi UNM angkatan 2020 selama COVID-19. Menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 354 orang mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi UNM angkatan 2020. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala The Flow Inventory for student oleh Yuwanto dan skala optimisme oleh Suryaningsih. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik korelasi Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara optimisme dengan flow akademik mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi UNM angkatan 2020 (r = 0,538 dan p = 0,001). Penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa semakin tinggi optimisme, maka semakin tinggi flow akademik yang dialami mahasiswa.Kata kunci: flow akademik; mahasiswa; optimisme.

Abstract

Abstract The success of the company is undoubtedly the result of satisfying employee efforts. As a company, with branches in almost every city, Telkomsel Distribution Center-TDC has one of the effective components is behavior outside of formal requirements by employees that can reach the target, called OCB. The attribution theory explains the causes of a person's behavior (internal factors), one of which is ESQ. As quantitative research, this study aims to determine the effect of ESQ on OCB in Salatiga and Ungaran TDC employees, which is then carried out a comparative analysis on 53 employees as a whole sample (saturation sampling technique). The results show a significant effect of ESQ on employee OCB is 39.3% in Salatiga TDC, while Ungaran's TDC is 61.7%. Then, the comparison results obtained an average similarity of ESQ and OCB variables between Salatiga and Ungaran TDC, with a significance value of 0.108 for ESQ and 0.363 for OCB. AbstrakKeberhasilan perusahaan tidak diragukan lagi merupakan hasil dari usaha karyawan yang memuaskan. Sebagai perusahaan yang memiliki cabang hampir di setiap kota, Telkomsel Distribution Center-TDC memiliki salah satu komponen efektif yaitu perilaku di luar persyaratan formal karyawan yang dapat mencapai target, yang disebut OCB. Teori atribusi menjelaskan penyebab terjadinya perilaku seseorang (faktor internal), salah satunya adalah ESQ. Sebagai penelitian kuantitatif, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ESQ terhadap OCB pada pegawai TDC Salatiga dan Ungaran, yang kemudian dilakukan analisis komparatif terhadap 53 pegawai sebagai sampel keseluruhan (teknik sampling jenuh). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan ESQ terhadap OCB karyawan sebesar 39,3% di TDC Salatiga, sedangkan TDC Ungaran sebesar 61,7%. Kemudian dari hasil perbandingan diperoleh rata-rata kesamaan variabel ESQ dan OCB antara TDC Salatiga dan Ungaran, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,108 untuk ESQ dan 0,363 untuk OCB.Kata Kunci: karyawan; kecerdasan emosional spiritual; organizational citizenship behavior

Abstract

Abstract The transition from school to college during a pandemic has become more challenging. So that more self-adjustment skills are needed in order to adapt well to various demands in higher education. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive analysis approach. Methods of data collection using interviews and documentation. Subjects were determined by purposive sampling technique. The results of research regarding the adjustment of new students personally show that they are responsible for their assignments. They try to manage their emotions well. In social adjustment they are able to establish social relationships, actively participate in organizations and engage in various activities. New students persist in attending online lectures, because there is support from their families. AbstrakMasa transisi dari sekolah ke perguruan tinggi di masa pandemi menjadi lebih menantang. Sehingga dibutuhkan kemampuan penyesuaian diri yang lebih agar dapat menyesuaikan diri dengan baik terhadap berbagai tuntutan di perguruan tinggi. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian mengenai penyesuaian diri mahasiswa baru secara pribadi menunjukkan bahwa mereka bertanggung jawab terhadap tugasnya. Mereka berusaha mengelola emosinya dengan baik. Dalam penyesuaian sosial mereka mampu menjalin hubungan sosial, aktif mengikuti organisasi dan terlibat berbagai kegiatan. Mahasiswa baru bertahan mengikuti perkuliahan daring, karena ada dukungan dari keluarga.Kata Kunci: masa transisi; penyesuaian diri; perkuliahan daring

Abstract

Abstract Pondok Tetirah Dzikir (PTD) is an Islamic boarding school for drug addicts from impoverished communities. These patients are classified as santri (students) and are eligible for six months of mental health services under TQN (Tarekat Qodiriyah Naqshbandiyah). The results of a case study on former drug dealers show that former drug addicts who have been rehabilitated at PTD have different characteristics than those who have been rehabilitated at other rehabilitation institutions. In comparison to other rehabilitation institutions, the subject never relapsed again after undergoing rehabilitation. This is due to the desire to do hijra, the desire to have a clear goal after rehabilitation, Dhikr with PTD alumni, friendship (silaturrahim) and mutual strengthening with PTD alumni, and aspirations as a penancer. Abstrak Pondok Tetirah Dzikir (PTD) merupakan pesantren bagi pecandu narkoba dari masyarakat kurang mampu. Pasien-pasien ini diklasifikasikan sebagai santri dan memenuhi syarat untuk layanan kesehatan mental selama enam bulan di bawah TQN (Tarekat Qodiriyah Naqsybandiyah). Hasil studi kasus pada mantan bandar narkoba menunjukkan bahwa mantan pecandu narkoba yang direhabilitasi di PTD memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda dengan mereka yang pernah direhabilitasi di lembaga rehabilitasi lainnya. Dibandingkan dengan lembaga rehabilitasi lainnya, subjek tidak pernah kambuh lagi setelah menjalani rehabilitasi. Hal ini disebabkan adanya keinginan untuk hijrah, keinginan untuk memiliki tujuan yang jelas setelah rehabilitasi, dzikir dengan alumni PTD, silaturrahmi (silaturrahim) dan saling menguatkan dengan alumni PTD, dan cita-cita sebagai penebus dosa.Kata Kunci: after care; pondok pesantren; tarekat qodiriyah naqsybandiyah

Abstract

Abstract Performance is a reflection of the success an organization on achieving their vision and mission. There are many factors can affect performance, which one is personality. Motivated by a dearth of research on student’s organization, the author attempts to analyze the the performance of the SWCU student organization in terms of personality types A and B. The types of research conducted were comparative quantitative and questionnaires distributed to 76 functionaries of LK UKSW period 2021. Data analysis used independent sample T-test and obtained the t-count value of 13.387 with the value of Sig. = 0.000 (p 0.05) it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in performance between personality types A and B with the average performance of personality type A being high with a score of 106.59 and the average performance of personality type B being moderate with a score of 79.57.AbstrakKinerja merupakan cerminan keberhasilan sebuah organisasi dalam upaya pencapaian visi dan misinya. Ada banyak faktor yang dapat memengaruhi kinerja, salah satunya adalah kepribadian. Dengan dorongan minimnya penelitian kinerja pada organisasi mahasiswa, penulis mencoba menganalisis kinerja pada organisasi kemahasiswaan UKSW yang dilihat dari Tipe kepribadian A dan B. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah kuantitatif komparatif dan kuisioner disebarkan kepada 76 fungsionaris lembaga kemahasiswaan UKSW periode 2021. Perhitungan analisis data menggunakan independent sample T-test dan diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 13,387 dengan nilai Sig. = 0,000 (p0,05) maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kinerja yang signifikan antara tipe kepribadian A dan B dengan perolehan rata-rata kinerja tipe kepribadian A adalah tinggi dengan skor 106,59 dan rata-rata kinerja tipe kepribadian B adalah sedang dengan skor 79,57.Kata Kunci: kinerja; kerpibadian A dan B; fungsionaris LK

Abstract

Abstract Aceh Banking must have sharia status (Aceh Qanun No. 11/2018). It has affected BRI in Banda Aceh. The research purpose is to see the relationship between Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and Readiness for Change (RfC) for BRI employees in Banda Aceh. The method is quantitative (198 BRI employees) and the sampling type is simple random sampling (87 men and 111 women). POS scale, Survey POS, and RfC scale as measuring tools. SBF correlation analysis shows that there is a positive relationship between PSO and RfC for BRI employees in Banda Aceh. Conversely, the lower the PSO, the lower the RfC. Keywords: perceived organizational support; readiness for change; employee of BRI  AbstrakPerbankan di Aceh wajib berstatus syariah (Qanun Aceh No. 11/2018). Peraturan ini berdampak pada BRI di Banda Aceh. Tujuan penelitian, melihat hubungan antara Perceived Organizational Support (POS) dengan Readiness for Change (RfC) pada karyawan BRI di Banda Aceh. Metodenya kuantitatif (198 karyawan BRI di Banda Aceh) dan jenis samplingnya simple random sampling (87 pria dan 111 wanita). Skala POS, Survey POS, dan skala RfC sebagai alat ukurnya. Dari analisis korelasi Spearman Brown Formula (SBF), menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif antara PSO dengan RfC pada karyawan BRI di Banda Aceh. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the relationship between Personal Branding and Self Efficacy, Perceived employability and career satisfaction. The number of samples taken as many as 60 respondents with purposive sampling technique. Validity test with loading factor and AVE value shows a valid value. The reliability tester with the internal consistency test has Cronbach's Alpha and Composite Reliability values that meet the criteria. The results showed that personal branding the had a positive and significant effect of 1.575 on perceived employability with a P value of 0.000. Self Efficacy has a negative and significant effect of (-0.896) on perceived employability with P-values of 0.037. Personal Branding had positive and significant effect of 0.492 on career satisfaction with P-Value 0.046. Self efficacy had positive and significant effect of 0.393 with P-Value 0.000. Perceived employability not significant affect as moderation for career satisfaction P-value of 03936.  AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh personal branding dan self-efficacy terhadap career satisfaction melalaui perceived employability. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 60 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Uji validitas dengan loading factor dan nilai AVE menunjukkan nilai yang valid. Pengujian reliabilitas dengan uji internal consistency mempunyai nilai Cronbach’s Alpha dan Composite Reliability yang memenuhi kriteria. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Personal Branding berpengaruh positif 1.575 dan signifikan terhadap perceived employability dengan P-values 0.000. Self-Efficacy berpengaruh negatif (-0.896) dan signifikan terhadap Perceived employability dengan P-values 0.000. Personal Branding berpengaruh positif sebesar 0.492 dan signifikan terhadap career satisfaction dengan P-Value 0.046. Self-Efficacy berpengaruh positif 0.393 dan signifikan terhadap career satisfaction dengan P-Value 0.000.
