Abstract

This study is quantitative research that aims to determine whether there is an influence: 1) transformational leadership of madrasah principals on teacher performance; 2) madrasah culture on teacher performance; 3) transformational leadership of madrasah principals and madrasah culture on teacher performance. The population in this study were all MTs teachers Negeri in Jeneponto Regency which is 239 people, while the sample is 150 people. The research data were obtained through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is descriptive and inferential data analysis. Based on the results of inferential statistical analysis obtained: 1) the significance value (Sig.) of 0.012 is smaller than the probability of 0.05 and the calculated t value of 2.549 is greater than t table 1.976 which means that there is an effect of transformational leadership of madrasah principals (X1) on teacher performance (Y); 2) the significance value (Sig.) of 0.000 is smaller than the probability of 0.05 and t count of 7.281 is greater than t table 1.976 which means that there is an effect of madrasah culture (X2) on teacher performance (Y); 3) the significance value (Sig.) of 0.000 is smaller than the probability of 0.05 and t count of 7.281 is greater than t table 1.976 which means that there is an effect of madrasah culture (X2) on teacher performance (Y); 3) the significance value (Sig. ) of 0.000 is less than the probability of 0.05 and F count 87.857 is greater than F table 3.06 so it can be concluded that there is an effect of transformational leadership of madrasah principals (X1) and madrasah culture (X2) together on teacher performance (Y) MTs. Abstract

This study aims to describe the types and functions of directive speech acts in learning in class V SDN 278 Palattae, Kahu sub-district, Bone district. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The techniques used in collecting data are observation techniques and documentation techniques. Data analysis used a pragmatic pairing technique. Determining the types and functions of directive speech acts in learning is based on indicators of types and functions of directive speech acts derived from Ibrahim's theory. The results of research on learning in class V of SDN 278 Palattae, Kahu sub-district, Bone district show that the use of the type of question and the function of asking is more widely used when compared to the use of other types and functions of directive speech acts. It can be seen in the description of the research results, which show that the type of question with the function of asking is dominant. The types of directive speech acts include requests, questions, orders, prohibitions, giving permission, and advice. The functions of directive speech acts found include: requesting, pleading, praying, asking, interrogating, instructing, requiring, demanding, directing, requiring, prohibiting, restricting, approving, granting, forgiving, allowing, suggesting, advising, requesting, and demanding, requesting and directing, inviting and praying, directing and asking, directing and demanding, directing and advising, and finally allowing and suggesting. Abstract

This research aims to determine whether the method of narrative influences the development of student behavior at Kindergarten Nur Ilmi Juppai, Barru Regency. The research method used is quasi-experimental with a quantitative approach and employing the pretest posttest control group design. The research population consists of all students in class B, comprising a total of two classes. The research sample is class B1, serving as the experimental group with a total of 20 students, and class B2, serving as the control group with a total of 18 students. The techniques employed for data collection are observation and checklists. The techniques used for data analysis are descriptive and inferential. The results of the analysis on the homogeneity test of the experimental class obtained a higher value of 0.67 compared to the control class, which had a value of 0.15. It can be observed that the results of the test on the development of moral behavior among students have improved after implementing the storytelling method without the use of props, achieving an average mastery score in the very good category. Based on the data analysis results, it can be concluded that there is an impact of the storytelling method using visual aids on the students at Kindergarten Nur Ilmi Juppai, Barru Regency

Abstract

This study applies research and development (RD) with ADDIE model. The objects of this research are four students representing four characters of STIFIn concept which aim is to study the need of learning media, the learning media itself, and to find out the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of STIFIn-Learning-Concept-Based Smartboard Game learning media in creating effective learning at Nurul Ummu Kindergarten. After analyzing, the result of this study shows that the need of a smartboard game learning media obtained 3,33 score with the category of very valid, and the description of the learning media itself is in the layout model of user’s guideline book. The description of the validity, practicality, and effectiveness were validated by two expert validators. In the validation of the guidebook, the researcher obtained 3,36 score with the category of very valid. The result is different from the teachers’ response where 3,14 is gained with the category of valid. Another score of 3,31 is obtained in the validity of learning media evaluation with the category of very valid. In the analysis of practicality measured with teachers’ response questionnaires, the researcher got 92,78% with the category of totally agree. Whereas in the analysis of effectiveness measured with the result of media evaluation by teachers, the score of 85,83% is obtained with the category of effective when applied in early childhood learning. This concludes that the need of STIFIn-Learning-Concept-Based Smartboard Game learning media is very much needed in the process of learning. In addition, the users’ guidebook is considered valid, practical, and effective when applied in the early childhood learning

Abstract

AbstrakThis article focuses on the experience of gender microaggression in students with veiled in Indonesia. Qualitative methods with Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis are used to determine how Students with veiled interpret the understanding of gender microaggression. The findings revealed that they often experienced subtle and inconspicuous discrimination. This fact is known as gender microaggression. The narrative suggests that participants experienced gender microaggression due to their appearance. The perpetrator considered that the participants were religious fanatical and incompetent. Participants also had to face social isolation and were marginalized within their groups. In addition, participants can feel the positive impact of avoiding sexual objectification. In light of these findings, it is recommended that counseling services in higher education institutions take proactive steps to prevent and address gender microaggressions. Additionally, counselors need to have competence in providing inclusive services.Keywords : Gender, Microaggression, Veiled, Preliminary Investigation, Students.          AbstrakArtikel ini berfokus pada pengalaman mikroagresi gender pada pelajar berkerudung di Indonesia. Metode kualitatif dengan Analisis Fenomenologi Interpretatif digunakan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Siswa berjilbab memaknai pengertian mikroagresi gender. Temuannya mengungkapkan bahwa mereka sering mengalami diskriminasi yang tidak kentara dan tidak mencolok. Fakta ini dikenal sebagai agresi mikro gender. Narasinya menunjukkan bahwa peserta mengalami mikroagresi gender karena penampilan mereka. Pelaku menilai pesertanya fanatik terhadap agama dan tidak kompeten. Peserta juga harus menghadapi isolasi sosial dan terpinggirkan dalam kelompoknya. Selain itu, peserta juga bisa merasakan dampak positif dari menghindari objektifikasi seksual. Berdasarkan temuan ini, direkomendasikan agar layanan konseling di institusi pendidikan tinggi mengambil langkah proaktif untuk mencegah dan mengatasi agresi mikro gender. Selain itu, konselor juga perlu memiliki kompetensi dalam memberikan layanan inklusif.Kata Kunci : Gender, Mikroagresi, Bercadar, Investigasi Pendahuluan, Siswa.

Abstract

AbstractThe research objective was to determine the relationship between the big five personality and learning stress in studends at SMP Negeri 4 Tarakan. The research method use is quantitative research with correlation approach. Human personality can be seen from the five dimentions of the big five personality; openness to experiences, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism, which have various relationship to learning stress. The study found that the velue of the extraversion personality dimention had a correlation value of 0.107. it indicate a very low relationship between extraversion and learning stress. As for agreeableness, the correlation value -144 describe a negative relationship between agreeableness and learning stress. The conscientiousness value 0.136 defines a very low relationship between conscientiousness and learning stress. Then neuroticism has a correlation value of -161, meaning a negative relationship exists between neuroticism and learning stress. The correlation test analysis’s openness to experience value is 0.167, meaning a very low relationship exists between openness to experience and learning stress. It describes a positve relationship between extraversion, conscientiousness, and openness to experience personality dimentions will be the higher the learning stress. Conversely, the lower the personality dimentions of extraversion, conscientiousness, and openness to experience, the lower the learning stress for student will be. On personality dimentions, agreeableness and neuroticism have a negative relationship with learning stress. It means that the higher the agreeableness and neuroticism, the lower the student’s learning stress. Conversely, the lower the agreeableness and neuroticism, the higher the learning stress in students. Keywords: Big Five Personality, Learning Stress AbstrakTujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan big five personality dengan stres belajar pada siswa di SMP Negeri 4 Tarakan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasi. Kepribadian manusia dapat dilihat dari lima dimensi kepribadian big five personality yaitu, oppenness to experiences, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticims yang mempunyai hubungan bervariasi pada stres belajar. Hasil penelitian didapati nilai dimensi kepribadian extraversion nilai korelasi sebesar 0,107 dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang sangat rendah antara extraversion dengan stres belajar. Adapun agreeableness nilai korelasi -144 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa adda hubungan negatif antara agreeableness dengan stres belajar lalu nilai conscientiousness analisa uji korelasi sebesar 0,136 artinya terdapat hubungan yang sangat rendah cientiousness dengan stres belajar selanjutnya neuroticism nilai korelasi -161 dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif antara neuroticism dengan stres belajar. Dan nilai openness to experience analisa uji korelasi sebesar 0,167 artinya terdapat hubungan yang sangat rendah antara openness to experience dengan stres belajar. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hubungan antara adanya hubungan yang positif antara dimensi kepribadian extraversion, conscietiousness, dan openness to experience maka stress belajar akan semakin tinggi. Sebaliknya semakin rendah dimensi kepribadian extraversion, conscietiousness, dan openness to experience maka stress belajar pada siswa akan semakin rendah pula. Pada dimensi kepribadian agreeableness dan neuroticism memiliki hubungan negatif dengan stres belajar. Artinya semakin tinggi agreeableness dan neuricism maka semakin rendah stres belajar siswa. Sebaliknya semakin rendah agreeableness dan neuroticism maka semakin tinggi pula stres belajar pada siswa. Kata kunci: Big Five Personality, Stres Belajar

Abstract

AbstractThere are many children who have talents and perform well in some areas but also have learning difficulties or behaviour problems. Their disabilities combined with their high abilities produce a unique population of students who may fail to demonstrate either high academic performance or specific disabilities. Identifying and recognizing these “twice-exceptional (TWE)” children in the classroom can be challenging for teachers. Thus, it is important for teachers to be able to recognize and understand the characteristics of these children to provide appropriate educational assistance to help them achieve their potential. This research program aimed to determine the strategies teachers used to identify twice-exceptional children in their classrooms in Indonesia by using an online TWE questionnaire and focus group discussions. The questionnaire data has been interpreted through descriptive statistics and thematic analysis guided the interpretation of the focus group discussion data. The result obtained indicated that knowledge of most teachers about TWE children was between slightly and moderately familiar. They are actually quite often working with gifted students with learning difficulties and some with gifted children with emotional difficulties. However, they did not realize that this term of TWE children existed in their schools. Abstract

This study has problems 1) low career decision making 2) lack of self-confidence and feelings of fear if the career to be taken is not right 3) students do not know the relationship between self-efficacy and career decision making. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and career decision making. This type of research is quantitative with a correlational approach. The population of the research data is 50 students covering class XI IPA. The results of the study with 50 students were taken through a questionnaire distribution technique using a self-efficacy scale and a career decision-making scale. The results of the self-efficacy questionnaire showed a fairly high category (24.00%) for 12 students, high (62.00%) for 31 students, very high (14.00%) for 7 students. Then the level of career decision making shows a fairly high category (34.00%) 17 students, high (46.00%) 23 students, very high (20.00%) 10 students. Based on the results of the study, it was stated that there was a significant relationship between self-efficacy and career decision making for class XI students at SMAN 8 Padang. This means that the higher the level of student self-efficacy, the higher the career decision making.Keywords : Self Efficacy, Career Decision Making AbstractPenelitian ini memiliki permasalahan 1) pengambilan keputusan karir yang rendah 2) peserta didik belum memiliki rasa percaya diri dan memiliki perasaan takut apabila karir yang akan diambilnya tidak tepat sehingga menimbulkan self-efficacy 3) peserta didik belum mengetahui hubungan self-efficacy dengan pengambilan keputusan karir. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat self-efficacy yang dimiliki peserta didik dalam pengambilan keputusan karir serta mengetahui hubungan antara keduanya Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi data penelitian berjumlah 50 peserta didik meliputi kelas XI F.2 dan XI F.8. Hasil penelitian dengan 50 peserta didik diambil melalui teknik penyebaran angket dengan menggunakan skala self-efficacy dan skala pengambilan keputusan karir. Hasil angket self-efficacy menunjukkan kategori cukup tinggi (24,00%) dengan frekuensi 12 peserta didik, tinggi (62,00%) dengan frekuensi 31 peserta didik, sangat tinggi (14,00%) dengan frekuensi 7 peserta didik. Kemudian tingkat pengambilan keputusan karir menunjukkan kategori cukup tinggi (34,00%) dengan frekuensi 17 peserta didik, tinggi (46,00%) dengan frekuensi 23 peserta didik, sangat tinggi (20,00%) dengan frekuensi 10 peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara self-efficacy dengan pengambilan keputusan karir peserta didik kelas XI SMAN 8 Padang. Artinya semakin tinggi tingkat self-efficacy peserta didik semakin tinggi pengambilan keputusan karir.Kata Kunci : Self Efficacy, Pengambilan Keputusan Karir

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to determine the effectiveness of behavioral approach using modeling techniques to encourage changes in the perspective of people affected by the revitalization of the Bandar Semanggi slum area. Revitalization of slum areas is an effort by the Solo city government to improve environmental and social conditions in marginal areas. The behavioral approach in this research tries to overcome the social impacts of slum area revitalization by focusing on changing the perspective of affected communities. The method used in research is quantitative one group pretest posttest design. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, interviews, and observation. The sample in this research was 32 residents who lived in the Bandar Semanggi slum area. The data analysis technique uses the Wilcoxon and N. Gain tests. The Wilcoxon test results obtained sig. 0.000 0.05, so it can be concluded that there are differences in residents' perspectives regarding the revitalization of the Taman Bandar Semanggi slum area before and after being given group guidance using modeling techniques. Meanwhile, the N Gain value was obtained at 0.3, so it is in the moderate improvement category. Group guidance with a behavioral approach using modeling techniques can help encourage a more positive perspective on the revitalization of slum areas for the community and can be used as an effective strategy in managing the impact of revitalization.Keywords: Behavioral Approach, Group Guidance, Modeling Techniques, Revitalization Area AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kefektifan pendekatan behavioral dengan teknik modeling untuk mendorong perubahan cara pandang masyarakat yang terkena dampak revitalisasi kawasan kumuh Bandar Semanggi. Revitalisasi kawasan kumuh merupakan upaya pemerintah kota Solo untuk memperbaiki kondisi lingkungan dan sosial di kawasan marginal. Pendekatan behavioral dalam penelitian ini mencoba mengatasi dampak sosial dari revitalisasi kawasan kumuh dengan fokus pada perubahan cara pandang masyarakat terdampak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian one group pretest posttest design.  Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, wawancara, dan observasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah warga yang tinggal di kawasan kumuh Bandar Semanggi sejumlah 32 warga. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dan N. Gain.  Hasil uji Wilcoxon diperoleh sig. 0,000 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan perspektif warga mengenai revitalisasi kawasan kumuh Taman Bandar Semanggi sebelum dan setelah diberikan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik modeling. Sedangkan nilai N Gain diperoleh 0,3 sehingga dalam kategori peningkatan sedang.  Bimbingan kelompok dengan pendekatan behavioral menggunakan teknik modeling dapat membantu mendorong sudut pandang yang lebih positif terhadap revitalisasi kawasan kumuh bagi masyarakat dan dapat dijadikan strategi yang efektif dalam mengelola dampak revitalisasi. Abstract

AbstractThe objective of this study was to describe the implementation of classical guidance services provided by a guidance and counseling teacher at SMPN 1 Lumbis. The classical services were done as the prevention effort which aimed to find out the implementation of classical services at SMPN 1 Lmubis. The main informant in this study was one teacher of guidance of counseling and two students. The data collected through interviews and documentation were then analyzed using the techniques of data reduction, data presentatin, and conclusion drawing. The classical guidances services at SMPN 1 Lumbis were conducted in three stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The preparation stage was done by proposing a schedule according to academic calendar and preparing topics of classical guidance material, which were formulated based on the standards of students independence competence and aranging the implementation plan for classical  giudance. The implementation stage was to conduct classical guidances services according to the scehdules and materials that had been designed. The follow-up evaluation stage was to carry of classcial guidance services and to evaluate the result of classical guidance services  Keywords : Implementation of Classical Services AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan klasikal yang di berikan oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling SMPN  1 Lumbis. Layanan klasikal merupakan layanan yang berfungsi pencegahan, pemahaman, pemeliharaan, dan pengembangan sebagai upaya yang secara spesifik diarahkan pada proses yang proaktif tanpa mengenal perbedaan gender. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan layanan klasikal di SMP Negeri 1 Lumbis. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun informan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah satu orang guru bimbingan dan konseling dan dua orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui metode wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat beberapa tahapan di dalam pelaksanaan layanan klasikal di SMP Negeri 1 Lumbis yaitu tahap persiapan adalah mengajukan jadwal masuk kelas 2 jam setiap kelas atau minggu untuk di tetapkan pimpinan sekolah sesuai klender akademik dan mempersiapkan topik materi bimbingan klasikal,yang dirumuskan berdasarkan standar kompentensi kemandirian peserta didik, serta menyusun RPl bimbingan klasikal. Tahap pelaksanaan adalah melaksanakan layanan bimbingan klasikal sesuai jadwal dan materi yang telah di rancang. Tahap evaluasi tidak lanjut adalah melakukan proses layanan bimbingan klasikal dan melakukan evaluasi hasil layanan bimbingan klasikal.Kata Kunci : Pelaksanaan Layanan Klasikal
