Abstract

This study aims to implement an intradialytic stationary bicycle exercise intervention to improve fatigue symptoms in hemodialysis patients. The research method used is a literature review. Research results The research results showed that there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group on fatigue subscales such as decreased motivation (P = 0.02) and mental fatigue (P = 0.046). Also, there were significant differences between the experimental and control groups in all fatigue subscales during the third month of intervention and 1 month after intervention. In addition, the results showed that exercise prevented the development of mental fatigue in the experimental group. In conclusion, exercise with a stationary bicycle prevented an increase in fatigue and its subscales, especially mental fatigue, in the test group. Keywords: Hemodialysis, Fatigue, Stationary Bike

Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors that influence the compliance of drug abuse patients in participating in therapeutic community programs at social drug rehabilitation institutions. This research is a systematic journal using the preferred item reporting method for systematic and meta-analysis (PRISMA) from online databases. Therapeutic community programs in social drug rehabilitation institutions do not all run smoothly, so it is necessary to know the factors that influence the compliance of patients who are victims of drug abuse in participating in therapeutic community programs in social drug rehabilitation institutions. The results of this research show that the factors that influence patient compliance in participating in a therapeutic community program include family factors, a counselor's skills in interacting with counselors, economic factors, peer factors, environmental factors including social support, social relationships and social interactions. The conclusion of this research is that there are factors that influence patient compliance in participating in the therapeutic community program in social drug rehabilitation. Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of milk on hematological parameters. The method used is a literature review made through a systematic approach, using the PICO method, by searching for articles in the Pubmed, Scopus, and EBSCOhost databases. The research results showed that 425 articles were found, and seven articles met the inclusion criteria; these articles were fermented milk containing lactic acid bacteria, which are probiotics. Fermented milk products such as yogurt, Yakult, kefir, active, fermented goat's milk, and dahi influence hematological parameters. Namely, they can increase hemoglobin, ferritin, and erythrocyte count and reduce MCV. Milk fermentation affects hematological parameters, namely increasing hemoglobin, ferritin, and erythrocyte count and reducing MCV. Abstract

This study aims to identify stroke symptoms that often occur in first-attack stroke patients. Using observational method with secondary data from medical records of stroke patients. The results of the study showed that the symptoms of stroke that often occurred in first stroke stroke patients were experiencing sudden weakness in the movement of half of the body (hands and feet) as many as 89 people (96.08%). Then, the majority of stroke patients had a history of disease, namely hypertension, 88 people (86.3%). and The majority of stroke onset when patients arrived at the hospital in this study was more than 3.5 hours but still under 24 hours. 63 people (61.8%). The conclusion from this study can be seen that the majority of the main symptoms of a stroke are experiencing sudden weakness in the movement of one side of the body (hands and feet) with the onset of stroke when the patient arrives at the hospital in the majority more than 3.5 hours but still less than 24 hours. Abstract

This study aims to determine the risk of obesity and the effects of hyperthyroid treatment in hyperthyroid patients. The research method used is a systematic review through electronic databases and websites, namely ScienceDirect, Pubmed and Wiley Online Library. The research results showed that of the 7 research articles, 4 articles reported that hyperthyroidism treatment had an effect on the body, one of which was weight gain due to the disease. This needs to be controlled so that you don't become obese. There are articles stating that there is a lack of information about treatment options and their long-term consequences so that patients have no mechanism to predict these potential effects, namely weight gain that will lead to obesity. In conclusion, hyperthyroid patients undergoing treatment need to be given information about the drug therapy they are undergoing in order to reduce/avoid unwanted side effects, namely obesity. Abstract

This research aims to determine the best and most preferred sensory and hedonic characteristics of fermented Pacik kule goldfish (cyprinus carpio) typical of the Alas tribe, Southeast Aceh district. The research method was an experiment using a completely randomized design (CRD) with 3 treatments for the storage time of Pacik kule fish typical of Aceh. With 2 repetitions. Statistical tests for sensory use the Kruskal Wallis test and for hedonic tests use the Fiedman test to see test ranking. The results showed that the sensory characteristics for aroma attributes were different for each sample (p = 0.03 < 0.05). For sensory taste, there are differences in each attribute (p = 0.01 < 0.05). The hedonic test of color, aroma, taste and texture that was most liked by the panelists was found in the F2 fermentation time (12 hour fermentation), with a very like classification and the lowest classification, namely F3 (36 hour fermentation) with a dislike classification. The research conclusion is that the aroma sensory characteristic with the highest intensity is the very aromatic attribute of Pacik kule spices typical of Southeast Aceh, for the taste sensory characteristic with the highest intensity is the characteristic fish taste attribute. The best hedonic test was found in the F2 treatment or fermentation for 12 hours. Keywords: Hedonic, Pacik kule, Sensory

Abstract

This research aims to identify the relationship between education, income, and parenting patterns with the incidence of stunting among toddlers in Sukamulya Village. The research method used is quantitative correlational and uses secondary data. The research results showed that the Chi-square test obtained a p-value (α = 0.05) on the stunting variable with the father's education of 0.831, the mother's education of 0.209, the parents' income of 0.011, and the parents' parenting style of 0.614. The conclusion is that there is a significant relationship between parental income and the incidence of stunting among toddlers in Sukamulya Village. At the same time, the level of the father's education, the mother's education, and parenting patterns do not have a significant relationship with the incidence of stunting.
