Abstract

PT. Beton Perkasa Wijaksana has experienced a drastic drop in product sales, resulting in an overload of raw materials in warehouses. The reason is because PT. Beton Perkasa Wijaksana lost cooperation with several foreign companies that had previously become regular customers who purchased products from PT Beton Perkasa Wijaksana. Therefore, it is necessary to control the inventory of raw materials to optimize the inventory in the warehouse. The purpose of this study was to determine the best value of inventory control from the comparison of the two methods, namely the EOQ method and the Min-Max method at PT. Beton Perkasa Wijaksana, so that the inventory of raw materials in the warehouse can be used optimally. The results showed that the value of safety stock, minimum inventory, maximum inventory, and total inventory cost that had smaller values was the EOQ method by minimizing 8% of the Min-Max method. Thus, the better method chosen is Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) by minimizing the direct cost of storing inventory and the inverse cost of ordering supplies

Abstract

PT. INDONESIA TOYOBO FILM SOLUTIONS is an industry that produces plastic sheet / PET film. In this company, there is an accumulation of OM-Chips type of raw material for G2 Film products. The research will apply the Moving Average and Exponential Smoothing Forecasting Methods, and for the planning of the raw materials using the Economic Order Quantity Method. Is this EOQ method capable of costing the raw material inventory so that it can minimize the cost of raw material inventory and the results can also be known later. For forecasting, the results show that the 2-month Moving Average forecasting method has a value of MAD = 19.5 and MAPE = 13.58. For the company's inventory costs in the period August 2020-July 2021 without using the EOQ method, which is Rp. 45,499,623. And after using the EOQ method in the period August 2020-July 2021, the results of the inventory cost of Rp. 36,252,000. There was a decrease in inventory costs in the period August 2020-July 2021 by 11.31%. Meanwhile, the raw material inventory for the upcoming period August 2021-July 2022 uses the EOQ method for the number of economical purchases per order, which is 93.81 Tons, with a purchase frequency of 19 times. And for the safety stock of 41.44 tons with a Re-Order Point value of 246.78. From the results of these calculations, it was obtained that the inventory costs for the August 2021-July 2022 period were Rp. 28,141,500

Abstract

In the present work the sugar plant in Sragen, Central Java, Indonesia has ten evaporators that can be configured to five effect evaporators. The optimization ofenergy demand, finding optimum operating condition of LowPressure Steam (LPS), and choosing the best configuration of multiple effect evaporator (MEE) were performed by pinch analysis. In this paper, LPS at 0.4 kg/cm2.G – 1.1 kg/cm2.G were evaluated. The results show that the optimum operating condition of LPS was at 0.9 kg/cm2.G – 1.1 kg/cm2.G. This optimum operating condition enhances the energy saving by about 30% compared to that of existing plant (0.4 kg/cm2.G). The best performance value that can be achieved were Steam on Cane (SOC) by 43.50% and Steam Economy (SE) by 2.1

Abstract

Planning production capacity to meet demand is a challenge for companies. Inventory and fulfillment rate problems become an issue in every planning process. The company aims to minimize inventory and maximize the level of demand fulfillment. Small production activities will minimize total inventory but reduce the level of demand fulfillment, and vice versa. Abstract

Analysis of the sticking problem on the xyz tablet using the PDCA method at PT. Sunthi Sepuri. Products that have a good level of quality will certainly get its own value for consumers. That's why the quality of a product is a measure of the success of a product.. Every company must carry out activities in its business and every activity has certain goals to be achieved as the direction of the implementation of its activities. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to control and supervise the day-to-day operations of the company's business. PT. Sunthi Sepuri is one of the companies in Tangerang that produces pharmaceutical products or known as pharmaceutical manufacturers and PT. Sunthi Sepuri is a subsidiary of Nugra Santana Group. During the product production process, there must be imperfections in producing tablets, resulting in defects in tablets. Problems with tablets include black spots, sticking (clots), capping (broken/split), variations in weight and variations in hardness. Based on observations for one month, the most defect problem in XYZ tablets is sticking. Fishbone Diagram is a problem solving technique that helps to think through the many possible causes of a problem to be solved. And PDCA is a model for continuous improvement by planning, doing, checking, and taking action. Abstract

The construction project of Toll road is a strategic infrastructure project, because it is a national strategic project so the government has made an Acceleration Program for Accelerating Toll Road construction of approximately 1100 km and the government expectations that the toll road can be used immediately One of the analyze method can be used to analyze the project acceleration is the Time Cost Trade Off (TCTO). Analysis method which is processed from secondary data which aims to speed up the project completion time and analyze how the time can be shortened by adding a minimum cost toward activities that can be accelerate the time project. The alternative used for this method is the addition of overtime hours. After analyzing the project using the Time Cost Trade Off (TCTO) method, the acceleration of project completion was found to be 123 days from the normal 158 days with an efficiency of project time of 19% and also an optimum cost efficiency of 2%. Abstract

Popay (Youth Cares for Orphans) is a non-profit organization that collects, manages, and distributes aid to orphans in the form of cash and basic materials for daily needs. So far, the process of recording and collecting data carried out by the organization uses the traditional model, where all data and transaction records are still using paper and are vulnerable to loss or damage due to poor management of records. To increase the effectiveness and efficiency of data management in the Popay organization, a website-based data processing information system was created. At the stage of making this website, the Rapid Application Development (RAD) development method was used. This system is designed to be responsive so that it can adapt optimally to any device. The importance of adjusting the display design to the screen of the device used in order to provide convenience to organizational administrators when filling in data for orphans from house to house, as well as for donors who want to access information without need for special devices such as laptops. With the management information system in the Popay organization, it helps the organization's management in managing data systematically and makes it easier for the public as well as donors to obtain activity information and reports on the use of funds.

Abstract

PT Wirataco Mitra Mulia (WMM) is a company engaged in the construction of stone crushers such as split , medium , and stone ash. Problems that often occur in general in this company, one of which is not meeting the demands of consumers, where production supplies do not meet the demands of consumers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the inventory of asphalt materials at PT. Wirataco Mita Mulia. RCCP is a method used to analyze production inventory capacity in meeting production demand capacity needs while making a master production schedule (JIP), calculating efficiency, and calculating utility. Machine capacity 1 working day 8 hours and 1 work shift, 1 week = 6 working days, 1 month = 24 working days. Available time per month = 24 working days. The comparison made after the research shows that the split demand capacity = 10560 M3 while the available capacity = 14668 M3. Medium demand capacity = 7447, while available capacity = 13979 M3. For rock ash demand capacity = 7092 M3 while available capacity = 3416 M3, it means that the split and medium inventory capacities are met. Meanwhile, the demand for rock ash production was not met. For this reason, the company should carry out production planning based on the master production schedule and RCCP, so that the supply of rock ash can be fulfilled.
