<![CDATA[Islamic Boarding School education, in general, has not shown satisfactory results, based on stakeholder expectations. The existing Islamic Boarding School education system still requires serious studies to move towards better improvements. Reform of Islamic education, especially Islamic boarding schools, is an urgent demand because generations are faced with various multidimensional challenges of life. The role of pesantren as a means of education and socialization has its own meaning for its students as a place to seek knowledge and experience as well as a place to make friends and interact socially. During the period of study and socialization, students will meet a group of friends with very different personalities and habits. Therefore, the integration of multicultural values ??in Islamic boarding school learning can be an alternative model of multicultural education in society. Because the essence of multicultural education is not to implement the nomenclature of multicultural learning, but to realize the internalization of these multicultural values ??in people's lives constructed by pesantren. This research study aims to describe the reform of Islamic boarding schools and multicultural education. This type of research is library research, focusing on discussing literature in the form of books, journals, papers, and other writings, with a qualitative approach. In addition, the author also uses an interpretation method in order to achieve a correct understanding of Islamic boarding schools and multicultural education.]]>

<![CDATA[Guidance and counseling services in schools are directed at achieving educational goals and the objectives of counseling implementation. The preventive function is the guidance and counseling function related to the counselor's efforts to always anticipate various problems that may occur and try to prevent them, so that they are not experienced by students. The reality is that deviant actions can occur anywhere, both in traditional societies, villages, cities and in modern societies whose lives are already modern. This study used literature research. Data collection is carried out by collecting several literature by grouping them into primary data sources and secondary data. Further the collected literature is analyzed using content analysis. The results of the research revealed that to prevent the occurrence of deviant behavior in schools, the role of a teacher who deals specifically with deviant student behavior is needed, in this case it is a counseling guidance teacher]]>

<![CDATA[The simultaneous village head election of Cibuah Village, Warunggunung District, Lebak Regency, is carried out based on Regent Regulation Number 7 of 2015 concerning Procedures for Simultaneous Village Head Elections. This study aims to provide an overview of the implementation of the 2021 Simultaneous Village Head Election in Cibuah Village, Warunggunung District, Lebak Regency in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic. This research uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through observation, interviews, and document studies. The results of this study show that the implementation of the Pilkades in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic in Cibuah Village was successfully implemented in accordance with changes to Regent Regulation Number 7 of 2015 concerning Procedures for Simultaneous Village Head Elections. However, the pilkades was marked by violations of health protocols by the public, and the occurrence of money politics carried out by candidates for village heads. These violations occurred due to the absence of an independent institution that supervised the running of the Elections.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Audit Quality and the Presence of Female Executives on Earnings Management with Tax Avoidance as a moderating variable and Leverage as a control variable. One of the components of information in financial statements is information about company profits. Earnings management problems arise because of agency problems caused by the separation of roles or differences in interests between company owners (shareholders) and company managers (management). Management acts as the manager of the company having information about the company faster, and more valid than the shareholders (information asymmetry) so that it causes management to carry out accounting practices oriented to profit figures, which can create a certain impression (achievement). Toshiba Corp is one case of opportunistic earnings management. This study uses a sample of all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2017 – 2020. The technique used in data collection is purposive sampling and the method used in analyzing the research is multiple regression analysis with moderation. The results obtained are Audit Quality and the Presence of Female Executives proven to be able to influence Earnings Management. Meanwhile, Tax Avoidance has been proven to be able to weaken the influence of the Presence of Female Executives on Earnings Management. However, Tax Avoidance is not proven to be able to weaken the influence of Audit Quality on Earnings Management. In addition, Tax Avoidance is also not proven to have an effect on Earnings Management.]]>

<![CDATA[The increasing of environmental problems cause companies as a part of the community to also have a role in overcoming these environmental problems, one of which can be done through the implementation of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) policies in company management. The purpose of this study is to determine the most appropriate GHRM measurement dimensions for startup companies in Indonesia and to review the extent to which the GHRM system has been implemented. The study was conducted using a questionnaire survey distributed online to 197 employees of startup companies in the Greater Jakarta area. Data were analyzed using factor analysis and descriptive analysis methods. The results show that there are five dimensions that make up green human resource management in startup companies, namely green organizational support, green management commitment, green health & safety, green employees, and implementation of green policies. Green health & safety is the most widely applied dimension to startup companies in Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[Financial Relations between Central Government and Local Government Law (HKPD) has been issued and will have an impact on the local government financial system. Regional taxes are one component of the regional financial system that will also be affected by the enactment of the HKPD Law. Some regional government observers are concerned that the tax provisions in the HKPD Law will slow down regional economic growth. This research aims to investigate the effect of taxes in an area on its economic growth. It uses panel data of all provinces in Java with a time period of 2016 to 2021. This study also embraces other variables such as capital expenditure, government spending, unemployment rate and inflation as control variables. The results find that the growth of tax revenue realization and the growth of government spending significantly and positively affects the economic growth of a region, while the growth of capital expenditure and inflation has a significant and negative effect on the economic growth of a region. It implies that an increase in local tax revenue tends to increase regional economic growth in the current year. In addition, regional economic growth in the current year might also increase when there is an increase in government spending and suppress inflation as well as reduce capital expenditure.]]>

<![CDATA[One of the most popular forms of entertainment worldwide is the movie. As is common knowledge, most individuals enjoy movies. One of the literary forms is the movie, which appeals to viewers with its imaginative visuals and audio. People get more knowledge from watching movies, whether they do it at home or in theaters. It is one of the literary genres that is written with stage production in mind. The discussion between all of the characters gives the plot expression. The author's blueprint for the events in the novel is called the plot. Preliminary Exposition, Starting Point, Rising Action, Climax, Falling Action, and Ending are the steps for plot analysis. People will learn about all of the depictions of the events in the story through the plot. The story "Obsessed" has a straightforward plot. Derek, Sharon, and Lisa are the three main protagonists in this film. Since Lisa won't be a hindrance to Derek's family's happiness, the story has a happy ending.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is based on Joko Widodo's communication style which is slightly different in his approach to political communication. As a political actor, Joko Widodo is able to mingle with various levels of society, from the people, religious leaders, to political institutions such as the DPR. The phenomenon in this study uses an interpretive paradigm to conduct a more in-depth study and analysis of Jokowi's political communication style. In order for the study to be more extensive and in-depth in revealing the phenomenon of Jokowi's political communication style, a qualitative approach is used. The purpose of this research study is as a means to answer the following research questions: 1) Knowing that political communication and Jokowi's persuasion as a political communicator is implemented in reducing political noise. 2) Knowing the characteristics of Jokowi's political communication style 3) Knowing the implementation and influence of Jokowi's political communication style in the harmonization of relations between the President and the DPR and NU Organizations 4) Knowing the findings of the uniqueness of Jokowi's political communication style as a new tradition in Indonesian politics. As for some research findings in examining the phenomenon of Jokowi's Political Communication Style, the researcher reveals that Jokowi's political communication style is populist, not long-winded, as it is. Jokowi likes to work a lot rather than talk too much. Jokowi uses a commoner style of communication and serves or what is called servant leadership because Jokowi's background comes from a simple family. With this communication style, Jokowi has given a sense of optimism and received a warm welcome by most of the Indonesian people so that he can unite the diversity that exists in the Republic of Indonesia]]>

<![CDATA[This research used survey method data on the number of tourists, the number of star fruit sales, the number of processed star fruit sales per month from May 2019 to April 2021. The sample used 24 observations. The sampling technique used Convinience Sample. The results of the research found that 1) the development of the number of star fruit agro-tourism tourists in May 2019 to April 2021 is negative, (2) The development of star fruit sales from May 2019 to April 2021 fluctuates with a value of IDR 39,320,000, and the weight sold is 3,932 kilograms, (3) Development of fruit juice minus growth with an average of -6.23% per month. The growth of star fruit dodol sales was in a minus growt condition with an average of -14.7% per month. The development of starfruit fruit sales is in minus growt conditions with an average of -8.7% per month, (4) The constraints faced in the development of starfruit agro-tourism :Pokdarwis are still oriented towards economic development local community of Dempel Village and have not prioritized outside investors to participate, (5) Overcoming the obstacles encountered in developing the Carambola Agro Tourism in conducting socialization to the people of Dempel Village. (6) Strategy to develop Star Fruit Agro Tourism includes 3 things: Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) Dempel Village as the subject of development, Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) Dempel Village plays a role as a mobilizer in creating a conducive environment and Tourism Group (Pokdarwis) Desa Dempel embodies Sapta Pesona in the community.]]>

<![CDATA[Marketing a product and/or service requires a strategy to be able to competen. Viral marketing is one of the leading strategies in the current era of technological advancement. Viral Marketing Strategy is able to introduce products and/or services to everyone without being limited by distance. Social media can be used as a means of implementing a Viral Marketing strategy. The aim of this paper to find out the effect of viral marketing on purchase intention and buying decision, effect of purchase intention on buying decision. This research is an explanatoru research. The sample includes 200 respondens from the number of indicators multiplied by 5. This study was a quantitative approarch and daya were analyzed using Partial Least Square with software SmartPLS. The results showed a positif and significant effect of purchase intention and buying dicision and purchase dicision positif and significant effect of buying decision.]]>
