This research aims to assess the impact of environmental, social and governance factors on company valuation. This research utilizes a sample of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2018 to 2022. Data analysis utilizes multiple regression analysis, with the independent variable represented by the ESG score and the dependent variable represented by firm value . The analysis was carried out using evwies 12. Research findings show that the implementation of Environmental and Social disclosures does not produce a statistically significant impact on company valuation. In the field of corporate affairs, it has been empirically shown that governance transparency practices have a major impact on overall company value.

This research aims to test whether Celebrity Endors and Product Quality can partially influence Purchase Intentions in E-Commerce or purchase intentions, as well as the role of brand trust in mediating this influence. This research has a population, namely consumers of Scarlet products, while the sample is 149 consumers of Scarlet Whitening in Bengkulu who were obtained using a questionnaire, and selected through a non-probability sampling technique, namely convenience sampling. Data analysis used using the PLS SEM method for the Smart PLS program. The research results show that Celebrity Endors have a significant and positive influence on brand trust, Product quality has a significant and positive influence on brand trust, Brand trust has a significant and positive influence on purchase intention, Product quality has a significant and positive influence on purchase intention, Celebrity Endors does not have a significant influence on purchase intention through brand trust and Product Quality has a significant influence on purchase intention through brand trust.

Digital transformation in the financial sector has fundamentally reshaped the way individuals, especially university students, manage their personal finances. The widespread use of cashless payment systems such as digital wallets (e-wallets), QRIS, and mobile banking, along with easy access to online shopping platforms like Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada, has not only simplified transactions but also significantly influenced consumption patterns. This study aims to examine the influence of cashless payments and online shopping applications on the financial management behavior of students. The research adopts a literature review method by analyzing various relevant academic journals, theses, and scholarly books. Findings reveal that while digital transaction tools enhance efficiency in financial management, they also pose risks of impulsive spending if not accompanied by adequate financial literacy and self-control. Students often exhibit consumer behavior driven by digital promotions, installment facilities, and credit features such as paylater. Therefore, financial literacy and the development of sound financial management habits are crucial to building financially resilient and literate student communities. The study recommends that higher education institutions take a more active role in integrating financial literacy into the academic curriculum and fostering awareness among students to make wise financial decisions in the digital era.)

This study aims to understand the purchase intention of Mixue products in Generation Z in Bengkulu City. included in quantitative research using purposive sampling technique. The population of this study is generation z who live in Bengkulu city with an age range of 17 years - 26 years and have bought mixue products as many as 160 respondents. This research uses SEM-PLS version 4.0. The results of this study indicate that Viral marketing has a significant effect on purchase intention, Brand image has a significant effect on purchase intention, E-wom has no significant effect on purchase intention, Store atmosphere has a significant effect on purchase intention. can also conduct more in-depth research with the development of more comprehensive variables and more specific units of analysis. Future research can consider expanding the object of research so that the results obtained are more accurate than this study

The aim of this research is to analyze customer loyalty through the cashback program and discount vouchers provided by the ShopBack application. Descriptive qualitative with survey design is the type of research used. The Shopback application acts as a research object. Interviews with 5 sources who used the ShopBack application were the primary data source used, while comprehensive observations of phenomena in the ShopBack application review feature on the AppStore and PlayStore from January to September 2023 were the secondary data source used. The research results show that cashback and discount vouchers have helped the ShopBack application increase customer loyalty. The ShopBack application has succeeded in creating an attractive online shopping ecosystem for its customers by combining strategy and customer data analysis. This effort can be a good example for other e-Payment applications that want to increase customer loyalty in the competitive digital era.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of macroeconomics by proxies for inflation, interest rates, exchange rates and unemployment rates in influencing firm value with capital structure as a mediating variable in LQ45 companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The objects in this study were 28 LQ45 companies for 5 years, 2017-2021, using a data collection technique, namely purposive sampling, to obtain a sample of 140 data. The method used in testing the data is panel regression analysis. The result of this test is that inflation has a significant positive effect on firm value. The form of inflation that can support the results of this investigation is creeping inflation, where inflation is identified by a slow increase in prices because it is less than 10% per year, has a small percentage and is a relatively long term. Based on this type of inflation, investors will be more interested in investing due to the volatility of trading in commodity prices. Other independent variables such as interest rates, exchange rates and unemployment rates do not have a significant impact on firm value. Then all the independent variables studied have no significant effect on firm value which is mediated by capital structure.

In the current era of globalization, HR management has become the main focus in achieving success for a company. Quality human resources will provide significant benefits and help companies gain competitive advantage amidst increasingly fierce business competition. This can be seen from HR’s ability to achieve company goals optimally through effective HR management practices. This research was conducted to examine the influence of motivation, work environment, leadership style, and discipline on work productivity. This research uses a quantitive method using a google form containing questions that are distributed to respondent. The total sample in this study was 342 respondent, the data was processed using SPSS version 26. The research result showed that the variables motivation, leadership style, and discipline had a significant effect on work productivity while the work environment had no significant effect.

This research aims to examine the influence of workplace spirituality and leader-member exchange on organizational citizenship behavior mediated by job satisfaction in Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) Prov. Bengkulu. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Provincial Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR). Bengkulu consisting of 235 respondents. The data source in this research is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to the research population. The analysis method used is SEM-PLS. The results of this research show that workplace spirituality influences organizational citizenship behavior. Leader-member exchange influences organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction influences organizational citizenship behavior. workplace spirituality influences job satisfaction, leader-member exchange influences job satisfaction. Workplace spirituality influences organizational citizenship behavior, mediated by job satisfaction. Leader-member exchange influences organizational citizenship behavior, mediated by job satisfaction.

In 2022, the amount of waste available on the website (SIPSN) shows an accumulation of 35,953,862.11 tons of waste every year. Therefore, the aim of this research is to determine the influence of Environmental Knowledge and Environmentally Friendly Packaging on the intention to repurchase environmentally friendly products through Green Trust. Data was collected via an online questionnaire with a total of 210 respondents. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and SMART PLS software version 4.0. The research results state that environmental knowledge has a positive and significant effect on the level of consumer trust in the green environment. The use of Green Packaging also has a positive and significant impact on consumers' Green Trust levels. Green Trust has a positive and significant effect on Green Repurchase Intention. This research also states that Environmental Knowledge has a direct positive and significant effect on Green Repurchase Intention through the mediating role of the level of Green Trust. Apart from that, Green Packaging has a positive influence on Green Repurchase Intention through trust in Green Trust as an intermediary. Knowledge of the environment and the use of environmentally friendly packaging can encourage consumer confidence to repurchase Frisian Flag products.

In the current era of globalization, there is increasing public demand for dental and oral health services. Along with the increasing demand for dental and oral health services, many new hospitals are present, as well as with the increasing demand for medical personnel, especially dentists. The large number of hospitals present encourage consumers to be selective in choosing health services with good quality. This problem causes competition among health service providers. For this reason, companies are required to carry out dynamic changes, so that they can remain competitive and survive with other companies. One of the strategies that must be carried out by the company is to pay attention to its human resources. Human resources play a very important role for the company, because human resources are a driving force in the company's activities in order to achieve the strategic goals planned beforehand. Coupled with a decrease in the number of patient visits in the last 7 months. Human resources are the main key in solving this problem. This research is a quantitative research. The population used was permanent dentists and the sample used was total sampling (all populations were sampled), totaling 58 permanent dentists. This research was analyzed using SPSS 25. The results of this research are 1) Motivation, competence, work environment and job satisfaction simultaneously influences dentist performance 2) Motivation partially influences dentist performance 3) Competence partially influences dentist performance 4) Work environment partially influences dentist performance 5) Job satisfaction partially influences dentist performance.
