Abstract

Glaucoma is an eye disease that causes the second largest blindness after cataracts, this disease can cause decreased vision and can even be fatal, namely permanent blindness if it is not realized and treated immediately. Lack of information and education to the public to always maintain eye health is the basis for the purpose of making this expert system which aims to provide early diagnosis to people who are indicated to have glaucoma based on the symptoms or characteristics previously felt. The Naïve bayes method is a method that uses statistics and probability in predicting a person's chance of suffering from glaucoma based on the symptoms previously felt. It is made based on a website with PHP as the programming language and uses MySQL for the database. As for the comparison method used is the Certainty factor, which is a method that functions to determine a certainty value based on the calculation of the predetermined CF value by applying manual calculations. In the Naïve bayes method, the application can group symptom data and types of disease and can diagnose based on previous training data, while for the Certainty factor method based on the calculation of the value of the expert and the CF value that has been inputted by the user, it can produce a percentage of the diagnosis of the disease glaucoma in 96%.Keywords:Certainty factor, Expert System, Glaucoma, MySQL, Naïve bayes, PHP.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk membuat suatu aplikasi sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosa penyakit pada tanaman rambutan yang bisa diakses kapanpun dan dimanapun sehingga penanganan terhadap penyakit tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan tepat. Metode Forward Chaining dan Certainty Factor digunakan karena sangat cocok untuk sistem pakar yang mendiagnosis sesuatu yang belum pasti sehingga hasil diagnosa perhitungan manual dari data gejala dan nilai pakar yang ada menghasilkan persentase tingkat keyakinan sebesar 98.91%, dan diberikan solusi untuk mengatasi tanaman yang terserang penyakit. Implementasi menggunakan Android Studio agar aplikasi dapat berjalan dengan dinamis diberbagai perangkat sehingga para petani dapat mengetahui langsung apa yang terjadi dengan kondisi tanaman rambutan mereka saat itu juga.Kata Kunci:Tanaman Rambutan, Sistem Pakar, Android, Forward Chaining, Certainty Factor.

Abstract

In the world of education, scholarships are financing or subsidies provided by the government, companies, universities, and other educational institutions. This study aims to design and build a decision support system to assist and facilitate the school in determining prospective recipients of scholarship assistance for poor and high achievers with the criteria determined by the scholarship organizer. With this, the researcher designed and built a decision support system using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method which was then compared by the Imple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Elimination Et Choix Traduisant la Realite (ELECTRE) method. So that the results of the design of this system are able to assist in determining prospective scholarship recipients. The comparison of the 3 methods shows the results of the ranking of criteria that are slightly different, but basically, the 3 methods can be used properly to solve the problem of determining the scholarship recipient.Keywords:Support System, Analytical Hierarchy Proses (AHP), Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dan Elimation Et Choix Traduisant la Realite (ELECTRE).

Abstract

A lot of census data in the sub-district is very useful and helps the social service to provide social assistance in a sub-district. With this Business Intelligence system, it can help analyze information on providing social assistance with the help of using the Tableau Tools so that the information is more detailed and displays a graphic / dashboard visualization. This research is to analyze how certain people who receive social assistance for residents of Setiabudi sub-district, and each provision of social assistance will be collected from the sub-district and submitted to each sub-district to be able to data with certainty, using the number of data on the head of the family registered in Setiabudi District.Keywords:Business Intelligence, Tableau Tools, OLAP, Government Agencies.
