It is research that focuses on the creation of research-based works of art carrying the concepts of education, da'wah as well as economic value. The work created is IRD batik with the Ulamaan motif which has contributed to innovation in the development of batik motifs in Indonesia. It is hoped that the development of this batik motif can be used as a basis for making new products as a media for education and broadcast as well as a part of moving the community's economy. There are three stages in the method of creating works of art, namely experimentation, contemplation, and embodiment. From this method the author will develop Ulamaan batik motifs into new products that have edusyiarpreneur content. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach, and creator theory with an attempt to describe the reconstruction of Islamic Education values in batik motifs. Data collection was carried out through observation, literature study, interviews, and documentation, and was analyzed descriptively. The authors found this in the reconstruction of Islamic Education values which can be applied to a batik motif. The philosophies that can be applied to Islamic Education motifs or decorations include, (1) applicative transformation of Islamic Education through its batik motifs (education); (2) Education is characterized by the values of the teachings of the Ulama (syiar), (3) The existence of batik as an ancestral cultural heritage must continue to be preserved, one of which is IRD Batik, as a work of education, preaching as well as having economic value (preneur). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan suatu potensi dan peluang usaha nelayan di Kelurahan Negeri Lama. Ikan gamak dan ikan terubuk merupakan ikan yang menjadi ciri khas dari Kelurahan Negeri Lama Kabupaten labuhan batu. Ikan gamak juga merupakan sejenis ikan yang berukuran kecil dan biasanya disebut dengan ikan teri. Ikan ini hanya ada di daerah negeri lama dan ikan ini juga tidak setiap saat dapat ditemukan karena ikan tersebut ikan musiman. Sedangkan ikan terubuk adalah ikan yang ada di pesisir labuhan batu yaitu sekitar sungai berumun. Ikan terubuk di identik dengan banyak duri. Metode ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan wawancara beserta observasi lapangan yang berguna dalam mengumpulkan data-data yang dibutuhkan. Informan dalam penelitan ini adalah warga sekitar di wilayah Kampung Nelayan. Lokasi penelitian adalah Kelurahan Negeri Lama Kecamatan Bilah Hilir Kabupaten Labuhanbatu, yang merupakan salah satu wilayah pesisir sungai bilah dan mata pencarian warga pesisir adalah sebagai nelayan.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of price perception and brand image partially and simultaneously on buying interest in tropical cooking oil at supermarket xyz. In this study using a quantitative approach. Primary data was obtained through survey results by providing questionnaires distributed through google form by asking a number of questions regarding Price Perception, Brand Image, and Purchase Interest. The sample of this study was collected using the Slovin formula and an error rate of 5% with a total sample of 400 respondents. The analytical technique used in this research is the technique of scale-range analysis and path analysis with the help of the Secessive Interval (MSI) Method. Microsoft Excel computer program and SPSS application. There is a positive and significant correlation between price perceptions and buying interest. There is a positive and significant correlation between brand image and purchase intention. Perception of price and brand image have a simultaneous effect on buying interest. This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Debt To Asset Ratio, and Debt To Equity Ratio on return on assets at PT. Patria Anugrah Sentosa 2019-2021. The object of this research is PT. Patria Anugrah Sentosa 2019-2021. The data collection method is the documentation method, which is carried out by taking data from the 2019-2021 balance sheet which has been documented by the company PT. Patria Anugerah Sentosa. Based on the results of data analysis with the help of SPSS 25, it shows that the results of the partial hypothesis test (t-test) prove that the Current Ratio, Debt To Asset Ratio, and Debt To Equity Ratio to return on assets at PT. This stud y aims to determine whether motivation and The monitoring affects emplo yee performance CV. Putra Niaga, Muara Enim Regency. The sample in this study were 41 respondents who were permanent employees. The sampling method used by the researcher is Random Sampling. This type of research is quantitative research using multiple linear regression analysis techniques which are processed using the SPS S application The results in this stud y are: 1.) M otivation variable has a T count of 3,864 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05, this indicates that HO is rejected and Hl is accepted because t count > t table (3,073 > 1,677). This means that motivation has a significant effect on emplo yee performance satisfaction CV. Putra Niaga, Muara Enim Regency. 2.) The monitoring variable has a T count of 2,591 with a significant level of 0.001 < 0.05, this indicates that Ho is rejected and H2 is accepted because t count > t table (2,591 > 1,677). This means that supervision has a significant effect on employee performance satisfaction CV. Putra Niaga, Muara Enim Regency. 3.) that the F value is 8,243 with a significance level of 0.001, because the significance level is 0.05, this regression model can be used for employee performance. This means that f count > f table (8.243>2.79) these results state that motivation, supervision has a direct (simultaneous) effect on the performance of CV employees. This study aims to determine whether Work Life Balance and leadership strategies affect the performance of Tebing Gerinting Public Health Center employees. The sample in this study were 41 respondents who were permanent employees. The sampling method used by the researcher is Random Sampling. This type of research is quantitative research using multiple linear regression analysis techniques which are processed using the SPSS application The results in this study are: 1.) Work Life Balance variable has a T count of 10,900 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05, this indicates that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted because t count > t table (10.900 > 1.677). This means that Work Life Balance has a significant effect on the performance of Tebing Gerinting Health Center employees. 2.) The leadership strategy variable has a T count of 6.272 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05, this indicates that Ho is rejected and H2 is accepted because t count > t table (6.272> 1.677). This means that the leadership strategy has a significant effect on the performance of the Tebing Gerinting Health Center employees. 3.) that the F value is 329.532 with a significance level of 0.000, because the significance level is 0.05, this regression model can be used for employee performance. This means that f count > f table (329.532>2.79) the results state that Work Life Balance and leadership strategies have a direct (simultaneous) effect on the performance of Tebing Gerinting Health Center employees. Economic development has created various types of jobs with various skills, which in the end of these various types of work get wages or salaries from those who give jobs. The wages are paid based on piecework, daily, weekly and monthly. When the work is getting more difficult and challenging and requires physical skills and management skills, the wages or salaries can be even greater, for this reason, the achievement of the nishab of zakat mal (professional zakat) of these workers is no longer a necessity. The increasing income of workers makes it easier for them to enjoy worldly facilities for their families and there are positive and negative impacts on this. The large income from professions that emerged in the contemporary era resulted in unexpected expenses due to a lifestyle by borrowing money to fulfill his lifestyle so that he fell into consumptive debts that burdened his income. At the same time, professionals who are on the one hand are capable of paying zakat mal because they exceed the nishob but end up being mustahik because the remaining income is very small due to fulfilling loan obligations.

Companies need to evaluate supplier performance to get those that match the company's criteria. The problem with UD. Morodadi Jaya is that there are no appropriate criteria and standards to be set in the selection of suppliers so that the company does not have supplier performance evaluations. The purpose of this study was to determine the weight of the value of each criterion used in making the decision to choose the best alternative supplier at UD. Morodadi Jaya. There are five criteria used, including: availability of goods, price, quality of goods, delivery, service. To obtain complete data, the researchers used methods in the form of interviews and filling out questionnaires. The method used in processing the data in this study is the AHP and TOPSIS methods. Based on data processing using the AHP method, the weights with the highest criteria are on the availability of goods, followed by the next rank, namely delivery, price, quality, service. Then for data processing using TOPSIS can be seen that the supplier PT. Prima Aluminum is the most potential supplier. The next alternative priority is based on the ranking in a row. This study aims to analyze whether there is an influence of online customer review, online customer rating and price consciosness on the study purchase decision of TikTok Shop customers. The population used in this study were TikTok Shop customers in Yogyakarta. This study uses a type of questionnaire that uses Google Form as a research tool. The research method used is a non-probability sampling technique with purpusive sampling method. The sample used is 100 respondents. The data obtained from the questionnaire was then processed and analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression analysis with model determination (classical assumption test), hypothesis testing using partial test (t) and determination test (R2) using SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that the variable online customer review has no significant effect on purchasing decisions, online customer rating variable has no significant effect on purchasing decisions, price consciousness variable has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions and online customer review, online customer rating, and price consciousness variables have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of information quality, customer perceived value, and experience quality on customer satisfaction at Shopeefood. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa with a total sample of 93 respondents. The data sample selection in this study was carried out by purposive sampling, namely with students who made transactions more than twice as well as the 2019 and 2020 batches. The data collection method was using a questionnaire distributed online via Google Form. To test the quality of the data in this study using Validation Test and Reliability Test. The data analysis technique in this study used the Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, T Test, and Coefficient of Determination. The results of the data are processed using the help of IBM SPSS. The results showed that the quality of information had a significant value of 0.018, the customer perceived value had a significant value of 0.043, and the quality of experience had a significant value of 0.000, which means that information quality, customer perceived value, and experience quality have a significant influence on customer satisfaction at Shopeefood.
