The existence of folklore as a folklore is assumed to be an entertaining story for children at bedtime. In fact, the folklore contains a lot of structured messages and messages conveyed implicitly. Folklore often reflects the creativity of traditional societies by still adhering to tradition as a manifestation of creativity that lives and is passed down from generation to generation. The study uses the opinion of Dundes (1965: 2) Bruvand (1965), Danandjaja (1997) and the concept of value according to Bascom in Danandjaja (1995: 3-20). Miles and Huberman's (2007) qualitative research methodology includes data collection of folklore texts, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. Based on the analysis of folklore data, 10 folklore folklore were selected which were collected in the book Sukapiring et al. (1993). The results obtained based on the folklore text found ethnic values in folklore texts by interpreting behavioral trends as psychological symptoms based on the data found that the values in the Karo folklore data analyzed were found a) Educational values such as: the value of obedience to parents, the value of patience, b) Moral values found in folklore are the values of humility, forgiveness, and not being arrogant, and c) the religious values found in Karo ethnic folklore, namely: not being greedy, not playing gambling, and trusting. This study discusses polyandry marriage in criminal law studies in Indonesia. In terms of marriage, there are still some Muslim women who violate Islamic law, either secretly who will carry out further marriages even though they are still married to other men (polyandry marriage), even though both are in the Qu’ran and Hadith which prohibits this act because it is an act of adultery with the threat of positive punishment as regulated in the Criminal Law Number 1 of 1946 and the Islamic Criminal Law. Because this polyandry marriage does not only involve the perpetrator but also other parties so that the marriage is carried out, the criminal arrangements in the Criminal Code related to polyandry marriage can be punishable with a sentence ranging from 9 months to 7 years in prison. In fact, polyandry marriage according to the Qoran and Hadith can be subject to death penalty, death penalty 100 times or imprisonment for 1 year.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategic model for the development of the pandan mat woven industry in Peureulak District, East Aceh Regency. This research is a qualitative research with data collection using informants who are all managers of the pandan mat woven industry in Peureulak sub-district. The instruments used in this study were field notes and interview guides. The results of the data obtained from the informants were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman with several stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data display and verifying. In this study, there are two types of data, namely the potential of entrepreneurs in the form of competence and commitment, and business strength / competitive position from internal and external sides. The results showed that to be able to develop the pandan mat woven industry in Peureulak sub-district, a good cooperation between several parties is needed, namely the East Aceh Regency Government, the Peureulak District Government and the Village Head (Geuchik), Raw Material Providers, Distributors (agents) and Village-Owned Enterprises. (BUMG). The East Aceh Regency Government must play a role in fostering the small pandan mat woven industry in terms of policies that support the development of this industry and provide capital assistance so that this industry can continue to survive even in difficult economic conditions. The District and Geuchik governments must play an active role in mentoring and fostering this mat-woven industry to continue to grow by granting legality (business permits) and working capital both in the form of money and equipment for work and always including this industry in every event or exhibition held by the government area. Provision of raw materials to continue to develop the pandan mat woven industry is guaranteed. It is known that this industrial group already has its own land which provides abundant raw material for pandan (seuke). Even if there is a critical shortage of raw materials, it is still easy to get them from a neighboring village that also has pandanus trees. Distributors or agents play an active role in marketing pandan mat woven products and make it easier for people to get pandan mat woven products. Gampong-Owned Enterprises must tie closer together as joint-owned enterprises owned by the village (gampong) as a container for the production of woven pandanus mats so that they can be marketed and make it easier for people to get pandan mats. The Pandan Mat Matting Industry must prepare reliable workforce expertise, guaranteed product quality, use environmentally friendly technology, improve financial administration, increase production and marketing so that it can meet consumer demand.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a discussion framework for Kawaii cultural study based on a bibliometric analysis and text mining approach. First, a bibliometric analysis is conducted on literature pertaining to ‘Kawaii and Japanese pop culture’ extracted from the academic database; from this standpoint, the current research topics in the field of Kawaii study are discussed. Second, we aim to provide direction for future research by mining the text data disseminated by three special exhibitions launched by Japanese museums on the theme of ‘Japanese Kawaii culture’ and planned by Kawaii cultural experts and curators. From the results of these two studies, the present research develops a discussion framework containing key dimensions and factors for researchers in this field of study.
