Abstract

Abstract Food safety is an important aspect in public health, especially in preventing foodborne diseases. This study aims to analyze pathogenis microbial contamination in several food samples such Dried Anchovy, Dried Shrimp dan Brownies. The test methods used include otal plate count (measuring the total number of microbes in the sample), Most Probable Number (MPN) to detect Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus test and Salmonella test. The results showed that all food samples tested were still within the safe limits set by the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) and the Food and Drug Administration (BPOM) so they were suitable for consumption. Therefore, this study emphasizes the importance of microbiological monitoring and testing in ensuring food safety to prevent health risks due to pathogenic microbial contamination. Abstrak Kemanan pangan merupakan aspek penting dalam kesehatan masyarakat terutama dalam mencegah penyakit akibat pangan (Foodborne Diseases). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis cemaran mikroba patogen pada beberapa sampel pangan seperti Dried Anchovy, Dried Shrimp dan Brownies. Metode pengujian yang digunakan meliputi angka lempeng total (mengukur jumlah keseluruhan mikroba dalam sampel), Most Probable Number (MPN) untuk mendeteksi Escherichia coli, uji Staphylococcus aureus dan uji Salmonella. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa seluruh sampel pangan yang diuji masih berada dalam batas aman yang ditetapna oleh Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) dan Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM) sehingga layak untuk dikonsumsi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pengawasan dan pengujian mikrobiologis dalam memastikan keamanan pangan untuk mencegah risiko kesehatan akibat kontaminasi mikroba patogen.

Abstract

Water apple contains high levels of nutrition and vitamin C for the body. This provides great potential for water apple because the demand for production increases every year. The decline in water apple production in North Sumatra is caused by poor seed types. Vegetative propagation by cuttings, cutting methods and administration of auxin PGR are expected to produce quality seeds. This study aims to determine the effect of cutting methods, administration of auxin PGR, and the interaction of cutting methods and auxin PGR on the growth of water apple shoot cuttings (Syzygium aqueum L.) on oasis media. This study used a factorial randomized block design (RAK) with 2 factors and 3 replications. The data obtained were analyzed using the ANOVA test and continued with the Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT). The results showed that the best cutting method treatment was flat cutting on the percentage of cutting survival and net assimilation rate. The best administration of auxin PGR was a concentration of 100 ppm on the percentage of cutting survival, early emergence of shoots, number of shoots, relative growth rate and net assimilation rate and a concentration of 200 ppm on root length and number of roots.

Abstract

TPACK (Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge) is a basic skill for educators in today's modern era. Even TPACK is referred to as one of the factors that determines the success or failure of learning activities carried out, namely a teacher, so the quality of teachers can be an important factor in improving the quality of education. Teachers are required to have several competencies in the form of a set of mastery of abilities that must be present in teachers, especially in the use of technology, one of which is the application of AI (Artificial Intelligence). For teachers, the use of AI technology can help improve teaching skills, professional development, and provide support in learning assessment and management. This study uses a qualitative research method using a qualitative inductive analysis approach. Qualitative data is collected through activities to make notes of data and information that is heard and seen, then the data is analyzed. The results of the study show that the AI ​​digital literacy profile of teachers at SMAN 1 Mranggen can be concluded to be in the Very Good category (85%) with the following 3 indicators: 1) Ability to use digital media, namely 87% (Very Good); 2) Critical Understanding, namely 90% (Very Good); 3) Communication Skills, namely 76% (Good).

Abstract

Field studies show that students' higher order thinking skills (HOTS) are still low. This research aims to determine the impact of using the flipped classroom model on students' higher order thinking skills (HOTS). In its implementation, this research used a quasi-experimental method. There are two classes used, namely the control class and the experimental class, which were obtained using the cluster random sampling technique. The experimental class uses a flipped classroom model and the control class uses a exspository learning model. The instruments used in this research is test. The test instrument is to measure students' HOTS. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, the sig value is obtained. 0.000 < 0.05 so it can be seen that the flipped classroom model can be used to increase students' HOTS.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah keefektifan implementasi model pembelajaran lingkungan hidup menggunakan media computer online. Model pembelajaran sengaja dirancang untuk digunakan guru SMK mengajar lingkungan hidup secara valid, dan efektif. Jenis penelitian ini, adalah penelitian tindakan, dalam penelitian tindakan mendesain perangkat pembelajaran, instrument lembar penilaian observer divalidasi ahli pendidikan, ahli media teknologi informasi hasilnya secara keseluruhan valid, dan layak untuk digunakan di dalam kelas. Hasil uji coba implementasi di dalam kelas: Belum Efektif, implementasi model pembelajaran lingkungan hidup menggunakan media computer dinyatakan belum efektif karena ketuntasan hasil pembelajaran diperoleh 83,01%, masih lebih kecil dari 85%. Hasil kegiatan aktivitas siswa, dimana aktivitas siswa belum tercapai secara keseluruhan dari delapan aktivitas siswa yang dinilai, Walaupun kemampuan guru dalam mengelolah pembelajaran sudah kategori tinggi. Temuan observer dalam kegiatan pembelajaran diperoleh siswa tidak memiliki basis keilmuan computer, sehingga belajar menggunakan media computer sedikit mengalami kesulitan menguasai materi karena dibatasi waktu dan tidak terbiasa membaca lewat monitor computer. Penelitian tindakan mengimplementasikan model pembelajaran lingkungan hidup menggunakan media computer secara online pada siswa SMK jurusan teknik mesin semua perangkat pembelajaran dinyatakan valid, dan belum efektif karena ketuntasan hasil belajar belum terpenuhi mencapai 85%.

Abstract

Shrimp head flour is processed from shrimp processing waste and used as an alternative feed that has a fairly high nutritional content. While mung bean flour is processed from the main ingredient of mung beans that have been semi-processed which have a fairly high vegetable protein content. The purpose of this study was to see whether the provision of additional feed of mung bean flour (Vigna radiata L.) and shrimp head flour affects the weight and protein content of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). The design used in this study was a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments on 20 tilapia. P0 = 100% commercial feed, P1 = 75% commercial feed, 20% shrimp head flour, and 5% mung bean flour, P2 = 50% commercial feed, 40% shrimp head flour, 10% mung bean flour, P3 = 25% commercial feed, 60% shrimp head flour, 15% mung bean flour. This study used two parameters, namely the weight of tilapia produced and the protein content of tilapia. Data analysis using one way ANOVA and continued with Duncan's further test. The results obtained in the addition of additional feed of green bean flour and shrimp head flour had a significant effect on the protein content of tilapia with a value of 15.26 (p = 0.000). The results of green bean flour affected the growth of tilapia weight with a value of 13.6% (p = 0.000). The most optimal feed in increasing the protein content and body weight of tilapia was in group P3.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an applicative-integrative E-Module (Electronic Module) based on differentiated learning as a form of support for the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in Senior High Schools. This study uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach by adapting the 4D development model developed by Thiagarajan, Semmel, and Semmel. This model consists of four main stages, namely Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. Thus, it can be concluded that the RPP for the Virus material is included in the "valid" category and is ready to be implemented. Based on the practicality criteria that have been set, it can be concluded that the Biology E-Module for Virus Material from the aspect of teacher response is called "Practical". The percentage of students with a minimum level of competency mastery in the competent category is 92%. So according to the success criteria, namely a minimum of 90% of students in the minimally competent category, the mastery of student competencies has met the classical standards.

Abstract

The background of this study is the low understanding of students of abstract and complex material, as well as the lack of interesting learning media. This study aims to improve the understanding of grade V students on the material of the human circulatory system through the application of the Learner Worksheet (LKPD). This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research subjects were 16 students. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, documentation, and tests in the form of pretests and postests. The results showed that there was a significant increase in students‘ understanding after the application of LKPD, which was shown through the comparison of the scores of students’ pretest and posttest.The use of LKPD is shown through the comparison of pretest and posttest scores. The use of LKPD helps students learn actively and independently, and increases learning engagement and motivation. Thus, the application of LKPD is proven effective in improving students' understanding of human circulatory system material. Keywords: LKPD, Blood Circulation Human Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah rendahnya pemahaman siswa terhadap materi yang bersifat abstrak dan kompleks, serta minimnya media pembelajaran yang menarik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik kelas V terhadap materi sistem peredaran darah manusia melalui penerapan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 16 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dokumentasi, serta test berupa pretest dan postest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman siswa setelah penerapan penggunaan LKPD yang ditunjukkan melalui perbandingan nilai pretest dan postest. Penggunaan LKPD membantu siswa belajar secara aktif dan mandiri, serta meningkatkan keterlibatan dan motivasi belajar. Dengan demikian, penerapan LKPD terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik pada materi sistem peredaran darah manusia. Kata Kunci: LKPD; Peredaran Darah Manusia

Abstract

Kombucha tea is a very interesting traditional drink because this tea is the result of fermentation carried out by a symbiotic culture. The symbiotic culture is SCOOBY (Symbiotic Culture Of Bacteria And Yeast). The tea that can be used is green tea. Green tea contains compounds such as tannins, caffeine, flavonols, flavonoids, alkaloids and saponins. Different types of tea can affect the color of the kombucha. The fermentation time for kombucha tea is 7-14 days. Fermentation time can affect the degree of acidity and physical properties of kombucha tea. This research is a descriptive study which aims to determine the pH and organoleptic properties, namely taste, aroma, color and how to make kombucha tea. The research results showed that the pH of kombucha tea was 2 and in the organoleptic test, many panelists preferred green tea kombucha.

Abstract

Milk is one of the main sources of nutrition for children's growth and development. The quality of milk consumed plays an important role in ensuring that children receive adequate nutrition to maintain their health. One of the efforts of consumers to stop the development of microorganisms and maintain milk quality is to store milk in the refrigerator. The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of the length of storage of SGM formula (0-6 Months) in the refrigerator on the number of bacteria contained in it. The research design was a completely randomized design (CRD) with 6 treatments, namely 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 days of storage, replicated 3 times. The resulting data were analyzed statistically using Anova and Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT). That Day 5, Day 4, and Day 2 had no significant difference in bacterial counts as they had the same notation 'a'. In contrast, Day 1 and Control, which had the notation 'b', were significantly different from the 'a' group, while Day 3 showed marginal differences with both groups
