Abstract

Corruption is a serious problem in Indonesia. Therefore, efforts need to be made to eradicate corruption properly. The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) plays a pivotal role in combating corruption. This study seeks to examine the methods employed by the KPK in its anti-corruption endeavors. It will utilize a descriptive qualitative methodology, drawing upon a range of prior research findings and literature reviews as its data sources. The results of this research then found that there are various obstacles in fighting corruption. Therefore, there is a need for cooperation between state institutions in eradicating corruption. This can be done through coordination or preparing work protocols. Then, to increase the credibility of state institutions in eradicating corruption, this can be done by increasing transparency and budget management, strengthening accountability and independence, and increasing public participation in eradicating corruption.

Abstract

This research contains that public services still have many deficiencies and important problems that still occur in the process of providing public services. In this case, there are still a few agencies that are required to provide services with standard operating procedures, and there is clarity. There are still several responsible agencies and service providers that do not yet have SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) in the form of clear procedures for providing services. So that service delivery is still not effective and efficient and can be detrimental to the time of people who are accessing services. This study uses the theory of Parasuraman, Zheitaml and Berry (2013), suggesting that there are five principles that must be considered for the implementation of public services, which include: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. This study used a descriptive qualitative method which is a qualitative method that refers to data collection in the form of observation, interviews, documentation and researchers acting as observers. So that overall the optimization of DPMPTSP licensing services in an effort to improve public services has been carried out quite well but needs to be optimized.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process, obstacles and efforts made in optimizing the MSME sector that runs in Waru Brillian Thematic Village in Bojong Renged Village, Teluknaga District. This research method uses qualitative methods. Data were collected by observation, interview and documentation techniques. The types and sources of data are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The theoretical concept used in this study is the theoretical concept of a smart village according to Novi & Ella (2019) in (Herdiana, 2019) states that the dimensions used in a smart village are resources, technology, service chain, government, community and rural environment. . Based on the results of research on the MSME sector that runs in the Waru Brillian Thematic Village, seen from the success indicators of the smart village concept, it shows that the indicators for resources, service chains, government, community, and rural environment are in the good category or in accordance with the theory of success of the smart village. While the technology indicators are said to be not optimal so that there is a need to increase the use of technology, especially in the MSME sector in Waru Brillian Thematic Village. The inhibiting factors for the UMKM Waru Brillian Thematic Village include raw materials that are difficult to find because the plants in this thematic village do not vary yet, which hinders the production process, MSME food products also do not take care of licensing, for example, we do not have a halal certificate. the existence and limitations of the technology used by the people of Bojong Renged Village, Teluknaga District. Efforts to develop MSMEs that are running in Waru Brillian Thematic Village include the need for ongoing assistance to MSMEs, the need for digitalization of MSMEs and MSME actors must be more innovative in marketing MSME products.

Abstract

The results of the research show that the process of collaboration between stakeholders is running quite well, although not perfect overall in terms of collaboration. The government's collaboration through the Youth and Sports Service with a religious organization, namely BKPRMI, has collaborated regarding the Al-Azhom Festival activities starting in 2012, budget constraints and limited human resources in carrying out Al-Azhom Festival activities can be overcome by collaboration between stakeholders, and not only Meanwhile, UMKM and the people of Tangerang City also participate in the success of these religious tourism development activities. The achievements of the 2022 Al-Azhom Festival are in accordance with its objectives, namely increasing the economy of the people of Tangerang City through UMKM in the activity bazaar, and being able to introduce religious tourism in Tangerang City to the wider community.

Abstract

Governance of the Implementation of the Direct Cash Assistance Program (BLT) in Periuk District, Tangerang City. This study aims to find out how the governance of the implementation of the Direct Cash Assistance Program (BLT) in Periuk District, Tangerang City and to find out what factors are inhibiting the governance of implementing the Direct Cash Assistance Program (BLT) in Periuk District. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected by observation, interview and documentation techniques. The types and sources of data are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The theoretical concept used in this study is the Good Governance Indicator in Mahsun et al (2018: 48), namely Transparency, Accountability, Participation.The results of the research and changes that have been carried out by researchers, as well as based on research indicators which are the source of the basis for this study include transparency, accountability, participation. The research results show that 2 indicators show that governance is optimal this program properly, namely the indicators of transparency (transparency), participation (participation). While the indicators of accountability still need to be improved even better. The inhibiting factors included, among other things, data from the Community Welfare Integrated Data (DTKS) that were not quite right on target and double data ownership on the identification number (NIK) or E-KTP.

Abstract

This study analyzes the innovation of the corona prevention alert program in the public sector in the Larangan District area of Tangerang City by using the dimensions of innovation, the corona prevention alert program, and the public sector. The innovation dimension uses indicators of impact, partnership, sustainability, change and response from society. The dimension of the corona prevention alert program uses indicators of program implementation facilities and infrastructure, program implementation methods, human resources implementing the program and work enthusiasm in implementing the corona prevention alert program, while the public sector dimension uses indicators of program objectives, program funding sources, program accountability, structure the implementation of the program and the characteristics of the budget used in implementing the corona prevention alert program. The innovative form of the corona prevention alert program is an application used by the heads of Neighborhood Associations and Resident Associations to collect data on people affected by Covid. Based on the results of the research and discussion, there is a suggestion that needs to be considered in the innovation of the corona prevention alert program in the Larangan District area of Tangerang City, one of which is that it is suggested that this corona prevention alert application can be accessed by the general public and the need for budget transparency from the Tangerang City government regarding sources and use for innovation in the corona prevention alert program.

Abstract

Social policy evaluation in West Nias Regency is important, considering the phenomenon shows that the district is still a disadvantaged area, experiencing budget political inequality, and lack of governance innovation. This article aims to evaluate the problem from the social demension and social policy dimensions. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data sources from the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia (Ministry of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, 2023) and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS, 2023) as well as the results of previous research. The results of the study show that the evaluation of social policies in West Nias Regency -- as a disadvantaged area -- can be seen from the social dimension and the social policy dimension: (1) From the social dimension, it is important to prioritize equity and justice considering that there is still a high disparity in budget allocation and is below the provincial average, with the lowest Regional Original Revenue (PAD), Transfer Funds, Other Revenues, and Regional Budget (2022). PAD's contribution to the regional budget is only 2%. However, internally, this district has been relatively able to improve its social problems, winning the Innovative Government Awards (IGA Awards) in the category of Innovative Disadvantaged Areas (2022); and (2) from the social policy dimension, this district is important to innovate, such as local governance innovation and public service innovation with the target of developing government service digitalization activities; poverty alleviation; ease of investment; and stability, security and social life. The novelty of this research can have implications for quality and innovation in governance and public services so as to accelerate the improvement of West Nias Regency's status as a disadvantaged area
