Abstract

This community service activity is conducted for the management and staff of the Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia (KPRI) Lembaga Pengembangan dan Pemberdayaan Kepala Sekolah (LPPKS). The activities begin with a socialization session on the management and bookkeeping of cooperatives in accordance with Financial Accounting Standards (SAK). Then, a socialization session on the latest tax regulations was held, including the new TER policy for calculating Employee Income Tax and other changes in tax regulations. Following this, a seminar on taxation and financial governance for the management and administrators of the cooperative is held. The activities are then followed by assisting the management and staff of the cooperative in preparing financial statements and tax reports. The goal of these activities is to enhance the understanding of accounting and taxation among the management and staff of KPRI LPPKS.

Abstract

Industri perhotelan mengalami transformasi yang signifikan dengan munculnya era digital. Sebelum memulai perjalanan calon pelanggan biasanya meneliti terlebih dahulu hotel yang ingin mereka tinggali melalui media digital, salah satunya adalah Instagram sebagai media sosial terpopuler yang berkembang saat ini. Ketertarikan calon konsumen dipercaya meningkat jika hotel mampu menyuguhkan kelebihan produk dan jasanya dengan bagus dan menarik melalui media audio visual seperti Instagram reels. Pergeseran perilaku calon pelanggan yang biasanya meneliti produk dan jasa hotel melalui e-flyer beralih ke Istagram menimbulkan masalah baru, yaitu belum dimilikinya pengetahuan dan keterampilan membuat konten Instagram reels oleh tim promosi dan pemasaran hotel anggota Perhimpunan Hotel dan Restoran Indonesia (PHRI) Kota Surakarta. Tim promosi dan pemasaran masih berpola pikir bahwa membuat konten Instagram reels tidak bisa dilakukan dengan smartphone yang mereka miliki, padahal faktanya dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang memadai kita mampu membuat konten Instagram reels yang bagus dan menarik. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan pelatihan pembuatan konten Instagram reels untuk promosi hotel bagi tim promosi dan pemasaran hotel anggota PHRI Kota Surakarta. Dengan metode pelatihan berbasis kompetensi, hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas peserta pelatihan mampu membuat konten Instagram Reels untuk promosi hotel yang bagus dan menarik dengan smartphone yang mereka miliki.            Kata kunci: konten Instagram Reels, tim promosi dan pemasaran hotel, PHRI Kota Surakarta   Abstract The hotel industry is experiencing a significant transformation with the emergence of the digital era. Before starting their journey, potential customers usually first research the hotel they want to stay in through digital media, one of which is Instagram as the most popular social media currently developing. It is believed that the interest of potential consumers will increase if the hotel is able to present the advantages of its products and services well and attractively through audio-visual media such as Instagram reels. The shift in the behavior of potential customers who usually research hotel products and services via e-flyers by switching to Instagram has created a new problem, namely the lack of knowledge and skills in creating Instagram reels content by the hotel promotion and marketing team of the Indonesian Hotels and Restaurants Association (IHRA) members of Surakarta City. The promotion and marketing team still has the mindset that creating Instagram reels content cannot be made by the smartphone they have, even though in fact with sufficient knowledge and skills we are able to create good and attractive Instagram reels content. This service activity was carried out to provide training in creating Instagram reels content for hotel promotions for the hotel promotion and marketing team of IHRA members of Surakarta City. With a competency-based training method, the results of the service show that the majority of training participants are able to create good and attractive Instagram Reels content for hotel promotions with the smartphones they own.
