Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in corn productivity through the application of banana stump extract with various doses of SP-36 fertilizer. The research was conducted in the integrated laboratory and experimental garden of Muhammadiyah Bone University, which took place in June-August 2022. This study used a divided plot design (RPT) consisting of 2 (two) treatment factors and 3 (three) replications. The first factor is Banana Bark Extract which consists of 3 levels, namely; doses of 0 ml l-1(B0), 50 ml l-1(B50) and 100 ml l-1(B100). The second factor is SP-36 fertilization which consists of 4 levels, namely SP-36 0 kg ha-1(F0 ), 50 kg ha -1 (F 50 ), 100 kg ha -1 (F 100 ) dan 150 kg ha -1 (F 150 ). Parameter yang diukur adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, bobot segar total tanaman, bobot kering total tanaman. Pemberian ekstrak batang pisang yang dikombinasikan dengan pupuk fosfat mampu meningkatkan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun dan luas daun tanaman. Selain itu, kadar pemupukan fosfat berpengaruh terhadap bobot segar tanaman dan bobot kering tanaman total.

Abstract

Molecular systems influenced by the Kratzer potential have been investigated using the parametric Nikiforov-Uvarov method. This research aims to obtain the radial electron probability distribution of systems under the influence of the Kratzer potential without modifications, and to perform simulations of the radial probability distribution for oxygen, iodine, carbon monoxide, and nitrogen monoxide molecules. The radial electron probability distribution is obtained through the solution of the Schrodinger equation in the radial component. The radial component of the Schrodinger equation is obtained by separating the molecular system Schrodinger equation into three components: radial, zenithal, and azimuthal. The solution of the radial Schrodinger equation yields a radial wave equation, where the square of the absolute value provides the radial probability distribution of the electron's position with respect to the atomic nucleus. The solution to the radial component of the Schrodinger equation is achieved by applying the parametric Nikiforov-Uvarov method. Solving the radial component of the Schrodinger equation involves reducing the equation to a hypergeometric-type differential equation. Numerical computations and graphical simulations of the radial probability distribution are performed using the Matlab software. The research results indicate that the solutions for the radial electron probability distribution depend on spectroscopic parameters such as dissociation energy, equilibrium bond length, and molecular mass, as well as quantum numbers such as vibrational quantum number (n) and azimuthal quantum number (l). Iodine molecules exhibit the highest amplitude in the probability distribution plot compared to oxygen, carbon monoxide, and nitrogen monoxide.

Abstract

Alternatives to petroleum scarcity are of much concern to researchers. The development of bioethanol is one of the renewable energies that must be supported by research from various sources of raw materials so that it can be converted into bioethanol. Generally, the raw material of bioethanol used contains sugar and starch. if biomass used sugar cane and cassava then the availability of food will also be threatened. Therefore one of the alternative raw materials that can be used is industrial waste cheese (whey). Whey is the side of the product cheese industry, which contains 4-5%. The aim of the study is to optimate whey fermentation to the production of bioethanol using Kluyveromyces marxianus with the variation of time and starter volume. Bioethanol production with raw material lactose which is contained in whey used Kluyveromyces Marxianus with variabel changed time fermentation and starter volume. For time fermentation variables are 24, 48, 60, 72 dan 84 hours, and for volume starter variabel are 20%, 22%, dan 24% v/v. The highest content of bioethanol production used Kluyveromyces Marxianus on variable starter volume 24% at time 84 hours was obtained 0,32% bioethanol content with pH 3,5

Abstract

: Lombok northern district based on the litological map of lombok island lies in the northern mountains. The aquifer in the region has a narrow flow through the cleft and low point space to moderate. Filling the needs of groundwater resources results in bold vertical electrical surveys to provide information on the region's water potential. Measurements obtained on a surface water measurement can still be used to a depth of 14.35 m (14.35 ft). At this point of measurement there isa potential layer of aquifer at 30.79 -72.24 c.e. and 72. 24-10.1.3 m Based on research, the priority of water removal in the deep aquifers at 60 m below the ground will not affect the groundwater and will be provided by the quality and quantity of groundwater in the region.

Abstract

Osteoporosis is a bone disorder characterized by a decrease in bone density. One of the main factors causing osteoporosis is age. As a person ages, the prevalence rate of osteoporosis will increase, especially in women. The prevalence of osteoporosis is more common in elderly women. This is associated with the menopause. In menopause occurs decrease in estrogen hormone levels. The estrogen can protect bones from loss of bone mass through bone remodeling mechanisms. This literature review aims to know the role of estrogen on bone remodeling in post-menopusal osteoporosis. This literature review was carried out using Google Scholar, PubMed, and ResearchGate. The results of this literature review concluded that the estrogen has an important role in bone remodeling. The estrogen has anti-remodeling effect which can promote osteoclast apoptosis and induce osteoblast anti-apoptosis. Estrogen deficiency due to age in one of the factors that causes osteoporosis in post-menopausal osteoporosis.

Abstract

Numeracy literacy competency among students who are classified as low. Apart from this, in mathematics learning, some teachers only use textbooks and a lack of teaching materials to support learning, which causes a lack of student interest and monotony in mathematics learning, so teaching materials are needed that are integrated with numeracy literacy in order to grow students' numeracy literacy competencies. The aims of this research are (1) to describe the process of developing mathematics teaching materials based on numeracy literacy, (2) to determine the feasibility of mathematics teaching material products based on numeracy literacy. The development model in this research is a 4D model. There are four stages in the 4D model, including Define, Design, Development and Disseminate. However, the development research carried out only uses the 3D stage or up to the Development stage. In this development research, data collection techniques were used, namely unstructured interviews and questionnaires and used qualitative data analysis techniques and quantitative data analysis techniques. The results of the research are (1) a mathematics teaching material product based on numeracy literacy in scale and comparison material in elementary schools. Based on the results of the assessment scores obtained by experts (material experts, media experts and language experts), it was found that (2) feasibility test results for the product development of mathematics teaching materials based on numeracy literacy in scale and comparison material in elementary schools received the "Very Feasible" category.

Abstract

Learning mathematics in elementary schools usually means students only memorize concepts or formulas without seeing directly the problems related to the concepts so that students mathematical concept retention is low. The objectives of this research are (1) to describe the process of developing Realistic Mathematics Education based mathematics teaching materials for fraction calculation operation material for class V elementary schools (2) to determine the feasibility of Realistic Mathematics Educatio based teaching materials for class V elementary schools. This type of research is Research and Development (R & D) with the ADDIE development model but is only limited to three stages including Analysis, Design, Develop. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and unstructured interviews. The data analysis technique used is qualitative to describe product development and descriptive quantitative to determine product feasibility. The results of this development research are (1) the development product in the form of teaching materials based on Realistic Mathematics Education on fraction counting operations. (2) The results of the product feasibility test obtained a very valid category so that the teaching materials were suitable for use in learning.

Abstract

Cultural sites are important historical relics. Damage to cultural sites or artifacts is triggered by various factors. High levels of salinity in the soil or environment of cultural sites can be one of the triggers. Another factor can be soil pH which is related to the level of acidity and salinity of the soil. For this reason, it is important to monitor soil quality in cultural site areas to anticipate damage to cultural sites. This research aims to measure soil pH in the Malikussaleh cultural heritage site area and map soil quality conditions (pH and temperature) in the Malikussaleh cultural heritage area. The research location is in the Malikussaleh cultural heritage area in Samudera subdistrict. This research is a type of basic research with a quantitative approach. In this study, pH and temperature of soil were measured using pH meter and thermometer, respectively. The pH and soil temperature data obtained were interpreted based on correlation with regional conditions. Based on the measurement results, the soil in the Malikussaleh site area has an acidity level in the range of weak base and high acid (pH 4.5-7).

Abstract

Maggot meal is known as a raw material for making feed which can be used in various fisheries and livestock industries. Study of the use of maggot meal as a feed ingredient because it has high nutritional content.This results of maggot meal have nutritional content in dry weight such as Protein content values ranging from (33.15-48.36%), fat (19.35-41.92), Ash (0.63-9.19), Crude Fiber (5.98-7.57%) and BETN (15.51-18.30%). The content of Amino Acids obtained from the test results is the content of essential amino acids and the content of non-essential amino acids. The content of essential amino acids ranges from 29.53-30.96% and the content of non-essential amino acids ranges from 64.44-65.53%.

Abstract

Abstract: Respiratory tract infection is a common disease in society, and is one of the highest causes of death in children under 5 years of age (22.30%). Acute respiratory tract infections are divided into lower respiratory tract infections and upper respiratory tract infections. This infectious disease can be carried out by bacteriological examination using selective media to see the bacterial species. The aim of the research was to determine the bacterial culture profile in throat swabs of patients with acute respiratory infections at the Kalumpang Community Health Center, Ternate City using selective media, biochemical tests and gram staining. Research conducted using descriptive methods. Based on data on the characteristics of the Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) patients studied, there were 17 men (57%) and 13 women (43%), while the age group with the most sufferers was in the 1-10 year age range, namely 9 people (30%) and then in the age range >50 years, namely 8 people (27%). Meanwhile, the percentage of culture profile findings from the bacterial species Stapylococcus aureus was 50%, Streptococcus pygones 33%, Pseudomonas aeruginosa 7%, Corynebacterium diphtheriae 10%. Found 98% gram positive bacteria and 2% gram negative bacteria. From the research results, it can be concluded that the most common bacterial culture profile in the throat swabs of upper respiratory tract infection patients is gram-positive bacteria consisting of the species Stapylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pygones, and Corynebacterium diphtheriae. The gram negative bacterial profile obtained was Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Keywords : Acute Respiratory Infections, throat swab, culture, bacteria
