<![CDATA[Perkawinan antara orang yang berbeda agama adalah realita sosial yang dapat dipandang sebagai gejala soail di tengah masyarakat Indonesia yang majemuk secara suku, etnis, budaya, dan agama. Undang-undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan mengatur perkawinan secara umum, namun disadari bahwa Undang-undang ini tidak mengatur perkawinan yang antara orang-orang yang menganut agama yang berbeda. Studi ini menyelidiki keputusan Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat tentang perkawinan beda agama dan kaitannya dengan ketentuan hukum yang berlaku. Data yang dikumpulkan dari sumber hukum primer, seperti putusan pengadilan, digunakan dalam penelitian ini melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Analisis dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi apakah keputusan Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat sesuai dengan Pasal 2 Ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan. Berdasarkan Pasal 35 huruf a UU Administrasi Kependudukan dan Putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor Perkara 1400 K/PDT/1986, pengadilan mengabulkan permohonan perkawinan beda agama, menurut hasil penelitian. Meskipun keputusan tersebut mempertimbangkan aspek yuridis dan sosial, ia masih belum sepenuhnya memenuhi persyaratan Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 untuk perkawinan yang sah. Studi ini membantu kita memahami perkawinan yang berbeda agama di Indonesia dan perkembangan hukum keluarga di masa depan. Sangat penting untuk mengadakan diskusi dan penilaian lebih lanjut tentang sahnya perkawinan antara agama yang berbeda dan untuk menetapkan undang-undang yang dapat menangani masalah ini. Selain itu, koordinasi antar lembaga agama, hukum, dan sosial harus diperhatikan untuk memungkinkan perkawinan beda agama yang adil.]]>

<![CDATA[Berkembangnya e-commerce membuat jumlah konsumen belanja online di Indonesia mencapai 32 juta orang, ada berbagai macam jenis pada e-commerce, salah satunya e- grocery. Adanya e-groceries, masyarakat dapat membeli bahan makanan dan diantarkan langsung ke rumah tanpa harus pergi ke luar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh quality of work life terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan e-grocery. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling, sampel adalah 111 responden karyawan e-grocery. Skala kepuasan kerja yang disusun dalam penelitian ini oleh Tasios dan Giannouli (2017) dengan aspek: gaji, supervisi, rekan kerja, promosi dan skala quality of work life yang disusun dalam penelitian ini oleh Walton (2010) dengan dimensi : kompensasi layak dan adil, kondisi kerja yang aman dan sehat, pengembangan kapasitas manusia, pertumbuhan dan mendapatkan jaminan, integritas social, konstitusional, pekerjaan dan ruang lingkup secara keseluruhan. penelitian ini menggunakan teknik uji regresi sederhana menggunakan SPSS ver 25 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini adalah hipotesis diterima dengan nilai signifikasi 0.000(p<0,05) yaitu quality of work life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan grocery online store.]]>

<![CDATA[The existence Constitutional Court decision regarding the requirements for registering Candidates for President and Vice President Republic of Indonesia has caused a number of controversies in society today. An issue Gibran Rakabuming Raka, Mayor of Surakarta, will take part in the 2024 Presidential Election as Candidate Vice President. However, the age threshold criterian 40 years is an obstacle for the son of President Joko Widodo. So, this was done by suing the Constitutional Court to revise the criteria for presidential election participants, especially regarding minimum age. This raises big questions regarding President Jokowi's relationship with the political dynasty, which made the controversial phenomenon increasingly discussed by the media. For this reason, this research uses a qualitative descriptive research method using a critical discourse analysis approach modeled by Teun A.Van Dijk analyzing text in Najwa Shihab's podcast with the title "Putusan MK: Palu Hakim Patah Berkeping" with a duration of 27 minutes 36 seconds which was uploaded on October 18, 2023, on Najwa Shihab's Youtube channel. The podcast discussion criticized the judge's decision which was interfered with by political interests. The results of the research show that democratic order is now increasingly shifting to the power held by political elites who are in power so that power they have can change laws and slowly break the spirit of democracy in Indonesia]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between Forgiveness and resilience in mothers who have children with Down syndrome. This research is important given the emotional and psychological challenges that mothers often face in this situation. The condition of Down syndrome in children can cause significant psychological stress in the mother, where Forgiveness and resilience are key factors in overcoming these challenges. The research was conducted on 100 mothers who have children with Down syndrome, using a purposive sampling method. Data were collected through questionnaires, using the Forgiveness scale from McCullough and the resilience scale from Reivich and Shatte. The research results show that the empirical average (mean) value for Forgiveness is 73.33 and for resilience is 169.15, indicating that these two variables are in the high category. With a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.459 and a significance level of 0.000 (p<0.01), these results indicate a very significant positive relationship between Forgiveness and resilience. This means that the higher the level of Forgiveness in the mother, the higher the level of resilience. These findings have important implications for the development of support and intervention programs for mothers of children with Down syndrome, emphasizing the importance of emotional and psychological aspects in child care. This research also opens up opportunities for further study regarding other factors that influence maternal emotional well-being in this context.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the effect of financial literacy on financial risk tolerance, financial behavior, and investment decisions among private employees in Jabodetabek. Additionally, this research also aims to identify the influence of financial behavior on investment decisions, as well as the mediating role of financial risk tolerance and financial behavior in connecting the influence of financial literacy on investment decisions. The analysis method used in this study is structural equation model (SEM). The research results show that influence, financial literacy has an effect on risk tolerance, financial behavior and Investment decisions. Financial behavior does not have effect on investment decisions. Risk tolerance has an effect on financial behavior and investment decisions, and there is a partial mediating risk tolerance in connecting the influence of financial literacy on investment decisions. However, the research results also show that financial behavior does not play a partial mediator of the influence of financial literacy on investment decisions. This research is expected to provide an empirical contribution to the theory Behavioral Finance is the existence of financial behavior which refers to the actions and decisions taken by individuals related to financial management.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the process of preserving the Javanese language in the context of language shift occurring among the immigrant community in Legoso, Ciputat. Language shift often occurs due to high mobility, potentially leading to the loss of the first language (L1) and possibly triggering its extinction. This condition demands efforts in language preservation to maintain cultural and linguistic identity. A qualitative descriptive method, utilizing techniques like free listening involving conversation and interviews, was employed in this study to gain a deep understanding of the existing forms of Javanese language preservation, including the use of Javanese ngoko, kromo, and their combinations. Furthermore, this study explores the function of preserving the Javanese language in Legoso, Ciputat, which includes ease of communication and strengthening familial relationships among the immigrant community. The results of this research are expected to provide insights into the importance of language preservation efforts in a multicultural and high mobility context, as well as contriMrs.te to strategies for maintaining and conserving language and culture.]]>

<![CDATA[Kurikulum Merdeka memiliki urgensi yang luar biasa dalam transformasi pembelajaran sosiologi dan antropologi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menguraikan permasalahan mendasar di abad ke-21, termasuk bagaimana urgensi Kurikulum Merdeka pada pembelajaran sosiologi dan antropologi. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi urgensi Kurikulum Merdeka, dengan data diperoleh dari kajian literatur yang mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kurikulum Merdeka memiliki urgensi dalam adaptasi pembelajaran sosiologi dan antropologi terhadap perubahan sosial dan budaya, mendorong kreativitas, inovasi, dan inklusivitas. Siswa diberdayakan untuk menjadi agen pembelajaran aktif dan kritis, menggali potensi unik mereka. Kurikulum ini juga meningkatkan relevansi materi pembelajaran dengan memasukkan konteks lokal dan global, serta membentuk karakter siswa melalui penekanan pada etika profesional dan nilai-nilai moral. Kesimpulannya, Kurikulum Merdeka tidak hanya menjadi kerangka pembelajaran, tetapi juga instrumen untuk membentuk individu yang siap menghadapi dinamika masyarakat modern. Penerapan konsep ini dalam pembelajaran sosiologi dan antropologi memberikan dampak positif signifikan, menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang adaptif, inklusif, dan relevan dengan kebutuhan zaman.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper analyzes the strategic roles of the Asian African Legal Consultative Organization (AALCO) in promoting the green finance implementation in Asia and Africa, with a focus on Indonesia. The research uses normative juridical research and comparative law, employing a statute approach and conceptual approach. This paper highlights that green financing is a crucial instrument in climate change mitigation and adaptation efforts as instructed by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) Paris Agreement 2015. The AALCO has taken various steps to encourage the implementation of green financing in the Asia and Africa region, including in Indonesia, such as issuing guidelines and resolutions related to green financing, collaborating with various related parties, and organizing activities to increase public awareness of green finance to support the low carbon economy. The research concludes that the AALCO could play strategic roles in encouraging the implementation of green finance in Asia and Africa, notably in Indonesia. The AALCO's roles are expected to help countries in Asia and Africa to achieve the sustainable development goals, including the 13, 16 and 17th Goals on the UN Sustainable Development Goals]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Viral Marketing, Brand Image and Lifestyle on Purchase Decisions for Nivea brand hand and body lotion products. The research population was students from the Faculty of Economics, University of 17 August 1945 Banyuwangi, with a research sample of 65 respondents. With the data obtained using the Probability Sampling technique with a simple random sampling technique and carrying out analysis which includes instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression testing, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination testing. Based on the results of the analysis, conclusions can be drawn from the results of the hypothesis test F test, the Viral Marketing, Brand Image and Lifestyle variables are stated to be good and have a significant effect on the Purchase Decision variable for Nivea brand hand and body lotion products. The results obtained include validity and reliability, all of which are suitable for use and can be used in further tests. The regression results obtained Y = 4.004 + 0.364X1 + 0.366X2 + 0.334X3, the simultaneous test obtained calculated F> F table, t test for all variables calculated t value> t table, the value of the Adjusted R Square coefficient of determination was 40.8%, Assumption test The classic includes the normality test for all normal variables, the multicollinearity test without all multicollinearity, the total heteroscedasticity test without heteroscedasticity.]]>

<![CDATA[In running a business that is never free from competition, especially in terms of marketing, entrepreneurs compete to find ways to get their consumers by improving their company's performance to receive maximum profits, business people must know how to implement the right strategy to attract consumers, including creating attractive packaging designs, large product variations, and good product quality to increase consumer buying interest. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of packaging design, product variety and product quality on consumer buying interest at the Anisa Gift Shop in Rogojampi. This research uses a questionnaire method and data processing uses multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, partial test (t test), and simultaneous test (f test). The distribution of questionnaires was distributed to 70 respondents who were consumers at the Anisa Gift Shop. The results of this research show that the variables packaging design (X1), product variety (X2) and product quality (X3) partially (t test) or simultaneously (f test) have a positive and significant influence on consumer buying interest, with a coefficient of determination (Adjust R Square) obtained is 0.652 or 65.2%, meaning that 65.2% of Purchase Interest can be explained by Independent variables including Packaging Design (X1), Product Variation (X2), and Product Quality (X3), while the remaining 34.8% is likely to be explained by other independents who were not included in this study.]]>
