Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine whether compensation has a significant effect on employee performance at the small and medium enterprise cooperative office of gowa regency, and how much influence the compensation and indicators have.(wages,salaries,incentives and benefits). Against the performance of and medium enterprise cooperative office in Gowa Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative method through questionnaires, observation and literature study. As well as distributing questionnaires to employees of the small and medium enterprise cooperative office in Gowa Regency. Total population 42 people. Through the Slovin formula, a sample of 42 respondents was selected.  Data obtained by distributing questionnaire (Questionnaire). The data analysis technique used simple linear regression which had previously been analyzed using, validity test, reliability test, t test, classical assumption test and determination test (R2). The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the small and medium enterprise cooperative office in Gowa Regency.

Abstract

Organizational Culture and Motivation are two important variables to measure the level of Organizational Culture and Motivation of employees. This study aims to examine the effect of these two variables on employee performance at PT. Yorozu Automotive Indonesia. This study took a sample of 130 employees at PT. Yorozu Automotive Indonesia with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analysis of this study used regression testing using SPSS as an analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that the two variables, Organizational Culture (X1) and Motivation (X2) have an effect on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Yorozu Automotive Indonesia. The direct effect between variable X1 on variable Y was 53%, while the effect between variable X2 on Y was 21,5% and simultaneously variable X1 and variable X2 had an effect on variable Y by 42,2%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence service quality has on customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Sidrap District Branch. The analytical method used in this study is the method of observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation with the method of determining the sample used as many as 378 samples, the analytical method used is multiple linear analysis using SPSS version 20. The results show that the strength of the relationship is simultaneously between reliability ( X1), responsiveness (X2), assurance (X3), empathy (X4), and physical evidence (X5) on customer satisfaction (Y) at PT.Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Sidrap District Branch obtained the value of r = 0.299. This value shows a very strong positive relationship simultaneously between the variables of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence on customer satisfaction of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Sidrap District Branch. The contribution or determination given by the variables of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence on customer satisfaction is D = (0.299)2 × 100% = 89%. This means that the five independent variables contribute an influence of 89% on customer satisfaction, 11% is influenced by other variables that affect customer satisfaction not included in the study. The regression equation is as follows: Y = 7.951 + 0.066X1 + 0.210X2 + 0.058X3 + 0.119X4 + 0.107X5 + 1.858. The F test shows Farithmetic Ftable then there is a simultaneous significant effect between reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence on customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Sidrap District Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Financial Performance Before and During the Covid-19 Pandemic at PT. Clipan Finance Indonesia Tbk. The research results in terms of leverage ratios, namely DAR (Debt to totalTotalt Ratio) and DER (Debt to totalTotalty Ratio) show how the Financial Performance of PT. ClipanClipce Indonesia Tbk did not experience a negative impact from the Covid-19 Pandemic because the ratio decreased from the time of the covid-19 pandemic (2020) compared to before the covid-19 pandemic which showed the company's liabilities were smaller than its assets and equity. In terms of profitability, namely ROA (Return On Assets), ROE (Return On Equity), NPM (Net Profit Margin) and BOPO, (Operational Expenses to Operational Income) it can be concluded that the Covid-19 Pandemic hurts the Financial Performance of PT. Clip FClip Indonesia Tbk due to decreased 3 ratios with increased operating expenses. In terms of liquidity, namely the Current Ratio and Net Working Capital to Total Assets, it can be concluded that the current ratio of PT Clipan Finance Indonesia Tbk has increased although it cannot be said to be good. While on the NWCA side, liquidity has decreased due to the impact of the covid-19 Pande mic pandemic the covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

The development of tourism is expected to increase participation and socio-economic conditions of the community around the tourism object. The purpose of this research is to find out how the effect is partial; (1) Development of tourism on community participation, (2) development of tourism on socio-economic conditions, (3) participation on socio-economic conditions of the community, and (4) simultaneous influence of tourism development and community participation on socio-economic conditions of the community around tourism objects. The study was conducted on the natural tourism object of Malino, in Tinggimoncong District, Gowa Regency by selecting a sample of 100 families as respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, while the data processing and analysis used the product-moment correlation technique and the coefficient of determination, as well as the t-test significance test. The results of data analysis showed that partially; tourism development has a significant effect on participation and socio-economic conditions of the community, and simultaneously, tourism development and participation have a significant effect on the socio-economic conditions of the community around tourism objects.
