Abstract

In the era of digitalization, the development of information and technology is increasing so that we cannot deny the rapid developments in the trade sector. So that the emergence of online trading competition in various markets. E-commerce players must be able to take the initiative to be able to compete, especially in the quality of products offered to consumers, which greatly influences consumer buying interest, good product quality in terms of performance, durability, benefits and others. besides that, the peak of success of a company's progress is in terms of promotions that must be carried out to attract more consumer buying interest. In carrying out promotions to get attention, there are four indicators that are carried out, namely: advertising, sales promotion, publication, and personal selling. As done by the Shopee marketplace, it is very attractive to consumers so that it becomes a marketplace that is in great demand. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an effect of the promotion mix and product quality if it is done simultaneously. Meanwhile, in conducting this research, the quantitative method is used, where the data is collected by distributing questionnaires to students at the Ibn Khaldun University, Bogor. The tool used in processing the data is the SPSS 26 application program. The results show that the promotion mix affects purchasing decisions by looking at t-count > t-table looking at the significance value on X1 which is 0.000 <0.05 and the t-count value > t -table (3,568 > 1,984). Meanwhile, product quality has an effect on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, and a t-count value (3.950) > t-table (1.984). Promotional mix and product quality have an effect on purchasing decisions, while in statements such as honesty in promotions it is still minimal so it needs to be improved again. Abstract

In carrying out a life cycle, we need to make an investment so that the funds we currently have can be used for the next few years. This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of inflation, interest rates, rupiah exchange rate, the money supply and gross domestic product on the composite stock price index. The sampel in this study amounted to 40 data with quarterly data that was limited to the 2011:Q3 to 2021:Q2 observation period and was obtanied through complete sampling. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Hypothesis tested using F test and t test. The results showed that simultaneously (Test F) variable inflation, interest rates, rupiah exchange rate, the money supply and gross domestic product have a positive and significant effect on the composite stock price index (IHSG). Partially (Test t) rupiah exchange rate have a positive and significant effect on the composite stock price index (IHSG). the money supply have a have a positive and no significant effect on the composite stock price index (IHSG). Mean while inflation and gross domestic product have a negatif and no significant effect on the composite stock price index (IHSG). Abstract

The property sector is one of the main sources for realizing investment, with the main sources coming from the industrial and housing sectors.the purpose of this study was to determine whether the variables EPS, ROE, and DER partially and simultaneosly affect the stock price variable. The study was conducted in property and real estate companies registered with JII70 for the period 2018-2020. The samples used were saturated samples taken from ten property and real estate. This research uses a type of quantitative approach. The data used is secondary data in the form of panel data obtained from the annual financial statements and closing stock prices of each company. The analysis method used is a regression analysis date panel eviews. The results showed partially that both EPS and DER variables had a positive effect on stock prices. While partially one variable that has no effect and negative to the stock price is ROE. Simultaneously the three variables EPS, ROE, dan DER have an effect on stock prices. Abstract

In order to increase the country's economic growth, a stimulus is needed that can be used to detect whether there is an effect or not on changes in economic growth. As in the concept of modern economic growth which involves the role of household consumption and government expenditure. This thesis also uses the variable of state debt as a form of economic stimulus so that it will increase further and the distribution of zakat is also used as a driving factor for public consumption. This study aims to analyze whether there is an influence of zakat, consumption, state debt and government spending on economic growth in Indonesia for the period 2018-2020. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from BPS, BI, and the Ministry of Finance through published agency reports that were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of the E-Views 10 Program. The results of this study are the variables of zakat, consumption, state debt and government spending simultaneously have an effect on economic growth in Indonesia for the 2018-2020 period. The basic formulation of the philosophy of Islamic economic development includes the first Tawhid rububiyah, which states the basics of Allah's law to further regulate the development model based on Islam. Second, justice, namely development that is not lame (gaps), but equitable economic development (growth with equity). The third is the Khilafah, which states that humans are Allah's representatives on earth to prosper the earth and are responsible to Allah regarding the management of the resources entrusted to them. and lastly, Tazkiyah, which is to purify humans in their relationship with Allah, each other and the natural environment, society and country. Abstract

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic is very much felt among sellers and not a few of them have gone out of business. However, with increasingly sophisticated technology, many sellers use it to sell their products online. The online sales platform that is currently widely used by the public is one of them through Lazada e-commerce. There are many risks that may occur when we shop online, for example, the goods sent do not match the picture. Therefore, this study wanted to find out what factors influence someone to make a decision to make a purchase, including consumer trust and security in the e-commerce. This research is a quantitative research with the help of SmartPLS 3.0. Distribution of data using google forms with a sample of 80 people. (From the results of the study, it was found that security had no significant effect on purchasing decisions, while trust had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

Annual balance of payments insurance which has increased. An increase in the balance of payments deficit, if not immediately addressed, will have a negative impact on the country's economy and hinder the country's development and ultimately prosperity will be difficult to achieve. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of financial performance, total sharia reinsurance assets, sharia compliance and exchange rates on the insurance balance of payments deficit in Indonesia. The method used in this research is quantitative research with the data used is secondary data in the form of time series obtained from the Financial Services Authority. Data collection uses documentation, in the form of quarterly data starting from 2010Q1-2019Q4. The total sample in this study was 40 research samples. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The test instrument used was the SPSS IBM 21. This study shows that simultaneously financial performance, total sharia reinsurance assets, sharia compliance and the exchange rate have a significant effect on the insurance balance of payments deficit in Indonesia with a significance of 0.000. while the results of the partial test show that financial performance, total assets of sharia reinsurance, sharia compliance negatively affect the insurance balance of payments deficit in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the exchange rate has a significant and positive effect on the insurance balance of payments deficit in Indonesia. The coefficient of determination of Adjusted R^2 is 0.610 or 61%. That is, the ability of the independent variables namely financial performance variables, total assets, sharia compliance and the exchange rate in explaining the dependent variable, namely the Indonesian insurance balance of payments deficit for the 2010-2019 period is 61% and the remaining 49% is influenced by other variables outside the model that are not the study of this research. . Abstract

Currently in Indonesia, the trend of online shopping through the marketplace is increasing. The presence of a marketplace in Indonesia is a means to increase product sales online. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of social media influencers and testimonials simultaneously on the interest in buying Erigo products on the marketplace in Indonesia, knowing and recognizing the partial influence of Social Media Influencers on buying interest in Erigo products on the marketplace in Indonesia, knowing and analyzing the influence of testimonials in Indonesia. partial to the interest in buying erigo products on the marketplace in Indonesia. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The population and sample in this study are active users of social media and at the same time Instagram followers of Erigo Store with a total of 2.5 million followers aged between 17-40 years. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The types of data used in this study include primary data. The data collection method used in this study was a questionnaire. The analytical technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously social media influencer variables and testimonials have a significant effect on buying interest in Erigo products. The results of hypothesis testing show that partially the two independent variables, both social media influencers and testimonial variables, have a positive and significant effect on buying interest in Erigo products. the regression coefficient of the Social Media Influencer variable is 0.300 and the Testimonial variable is 0.346. Abstract

PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera is one of the companies engaged in insurance by adhering to sharia principles. Claiming is the process of asking for guarantees or rights for losses suffered by the insured to the insurance company. This reseaarch is a research wiith qualitative method. The purposse of thiis study is to explaine how the procedure for submitting Full Cash Value at PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera Medan Branch. From the result’s of the study, it is known thaat the procedure for submitting Full Cash Value at PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera is quite simple, if the customer who submits a claim has submitted a complete claim application and submitted the documents required by PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera, the claim will be approved. PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera Medan Branc already has an informatiion system to manages data and transaction for submitting existing Full Cash Value Claims. However, the implementation is efficient, because there are still submissions made manually and using the media. Keywords: Application Process, Claim, Insurance

Abstract

According to the Islamic view, production is a human effort to achieve happiness in the world and the hereafter. The concept of production in Islam must pay attention to the principles according to Islamic Sharia and always maintain maqashid al-Sharia. Factors of production in Islam are generally the same as approaches in conventional economics, but with different perspectives. Production according to Islam must also pay attention to the benefit of the people by considering the alms variable. This paper aims to analyze the application of Islamic production behavior in Micro and Small Industries (IMK) that produce halal products, especially during the current pandemic. The research method used is the case study method, a qualitative research method based on human understanding and behavior based on differences in values, beliefs, and scientific theory, held at Shofura, IMK, a mukena producer located in South Jakarta. Based on the research, Shofura discovered has applied Islamic principles in its production behavior. Shofura is also feeling the impact of the pandemic and is making efforts to survive by focusing on online sales and premium mukena that targets the middle to upper consumer segment. Abstract

Zakat merupakan salah satu pilar dalam ekonomi islam yang menjadi rukun di dalam agama islam, pentingnya zakat dalam perekonomian itulah mengapa didalam al-qu’an zakat selalu disandingkan bersamaan dengan shalat, bahkan terdapat 29 kata zakat yang selalu disandingkan dengan shalat, karena zakat berjasa dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat maka harus dikelola dengan baik oleh amil zakat, dalam konteks ini adalah BAZNAS Kota Bogor . tujuan zakat itu sendiri bukan hanya untuk membantu para asnaf saja melainkan menjadikan mustahiq menjadi muzakki oleh karenanya pendistribusian dana zakat haruslah tepat sasaran agar tujuan tersebut tercapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk megetahui penentuan penerima dana zakat yang didistribusikan oleh BAZNAS Kota Bogor melalui salah satu programnya yaitu Bogor Berkah, apakah dengan adanya program tersebut kelompok asnaf zakat terbantu dan penelitian ini mengambil objek majlis ta’lim. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan analisis SWOT, IFAS (Internal Strategic Factor Analysis Summary) dan EFAS (External Strategic Factor Analysis Summary). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dalam menentukan penerimaan dana zakat yang didistribusikan oleh BAZNAS Kota Bogor melalui program Bogor Berkah ialah dengan kriteria majlis ta’lim yang mempunyai kelompok usaha kecil atau menengah salah satu tujuan dari program ini ialah memperluas ekspansi dakwah di lingkungan majlis ta’lim dan dengan adanya program tersebut tidak sedikit majlis ta’lim yang memberdayakan jamaah majlis ta’lim mereka.
