Abstract

Determination of warehouse layout is important for companies engaged in the field of distributors. The purpose of this research is to find out how the process in designing the proposed layout of product warehouses in PT. Megah Bangunan Abadi and to know the efficient level of layout of new proposals against distance and cost in the loading and unloading process at the product warehouse. This research uses quantitative descriptive research methods. If all data is collected then then calculate the distance between departments, determine the cost of material handling and create from to chart and then process the data using software WinQSB to obtain the final iteration to compare with the initial layout. The results of this study show that there are 3 proposed layouts. From the proposed warehouse layout obtained the amount of distance 2.067,35 m with the total distance of the initial layout 2.373 m and has a level of 12,88 % efficiency compared to the initial layout. In total cost layout the final proposal has a total cost of Rp.18.922.030 with the total initial cost of Rp 39.926.050 and the new proposed warehouse layout has an efficiency level of 52,6% compared to the initial layout.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of liquidity ratios, leverage, and profitability on stock prices of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of the F test obtained the value of Sig. F- Calculate 0.002 < 0.05, which means that the variables Current Ratio (CR) (X1), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) (X2), and Return On Assets (ROA) (X3) simultaneously affect stock prices. ( Y) Property and Real Estate company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. On the other hand, the t test results show Sig. t-count, Current Ratio (CR) = 0.776> 0.05, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) = 0.047 <0.05, and Return On Equity (ROE) = 0.003 < 0.05. From the partial calculation, the variable Debt to Equity Ratio (DER)(X2) and Return On Assets (ROA)(X3) have a significant influence on the Stock Price (Y) of the Property and Real Estate Industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The Variable Current Ratio (CR) (X1) does not significantly affect the Stock Price (Y) of the Property and Real Estate Industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Every company always has a desire to improve service quality through effective and efficient performance. Employees are human resources that need to be managed, studied and evaluated properly and correctly, with the hope of being able to produce creativity and innovation to achieve company goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance.The populations in this study were all 46 employees of PT. BPR Bank Jombang Perseroda. The sampling method applied in this research is saturated sampling, which includes sampling the entire population, and the analytical methodology employed is Partial Least Square.The research findings and subsequent discussions led to the following conclusions: if a high sense of job satisfaction has an impact on enhancing employee performance, proper work discipline has an impact on enhancing employee performance.

Abstract

Performance is a evaluate of the eclat of a corporation or organization in achieving the goals that have been set which are usually carried out by human resources. Successful performance requires reliable competence from human resources, besides that compensation is also needed to motivate people to be more enthusiastic about working. In the current era of globalization, especially with the Covid-19 pandemic, MSMEs are required to start from producing quality products to optimizing HR management. These research purpose to decide the impact of competence and remuneration to performance of KUB Mampu Jaya Surabaya employees. These research uses a quantitative method and data collection use a questionnaire in a five-point Likert Scale as a measuring tool. The populace and sample of these study were all employes KUB Mampu Jaya Surabaya, totaling 38 respondents with saturated sampling technique. In this study using primary data. In this study using data analysis techniques is (PLS) Partial Least Square. The results of this study are : 1) The higher the competence of the employees of KUB Mampu Jaya Surabaya, the performance will increase. 2) The higher the competence given by KUB Mampu Jaya Surabaya, the performance will increase. Abstract

Students as part of society become potential individuals to try investing This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, investment motivation, and risk preference on stock investment interest of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jawa Timur University. Collected data by distributing questionnaries to 110 active undergraduate students of the Economics and Business Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jawa Timur University using the purposive sampling method with predetermined criteria. Partial Least Square (PLS) is used as the analysis method of this research. The result showed that there was no effect of financial literacy on interest in stock investment. However, motivation and risk preferences show a significant positive effect on interest in stock investment. Keywords: investment interest, financial literacy, investment motivation, risk preferences.
