Abstract

This research aims 1)Describe and explain in depth the concept of religious character formation and discipline through tahfidz Al-Qur'an activities in Kindergarten Kindergarten Al Hamid and TK Blossom Banjarmasin, 2) Describe and explain in depth the process of religious character and discipline through tahfidz Al-Qur'an activities Qur'an in Kindergartens TK Al Hamid and TK Blossom Banjarmasin, 3) Describe and explain in depth the religious character of alumni as a result of the method of forming religious character and discipline through tahfidz Al-Qur'an activities in Kindergarten of Al Hamid Kindergarten and Blossom Kindergarten Banjarmasin. The method used is qualitative. The results of the study obtained from interview and observational data showed that the activity of tahfidz Al-Qur'an was the initial strategy applied by the teacher in instilling religious and disciplined characters in their students. The program for reciting the Koran, praying Duha, praying and praying Dzuhur together.

Abstract

The rise of slashing as an alternative to profitable work is carried out by the middle to lower class people of Muara Teweh. Passing is done because of the lack of job opportunities so that the community is a source of livelihood. This work for some people in Muara Teweh is only used as a side job because the income from the main job is not enough to meet their daily needs, the purpose of this study is to describe the actions of the BBM slasher, to describe the function of the BBM slasher community group, to analyze the consequences received or experienced by the slasher with the presence of slimming activity. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. Data source selected by purposive sampling. The data collection was carried out by the technique of observation, interview and documentation. Technical data analysis using qualitative analysis with data reduction steps, data presentation and  drawing conclusions, shunts The results of the study illustrate the prevalence of  be used as a side job, take advantage of living conditions,  provide a lot of profit and little capital, the function of the curator group  is of two kinds, namely the function of the group for individuals as a means of  establish social relations and group functions for the community as  social control, the positive impact is for people who are far away facilitate the distribution of fuel to villages, create new job opportunities  The negative impact is for the shunters themselves, such as competition between fellow  pangsirs, conflicts among shunters and the general public who are currently experiencing  queuing for fuel at gas stations, raiding smugglers' losses, paying fines, and  confiscation of goods.

Abstract

The increase in population and economic needs in Banjar District, to be precise, the Peat District, has an effect on the increasing land needs for community activities. This is one of the driving forces for the conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural land. On the other hand, the increasing need for food has made the government have to establish a policy to protect food agricultural land so that it is not converted. Efforts to control the change in the function of food land need to look at the factors that affect land use change in each region. Thus, the established program is more effective because it is able to answer the problems faced by the community, especially land owners. This study aims to determine the factors of land change and the impact of the change in function from agricultural to non-agricultural land for farmers. This research method uses qualitative methods through collecting data through the stages of observation, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. As well as interviews. The results of the study in the factor of land conversion for farmers due to government policies and economic pressure that occurred in family life. The impact of land use change in the Peat District that is felt by the farmers is the narrow land for cultivation and flooding that cannot be calculated when the water rises

Abstract

The life of the river community in South Kalimantan with the dynamics that surround it over time has undergone a cultural transformation. The cultural transformation that is sometimes so fast makes the orientation of the people change too. These changes are recorded and illustrated in the works of painters from South Kalimantan through scratches on canvas. This research has the aim of being an inventory as well as an insight into the meaning behind river paintings in South Kalimantan as a representation of past communities. The historical method is used to explore data and facts from events left by historical actors, both in the form of writing, paintings, and relics that they have used. Changes in the people of South Kalimantan can be seen or traced through historical research. The results of this study can clearly describe the social reality and beauty of the river communities in South Kalimantan which have changed through the painter's strokes in pictures from time to time. This reality can provide a new understanding of painting as an aesthetic portrait of the traces of the past. Thus, river painting in South Kalimantan can be viewed from various aspects, one of which is through its historiography.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on the sector in Indonesia. One of them occurred in jengkol producers in Pingaran village, Banjar Regency, which decreased by 50%. This study aims to describe the social capital that exists in the lives of jengkol producers and the contribution of social capital in the jengkol business continuity strategy during the covid-19 pandemic. That approach is qualitative. Collecting data through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis went through the reduction, presentation, and conclusion stages and was finally verified. The benefit of this research is that it can determine the contribution of social capital and strategies in maintaining a business amid the covid-19 pandemic. The results of the study explain the elements of social capital that are formed, namely networks, norms, and trust. The most dominant element of social capital in the jengkol business is the network element. The strategies carried out by jengkol producers in business continuity include good relations between fellow jengkol traders, using secret ingredients, expanding marketing networks, and using government funding as a solution for capital continuity.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how implementation learning strategies (application of learning the value of independence develop and what factors influence, both those that support or hinder learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic at the State Integrated PAUD institution Pembina Timur Banjarmasin, which is located at Jalan Pangeran Hidayatullah (Lingkar). In the North) Gang SMP 14 RW. 001 RT. 05 NO. 47 Benua Anyar Village, East Banjarmasin District. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach with multi-site research. The results found in the field that the strategy for developing the value of independence for early childhood is to establish cooperation good relationship between the school and parents, providing daily, weekly and monthly activities with holistic programs. The resulting independence of children is being able to be separated from their parents, being responsible for their duties, choosing play activities, putting bags in lockers, removing and installing shoes That is, wearing their own clothes, tidying up play equipment and writing utensils, washing hands, eating and drinking alone, brushing teeth, wearing mukena and other prayer utensils. Dare to appear in front of the class and the camera when studying online.

Abstract

Huzai Junus Djok Mentaya is a press figure in South Kalimantan. He started his career as an Editor at the Student's pulpit, the campus newspaper as the mouthpiece for WE at Lambung Mangkurat University in the 1960s. And he was active in the student/Tritura movement in South Kalimantan to overthrow the Old Order and the PKI in 1966 and was a member of 66 activists. Until he founded the largest print media in Banjarmasin, namely the Banjarmasin Post which was founded on August 2, 1971. With his determination and hard work, the press continued to progress and develop. fast. The end result of his struggle, Djok Mentaya, has his name enshrined on a street in Banjarmasin, to commemorate and honor his services. This study explains the biography and describes the value of Djok Mentaya as a press figure in South Kalimantan. And describes efforts to make values as a source of social studies learning.This study uses historical and descriptive qualitative research methods.The results of the study show that the figure of Djok Mentaya has a value ofcourage, unyielding and willing to sacrifice, hard work, so that later it is used as a social studies learning resource and integrated into the social studies learning process.

Abstract

Face-to-face learning (PTM) during the pandemic does not provide comfort for students and social studies teachers in learning at school. Learning requires students and teachers to strictly carry out PROKES, from wearing masks to not being allowed to gather. In addition to students, teachers face the same problem when required to complete curriculum targets (emergency) with shorter study times. The aims of this study are to (1) describe the implementation of learning during a pandemic; (2) the constraints experienced during the implementation of PTM during the pandemic; (3) Implementation of PTM which is expected to overcome the obstacles faced during the pandemic. The subjects of this study were principals, teachers and students in the city of Banjarmasin as many as 37 people. Structured interviews were conducted via google form. Data were analyzed by following the Miles and Huberman models. This article concludes that the choice of learning methods with PTM in the midst of a pandemic, according to students the most important thing is that it is easier to accept lessons and more effective communication with fellow friends and teachers. Social studies teachers are easier to condition the class so that the material that has been prepared is easier to convey. The main obstacle for PTM is the shorter study time so that the curriculum targets are difficult to achieve. Second, the difficulty of communicating between students and teachers because they have to carry out strict PROKES both in the use of masks and prohibition of gathering. This study recommends a more comprehensive investigation of the implementation of PTM in order to find the right formulation for the implementation of PTM to run effectively.

Abstract

This research describes the facts that occur in the community or school and able to provide answers and solutions in dealing with the process learning to keep going well in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic seen from the fulfillment of the needs of teenagers at SMAN 2 Banjarmasin. This research aims: (1) to classify the needs of youth in SMAN 2 Banjarmasin, (2) Describe the forms of efforts to meet the needs of youth in the learning process on the subject of Sociology at SMAN 2 Banjarmasin, (3) Analyzing the fulfillment of adolescent needs in the learning process on the eyesSociology lessons during the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic at SMAN 2 Banjarmasin. The method used in this research is the method qualitative and data collection by purposive sampling. Collection technique with triangulation (combined), data analysis is inductive/qualitative, and the results Qualitative research emphasizes meaning rather than generalization. The results of the study show that (1) the needs of adolescents include:safety needs, physiological needs, needs for acceptance, needs to be appreciated, self-actualization needs, social needs, physical needs, the need for status, the need for achievement, and the need for venting (2) Educators have made various efforts to fulfill the needs of adolescents in the learning process in the subject of Sociology at SMAN 2 Banjarmasin preferring to use the learning method. Prepare different learning media from the meeting previously.
