Abstract

Performance improvement is the result of well-planned employee activities and coordination to carry out all forms of procedures and a good company is a company that truly maintains the safety and health of its employees by making rules on occupational health and safety that are enforced by all employees and company leaders. A healthy workforce is expected to work productively, increase employee productivity, improve employee performance, and support the company's business success in building and developing its business. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The object of research at PT. Call for Independent Karsa. The sample used as many as 82 respondents with a sampling technique that is simple random sampling. The data of this research are primary data of questionnaires related to occupational health, work safety, and employee performance. Analysis of the data used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS software version 25. The results showed that occupational health had a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance. Work safety has a positive and significant effect partially on employee performance. Occupational health and safety have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability and company growth with dividend policy as a moderating variable on the value of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sector listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for 2017 – 2020 period. The research method used is causal research, the sample used is 18 companies, and analyzed with moderated regression analysis. The results of this study, are Profitability has a significant positive effect on Food and Beverage Company Value, Company Growth has no significant effect on Food and Beverage Company Value, Dividend Policy can weaken the influence of Profitability on Company Value, and Dividend Policy does not have a significant effect on Company Growth on The value of the company.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of trading frequency, trading volume and market capitalization on stock returns in the Coal Mining sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study amounted to 4 companies selected using the purpose sampling method. The analytical tool used is SPSS version 23. Based on the analysis that has been done, the results show that trading frequency has a significant effect on stock returns. Trading volume has a significant effect on stock returns. Market capitalization has a significant effect on stock returns. The magnitude of the influence of the independent variable can affect the dependent variable, which is 45.5% and the remaining 54.5% is influenced by other factors that are not included in the research model.

Abstract

URCPJ yaitu tim yang bekerja di Unit Pelayanan Teknis Daerah Pengelolaan Jalan Dan jembatan, tim ini bekerja memelihara jalan secara rutin berkala agar tetap dalam kondisi yang baik. Unit kerja tim ini adalah dalam lingkup 1 Kabupaten dalam satu Unit Pelayanan Teknis Daerah meliputi 4 kecamatan. Tim ini melakuan perbaikan dengan cara tanggap cepat jika diimbangi ketersediaan material. Tujuan pembuatan sop ini adalah sebagai dasar dan pedoman dalam bekerja Tim URCPJ. Tujuan pembuatan SOP adalah sebagai dasar dan pedoman dalam bekerja tim URCPJ, serta mampu menciptakan pola kerja yang efektif dan menjadi tenaga kerja yang bertanggung jawab dan profesional. Jenis pekerjaan yang dilakukan tim URCPJ dapat berubah sesuai dengan kondisi lapangan dan pekerjaan bergantung pada kondisi cuaca dan faktor lain karena setiap wilayah memiliki kontur dan keunikan jalan di daerah masing - masing. Tim URCPJ ini melakukan perbaikan dengan tanggap dan cepat jika diimbangi ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the economy in Indonesia experienced a decline, especially MSMEs. It is important for MSMEs to switch strategies in dealing with this pandemic, one of which is by using an online system in the sales process, as was done by MSMEs "SwiitieandSalty". This move to an online system has created a new risk for MSMEs, namely supply chain problems. The purpose of this study is to analyze the risks experienced by using the FMEA and AHP methods. The results of this study are that there are two types of risks that need to be prioritized, namely the risk of late delivery at the Situbondo agent with an RPN value of 8.15 and the risk of product damage to the Jakarta agent with an RPN value of 9.24.
